Abstract

The invention relates to a hinged-door stop device. The hinge comprises one strap fastened to the door and another fastened to the frame, these two straps being articulated by means of a pivot pin (C). One of the straps (A) carries a pivoting cam (4), and the other strap (B) carries a roller (12). The cam and the roller cooperate under the action of a prestressing spring (8). This spring is carried by one of the straps. At least one of the straps is simply fitted on to the pivot pin (C) which is carried by the other strap. The invention makes it possible to remove the door from its hinges easily, and it is used particularly for a vehicle door without the dismounting of components. <IMAGE>
