Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Konsole für Ausrüstungsgegenstände, insbesondere Wandbrausehalter in Badezimmern etc., mit einer an der Gebäudewand befestigbaren Platte, auf der mit Hilfe von Führungen ein Wandarm aufsteckbar ist.
Eine derartige Einrichtung ist aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster Nr. 73 04 867 bekannt. Bei dieser Anordnung ist eine Wandplatte mit einer schwalbenschwanzförmigen Führungsnut vorgesehen, die mittels Dübelschrauben an der Gebäudewand befestigbar ist. In die Führungsnut wird dann ein Wandarm mit einem schwalbenschwanzförmigen Vorsprung eingeschoben. Zur Sicherung in der Stecklage ist eine weitere Rosette erforderlich, mit der die beiden Teile zueinander fixiert werden.

Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Platte im Querschnitt T-förmig mit parallel zur Gebäudewand vorgesehenen Führungsflächen ausgebildet ist und an der einen Stirnseite eine federnd angeordnete Rastzunge hat, wobei der Wandarm mit einer an der einen Stirnseite offenen, entsprechenden T-förmigen Führung versehen ist, so daß der Wandarm auf die Platte aufschiebbar und in der Steckposition von der Rastzunge verriegelt ist.
Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5 angegeben.

Mit den vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen wird erreicht, daß eine zusätzliche Rosette zur Sicherung des Wandarms in der Stecklage nicht mehr benötigt wird. Vielmehr ist der Wandarm so ausgebildet, daß er nach der Befestigung der Platte an der Gebäudewand auf diese aufgeschoben werden kann und in der Stecklage von der federnden Zunge arretiert wird, wobei dann die Platte völlig von dem Wandarm verdeckt ist. Erst nach einem Lösen der Arretierung durch einen Schraubendreher etc. kann der Wandarm wieder von der Platte abgenommen werden.
Bei der vorbekannten Vorrichtung ist eine "Schwalbenschwanzführung" vorgesehen, die durch die schräg angeordneten Anlage- und Führungsflächen und das für das Aufschieben des Wandarms benötigte Spiel ein unerwünschtes Klappern des Wandarms auf der Platte in der Stecklage verursachen kann. Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Führungen parallel zur Gebäudewand, kann dieses erheblich verringert werden.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung können zum Spielausgleich bzw. spielfreien Halterung federnde Elemente, z.B. Blattfedern, an der Platte angeordnet werden. Die federnden Elemente sind hierbei vorzugsweise so angeordnet, daß bei einer Krafteinleitung in der Hauptbelastungsrichtung des Wandarms die federnden Elemente nicht belastet werden.

Die Handbrause wird hierbei in einer kegelförmigen Öffnung 231 in einem an einem Wandarm 2 befestigten Handbrausehalter 23 eingesteckt. Die Platte 1 ist, wie es insbesondere aus Figur 2 und 8 zu entnehmen ist, im Querschnitt etwa T-förmig ausgebildet, wobei an den zu beiden Seiten vorkragenden T-Schenkeln Führungsflächen 15 ausgebildet sind. Parallel zu den Führungsflächen 15 ist im vorderen Bereich jeweils eine Blattfeder 12 einstückig an der Platte 1 angeformt. An der unteren Stirnseite der Platte 1 ist parallel zur Mittelachse eine Rastzunge 11 ausgebildet. Außerdem sind auf der Mittelachse zwei Befestigungslöcher 14 ausgebildet, wobei die beiden Befestigungsöffnungen als zueinander um 90o gedreht angeordnete Langlöcher zur problemlosen Justierung der Platte 1 an der Gebäudewand 3 geformt sind.
Der Wandarm 2 ist mit einer entsprechend dem T-förmigen Querschnitt der Platte 1 ausgebildeten Führung 21 versehen. Die Führung 21 ist im unteren Bereich offen ausgebildet, so daß der Wandarm 2 auf die an der Gebäudewand 3 fixierte Platte 1 von oben aufgeschoben werden kann. Im oberen Bereich bildet die Querwand einen Anschlag 22, wobei die Platte 1 so bemessen ist, daß mit dem Anliegen der oberen Stirnseite der Platte 1 an dem Anschlag 22 die Rastzunge 11 im unteren Bereich hinter einen Steg 24 des Wandarms 2 einrastet und somit den Wandarm 2 formschlüssig und spielfrei mit der Platte 1 verbindet.
Die Installation des Brausehalters kann in folgender Weise vorgenommen werden:
Zunächst werden mit Hilfe der Platte 1 die beiden Mauerbohrungen an der Gebäudewand 3 angerissen, danach gebohrt und entsprechende Dübel eingesetzt. Hiernach wird die Platte 1 unter Zwischenlage einer Gummischeibe 31, die einen sicheren Halt der Platte 1 an der Gebäudewand 3 gewährleistet, mit Hilfe der Schrauben 16 lose befestigt, danach genau justiert und endgültig mit den Schrauben 16 festgezogen. Nun kann der Wandarm 2 mit dem Handbrausehalter 23 von der unteren Öffnung 25 aus auf die Platte 1 in Richtung der Führungsflächen 15 mit den Blattfedern 12 bis zur Anlage an den Anschlag 22 aufgeschoben werden. In der Stecklage greift die Rastzunge 11 hinter den Steg 24 im Wandarm 2 und der Brausehalter ist spielfrei an der Gebäudewand 3 befestigt.
Eine Demontage ist nur möglich, wenn zunächst mit der Klinge eines Schraubendrehers etc. die Rastzunge 11 von dem Steg 24 entfernt wird. Ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Vorrichtung ist somit ausgeschlossen.
