Abstract

Ein Schrämarm für Schrämmaschinen zum Schneiden von Hartgestein wie Marmor od. dgl. ist plattenförmig gestaltet und an seinem Umfangsrand läuft an einem nach außen offenen Führungskanal (13) ein außen mit Diamantplatten (8) besetzter, endloser flexibler Schneidriemen (1) um, der mit einem Steg (5) mit dem Führungskanal (13) in Eingriff steht und form- oder reibschlüssig durch ein an einem Ende des Schrämarms gelegenes Antriebsrad angetrieben und durch ein am anderen Ende des Schrämarms gelegenes Umlenkrad umgelenkt wird. Der Schneidriemen (1) besteht aus einem mit mehreren Strängen (3) bewehrten flexiblen Gurtkörper (2) aus Kunststoff od. dgl., in den die Diamantplatten (8) in Abständen eingeformt sind. Um in einfacher und sicherer Weise eine Befestigung der Diamantplatten (8) in dem Gurtkörper (2) zu erreichen, sind die Diamantplatten (8) auf massiven Werkzeugträgern (6) befestigt, die mehrere Bohrungen (7) oder Langlöcher (7') aufweisen und mit den Diamentplatten (8) gemeinsam in den Gurtkörper (2) eingeformt sind, wobei die Stränge (3) die Werkzeugträger (6) unmittelbar durchsetzen, in dem sie sich durch die Bohrungen (7) oder Langlöcher (7') erstrecken.
