Abstract

In a sales package for rigid haberdashery articles (34), a container (14, 30) is used which is provided with a transparent container part (30, 30') made of plastic and is attached to a cardboard sheet (10, 10'). The cardboard sheet (10, 10') serves for hanging the sales package on a rod of a self-service device. For dividing the sales package in a simpler manner which is more favourable in terms of material, it is proposed to construct the container (14, 30) from a three-dimensional folding blank (11, 11') of the cardboard sheet (10, 10') itself, specifically as a lower tray (14, 14') which continues in a flat, integral cardboard end piece (12, 12') which serves for hanging up the sales package. The sides (16, 16') of the lower tray project beyond the vertical plane of the cardboard end piece (12, 12') which is effective for hanging up and form the insertable male part of a two-part insertion coupling. Description

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Verkaufspackung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 angegebenen Art. Derartige Verkaufspackungen werden in Selbstbedienungseinrichtungen pendelnd aufgehängt und stehen der Kundschaft zur Begutachtung und wahlweisen Entnahme an einrichtungsseitigen Aufhängestangen zur Verfügung. Bei der Erfindung wird das Kartonblatt selbst, das im Stand der Technik zur Positionierung und Befestigung des Behälters diente, zur Ausbildung einer unteren Schale des Behälters verwendet. Dieser Teil des Behälters besteht somit, wie das Kartonblatt, aus Papiermaterial. Dazu verwendet man eine Kappe aus transparentem Kunststoffmaterial, die über eine Steckkupplung mit der Schale verbunden wird und dadurch den in sich geschlossenen Behälter erzeugt. Dabei dient die Schale als einsteckbarer Patrizenteil, während die Kappe als aufnahmewirksamer Matrizenteil der Steckkupplung fungiert, der mit seinen Kappenseitenwänden über die aus der Höhenebene des aufhängewirksamen Kartonendstücks emporragenden Schalenseitenwände gesteckt wird. Durch Lösen der Steckkupplung lassen sich die beiden werkstoffunterschiedlichen Bestandteile leicht und vollständig voneinander trennen und damit recyklen. Dies erreicht man einfach durch entsprechende Faltung der Schalenseitenwände aus Kartonmaterial, was sich leicht automatisieren läßt. Derartige Verkaufspackungen lassen sich preiswert herstellen und zeichnen sich wegen ihrer Mehrlagigkeit im Bereich der Schalenseitenwände durch eine große Stabilität aus. Weil das Kartonendstück in einer Höhenebene der unteren Schale angeordnet ist, kommt es etwa in die Schwerpunktlage der aufgehängten Verkaufspackung zu liegen, was sich günstig für die Placierung solcher Verkaufspackungen auf Aufhängestangen von Selbstbedienungseinrichtungen auswirkt.In the invention, the cardboard sheet itself, which was used in the prior art for positioning and fastening the container, is used to form a lower shell of the container. Die Verkaufspackung besteht in beiden Ausführungsbeispielen aus einem Kartonblatt 10 bzw. 10' aus papierartigem Material, wie Pappe, das einen aus Fig. 6 bzw. 7 ersichtlichen Stanzumriß aufweist und sich in einen räumlichen Faltzuschnitt 11 bzw. 11' und ein ebenes Kartonendstück 12, 12' gliedern läßt. Das Kartonendstück 12, 12' ist mit einem profilierten Aufhängeloch 13 zum Aufhängen in einer nicht näher gezeigten Selbstbedienungseinrichtung versehen, während der Faltzuschnitt 11, 11' die untere Schale 14, 14' eines Behälters bildet, dem eine Kappe 30 bzw. 30' zugeordnet ist. Die Schale 14 besteht aus vom ebenen Schalenboden 15 abgewinkelten Seitenwänden 16, 16'.
