Claims (10)

  1. Faltbare und transportable Vorrichtung, bestimmt zur Bildung eines Informationsträgers und/oder eines Dekorelements und umfassend:
    - ein Gestell (2), dazu bestimmt, der Vorrichtung eine Starrheit zu verleihen, die ihr ermöglicht, beispielsweise von einer Person gehalten oder fest positioniert zu werden, und
    - eine weiche Folie oder ein Tuch (6), montiert auf dem Gestell (2) und ausgebildet, um auf einer als Anzeigefläche (8) bezeichneten Fläche eine Information und/oder ein Dekorelement zu tragen, welches Gestell (2) von einer Struktur gebildet ist, die elastisch deformierbar ist und mindestens zwei geometrische Konfigurationen annehmen kann, eine erste, als offen bezeichnete, in welcher es die weiche Folie oder das Tuch (6) in einer entwickelten geometrischen Form hält, um die Anzeigeoberfläche (8) sichtbar zu machen, und eine zweite, als geschlossen bezeichnete, die erhältlich durch eine manuelle Betätigung ist, und in der es zusammengefaltet unter elastischer Deformation ist, um die von der Folie oder dem Tuch (6) eingenommene Frontalfläche zu verringern, welche Vorrichtung ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß die Struktur, die von einem torsionsdeformierbaren Bügel (10) gebildet ist, elastisch auf sich selbst rückfaltbar ist in mehrere Abschnitte, die mindestens teilweise ineinandergreifen unter Einschließen der Folie oder des Tuches, um die Ausladung des Durchmessers der Struktur (10) in ihrer geschlossenen Konfiguration zu verringern, in der die Vorrichtung in einer gefalteten und transportablen Position ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Struktur in mindestens drei quasi identischen Abschnitten von geometrischer Konfiguration gleichen Typs rückfaltbar ist wie jene, die die Struktur in ihrer offenen Position einnimmt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (10) von einem durchgehenden Band geringer Dicke gebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel einen rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei seine größere Seite senkrecht zu der Folie oder dem Tuch (6) orientiert ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (10) im Inneren einen geschlossenen Abschnitt (S) begrenzt, in dessen Inneren sich die Folie oder das Tuch (6) in gespannter Form befindet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie oder das Tuch (6) an dem Bügel (10) gleichförmig verteilt um seinen Umfang befestigt ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (10) in seiner geöffneten Position eine runde Form aufweist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (10) in seiner offenen Position eine zylindrische Form aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bügel (10) eine Höhe (l) aufweist, die klein ist relativ zu seinem Durchmesser (D), wobei die Folie oder das Tuch (6) an diesem Bügel (10) mittels eines Verbindungsbandes (12) befestigt ist, das den Bügel (10) umschließt und zwischen seinen freien Rändern (14, 16) die Folie oder das Tuch in der offenen und geschlossenen Position der Struktur hält.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folie (6) aus einem Material aus natürlichen oder synthetischen Fasern, wie "Nylon", gebildet ist, während der Bügel (10) aus einem metallischen Material, vorzugsweise korrosionsfest, oder einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist.
