Le rouleau est relié à ses extrémités à deux ressorts en forme de circlips, destinés à maintenir le rouleau au contact de la lame précitée, ces ressorts étant eux-mêmes montés à pivotement sur lesdits axes d'articulation. Claims (5)
- A hinge type door stop device for hinging a door (P) to a frame, in particular for hinging a vehicle door to the vehicle body, said hinge comprising a half'for fixing to the door (A) and a half (B) for fixing to the frame, the two halves being suitable for hinging one on the other by a pivot pin (C), one of the halves (A) carrying a cam (4) and the other half (B) carrying a rotary cam follower (12), the cam and the cam follower co-operating under drive from a pre-stress spring (8) that keeps them in contact and that is carried by one of the halves to define at least one stable partially-open position of the door intermediate between its fully-closed position and a wide-open position, and at least one of the halves (A) being merely engaged on said pin (C) which is carried by the other half (B), such that the door (P) can easily be separated from the frame by being lifted off, without any parts being removed, characterized in that the cam (4) is pivotally mounted on the half (A) that carries it, and in that the spring (8) is kept loaded in the half (A) carrying it by one end of the spring abutting against a wall (9) of said half and by the other end of the spring abutting against another wall (6) of said half via the cam (4).
- A device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cam (4) is carried by the half (A) which is fixed to the door (P).
- A device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the hinge pin (2) is carried by the half (B) which carries the cam follower (12).
- A device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that one of the halves (A) is approximately V-shaped with its branches meeting about a bore (3) that serves as a passage for the hinge pin while the other half (B) is constituted by a baseplate (10) provided with an arm (11) which carries the hinge pin (C).
- Vehicles fitted with one or more door stop devices according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
