Abstract

Stretcher rack for receiving a stretcher (10) in a transport means (12), comprising a carrying table (14) that can be raised and lowered, the carrying table (14) being connected with the floor (18) of the transport means (12) by a parallelogram support arm (16), the parallelogram support arm (16) being journalled in a base component (20) which forms the sole bearing surface on the floor (18) of the transport means (12) and the carrying table (14) being displaceable in the longitudinal direction relative to the transport means (12) while maintaining this connection, and a drive element (40) acting between the base component (20) and the parallelogram support arm (16), characterized in that the carrying table (14) can be pulled completely out of the transport means (12) or pushed completely into the transport means (12), the base component (20) being arranged longitudinally traversable in a rail (22) on the floor (18) of the transport means (12), the carrying table (14) is rotatably mounted on the parallelogram support arm (16) about a vertical axis (24) and the drive element is constructed as a hydraulic and/or pneumatic drive, spring and damping element (40).
  2. Stretcher rack according to Claim 1, characterized in that the base component (20) lies ahead of the carrying table (14) in the direction of travel.
  3. Stretcher rack according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the vertical axis (24) lies in the centre of the carrying table (14).
  4. Stretcher rack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the parallelogram support arm (16) is pivotally mounted in the base component (20) or the base component (20) is itself pivotally mounted, about a vertical axis (26).
  5. Stretcher rack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the parallelogram support arm (16) comprises four parallel support bars (28, 30, 32, 34), each of which is articulated to an end piece (36) adjacent to the base component (20) and to an end piece (38) adjacent to the carrying table (14).
  6. Stretcher rack according to Claim 5, characterized in that the axes of the support bars (28, 30, 32, 34) form the corners of a rectangle lying in a cross-sectional plane through the parallelogram support arm (16).
  7. Stretcher rack according to one or more of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that, in the case of a land vehicle as transport means (12), the base component (20) lies, in the transporting position of the carrying table (14), between the front and rear axles.
