Claims (8)
- Support de pièces pour un dispositif, comprenant une bande transporteuse (19), pour la fabrication automatique de bobines électriques, le support de pièces (10) étant composé d'une plaque de base (11) reposant, avec friction sur la bande transporteuse (19) et présentant au moins deux paliers (12, 13) ouverts vers le haut, en forme de demi-cercle, reliés rigidement à la plaque de base et disposés à distance de celle-ci, et une tige de maintien (14) destinée au reste de fil de bobinage (18) étant disposée entre les deux paliers (12, 13) du support de pièces (10) et le support de pièces étant réalisé de façon à pouvoir être levé et abaissé, au moins dans un poste de bobinage et dans des postes d'usinage mis en oeuvre en amont et en aval de la bande transporteuse (19), caractérisé en ce que, dans chaque palier (12, 13), un support auxiliaire (20, 20′) avec un corps de bobine (15, 15′ ou 16, 16′) peut être introduit, transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la bande transporteuse (19), et être enlevé, et le support auxiliaire (20, 20′) présentant au moins une tige de maintien auxiliaire (22, 23) pour les extrémités de fil de bobinage (28, 28′ ou 29, 29′).
- Support de pièces selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support auxiliaire (20) présente un support de corps de bobine (31) et les tiges de maintien auxiliaires (22, 23) sont disposées du côté opposé au corps de bobine (15, 15′, ou 16, 16′), sur un corps (21) cylindrique portant les surfaces de guidage (30) du support auxiliaire (20), et en ce qu'en outre un support d'outils (32, 32′) est prévu sur au moins l'une des deux faces frontales du support auxiliaire (20).
- Support de pièces selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support auxiliaire (20′) présente un support de corps de bobine (31) et les tiges de maintien auxiliaires (22, 23) sont disposées sur des nervures (26, 26′) reliées ensemble au moyen d'une poutre transversale (27) et s'étendant de part et d'autre parallèlement et à distance d'un corps (21′) cylindrique du support auxiliaire (20′), la poutre transversale (27) étant fixée sur le corps cylindrique (21′) et en ce qu'en outre un support d'outils (32) est prévu sur la face frontale, opposée au corps de bobine (16, 16′), du corps cylindrique (21′).
- Support de pièces selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une tige de renvoi (24, 25) est disposée à distance de chaque tige de maintien auxiliaire (22, 23), cette distance étant considérée dans la direction axiale du corps cylindrique (21), respectivement des nervures (26, 26′) du support auxiliaire (20′, respectivement 20′).
- Support de pièces selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des tiges de maintien auxiliaires (22, 23) sont prévues dans les zones des pièces de raccordement (17, 17′) en vue d'assurer le positionnement des extrémités de fil (28, 28′) du corps de bobine (15, 15′).
- Support de pièces, avec un support auxiliaire, selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de réglage des extrémités de fil (29, 29′) du corps de bobine (16, 16′) sans tige de raccordement peut être modifiée au moyen du nombre de fils de bobinage (40) guidés par l'intermédiaire des tiges de maintien de fil (22, 23) et des tiges de renvoi (24, 25).
- Support de pièces selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les tiges de maintien auxiliaires (22, 23) et/ou les tiges de renvoi (24, 25) sont réglables et la longueur des extrémités de fil (29, 29′) peut être modifiée.
- Support de pièces selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les supports d'outils (32, 32′) disposés d'un côté (32), ou des deux côtés (32, 32′) du support auxiliaire (20, 20′) sont réalisés de façon analogue aux supports des outils (33, 33′) des points de bobinage et des autres postes d'usinage du dispositif de fabrication.
