Claims (14)

  1. Treibstoffadditivkonzentrat zur Kontrolle der Anforderungssteigerung in bezug auf die Octanzahl in Verbrennungsmotoren (Ottomotoren), welches folgende Bestandteile umfaßt:
    (a) das Reaktionsprodukt aus (i) Polyamin und (ii) mindestens einer mit acyclischem Hydrocarbyl substituierten Bernsteinsäure als Acylierungsmittel;
    (b) ein nicht hydrobehandeltes flüssiges Poly-α-olefinoligomer mit einer Flüchtigkeit von 50 % oder weniger und
    (c) wahlweise (A) ein Mineralöl mit einem Viskositätsindex von weniger als etwa 90 und einer Flüchtigkeit von 50 % oder weniger, wobei diese Flüchtigkeit in Gewichtsprozent der verlorenen Substanz, bezogen auf das Gesamtausgangsgewicht des getesteten Materials, ausgedrückt wird, wenn dieses Material in einem 250 ml Rundbodenkolben eine Stunde unter Rühren bei 150 upm auf 300°C erhitzt wird, während der freie Raum über dem Material im Kolben mit 7,5 l Luft/h gespült wird.
  2. Konzentrat nach Anspruch 1, das außerdem eine kleinere, aber wirksame Menge
    (B) eines Antioxidans;
    (C) eines Demulgators;
    (D) eines aromatischen Kohlenwasserstofflösungsmittels;
    (E) eines Korrosionshemmers oder
    eine beliebige Kombination der Komponenten (A), (B), (C), (D) und (E) enthält.
  3. Konzentrat nach Anspruch 2, bei dem das Antioxidans aus einem gehinderten (sterisch gehinderten) Phenol besteht.
  4. Konzentrat nach Anspruch 3, bei dem das Antioxidans aus einem tertiären butylierten Phenol besteht, das mindestens 75 % 2,6-di-tert-Butylphenol, 10 - 15 % 2,4,6-tri-tert-Butylphenol und 15 - 10 % 2-tert-Butylphenol enthält.
  5. Konzentrat nach Anspruch 2, das das Mineralöl (A), den Demulgator (C) und den Korrosionshemmer (E) enthält.
  6. Konzentrat nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, das das Mineralöl (A), das Antioxidans (B), den Demulgator (C) und den Korrosionshemmer (E) enthält.
  7. Konzentrat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, in dem das Gewichtsverhältnis von (a) zu (b) plus (c) weniger als 1 : 3 beträgt.
  8. Konzentrat nach Anspruch 7, bei dem das Gewichtsverhältnis von (a) zu (b) plus (c) im Bereich von 1 : 1,2 bis 1 : 2,5 liegt.
  9. Konzentrat nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Polyamin ein oder mehrere Alkylenpolyamine, cyclische Alkylenpolyamine, acyclische Alkylenpolyamine oder eine Mischung aus zwei oder mehreren der vorstehenden Substanzen darstellt, wobei jede Alkylengruppe 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatome enthält und der acyclische Hydrocarbylsubstituent ein Polyalkylen mit 64 bis 80 Kohlenstoffatomen ist und das nicht hydrobehandelte Poly-α-olefin bei 100°C eine Viskosität von 10 cSt aufweist.
  10. Konzentrat nach Anspruch 9, bei dem das Polyamin Triethylentetramin oder eine Triethylentetramin nahekommende Kombination aus Ethylenpolyaminen ist.
  11. Konzentrat nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, das ein Mineralöl mit einer Flüchtigkeit Von 50 % oder weniger enthält und in dem das Verhältnis von Mineralöl zu Poly-α-olefin im Bereich von 3 : 1 bis 0,5 : 1 liegt.
  12. Motortreibstoff, der (i) eine größere Menge Kohlenwasserstoffe im Siedebereich von Benzin oder Mischungen aus Kohlenwasserstoff und oxygenierte Substanzen oder oxygenierte Substanzen und (ii) eine kleinere, aber wirksame Menge der Komponenten eines Treibstoffadditivkonzentrats nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 enthält.
  13. Verfahren zur Kontrolle der Anforderungssteigerung in bezug auf die Octanzahl von Verbrennungsmotoren (Ottomotoren) oder zur Verringerung von Induktionssystemablagerungen in Verbrennungsmotoren (Ottomotoren), bei dem zur Verwendung als Treibstoffzusammensetzung eine größere Menge eines bleifreien Benzins und eine kleinere, aber wirksame Menge eines Gemischs zur Kontrolle der Octanbedarfssteigerung oder einer Mischung zur Verringerung von Induktionssystemablagerungen zur Verfügung gestellt wird, die folgende Bestandteile umfaßt:
    (a) das Reaktionsprodukt aus (i) Polyamin und (ii) mindestens einer mit acyclischem Hydrocarbyl substituierten Bernsteinsäure als Acylierungsmittel;
    (b) ein nicht hydrobehandeltes flüssiges Poly-α-olefinoligomer mit einer Flüchtigkeit von 50 % oder weniger und
    (c) wahlweise ein Mineralöl mit einem Viskositätsindex von weniger als etwa 90 und einer Flüchtigkeit von 50 % oder weniger, wobei diese Flüchtigkeit in Gewichtsprozent der verlorenen Substanz ausgedrückt wird, bezogen auf das Gesamtausgangsgewicht des getesteten Materials, wenn dieses Material in einem 250 ml Rundbodenkolben eine Stunde unter Rühren bei 150 upm auf 300°C erhitzt wird, während der freie Raum über dem Material im Kolben mit 7,5 l Luft/h gespült wird, wodurch die Steigerung der Anforderung in bezug auf die Octanzahl eines Verbrennungsmotors effektiv kontrolliert wird.
  14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, bei dem die Komponenten des Gemischs wie in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 11 definiert sind.
