Definitions
- the invention relates to a holder for a heating device in an oven, preferably a microwave oven, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- part of a heating device namely a protective tube for a temperature sensor
- a protective tube for a temperature sensor is laid through an opening in the oven wall and extends from the oven interior to the exterior of the oven and is fastened to the oven wall by means of a screw connection.
- An elastic contact foil with spreading flaps is used for safe metallic contact between the protective tube and the furnace wall, which is attached to the protective tube from the outside, with the spreading flaps spreading until it lies against the uncoated outside of the furnace muffle.
- assembly and disassembly for example when carrying out repair work, must be carried out from the outside of the furnace, which in the event of repair requires removal of the furnace muffle from its outer housing.
- the invention has for its object to provide a holder for a heating device in a coating on the inside, e.g. to improve the oven provided with enamel so that even with extreme temperature fluctuations a permanent, exact attachment of the heating device is guaranteed and microwave suitability is given with special consideration of simple and cost-saving assembly and disassembly.
- the holder according to the invention is suitable for carrying out repair work on the heating device, that is to say a domontage, for example of the grill radiator, from the inside of the oven.
- the presence of the expansion element on the one hand achieves a permanent elastic connection between the heating device or its support element and the furnace wall even under extreme temperature conditions, for example in pyrolytic self-cleaning operation, and at the same time it ensures that an intimate metallic coupling of the heating element and its support element to one metallic surface of the furnace wall is maintained and maintained is obtained.
- This metallic contact follows from the interior of the oven via the bolt spread with the expansion element to the enamel-free outside of the oven wall.
- This bracket is equally suitable for attaching thermal radiators as for other parts of a heating device such as a temperature sensor or its protective tube.
- the bolt has an annular groove in the area of the spreading tabs, into which the unspread spreading tabs engage and the spreading tabs brace therein. This gives you an assembly aid during the assembly of the bracket by pre-adjusting the expansion element and during repair work the expansion element is held in this annular groove and prevented from falling.
- stops provided on the support element, which are created by bending up the boundary edges of the support element pressure surface and which allow the expansion element to be braced only to a certain extent, which maintains the elasticity of the expansion element.
- FIGS. 1 to 3 show, for example, the top, top-side oven wall 1 of an oven, preferably with an integrated microwave heating device, which has, for example, a circular shape 2 in the area of a holder described below.
- this furnace wall has a coating 3 in the form of an enamel layer on the inside, but not on the opposite outside. 4 with a heating element of a thermal heating device in the form of a grill radiator is referred to, which is fastened by means of sheet metal brackets 5 to support rods 6, this thermal heating device being located at a short distance immediately below the upper furnace wall.
- tab-like support elements 7 are used, of which only one is shown in the drawing.
- This metallic support element 7 is directly connected to the support rod 6 on the underside, for example welded and has at the end facing the furnace wall 1/2 a right-angled extension 8 with a pressure surface 9 facing the furnace wall 1/2.
- the support element 7 has a Approach 8 and the pressure surface 9 dividing incision 10, which continues to a certain extent on the support element 7 towards the support rod 6.
- a bolt 11 designed as a threaded bolt, which is provided with an annular groove 12 and has an external thread below the annular groove, onto which a threaded nut 12 with a washer 13 can be screwed.
- the bolt 11 has in one piece a wide head part 14 which is plate-shaped or disk-shaped and has a vertically bent nose 15 as a means of preventing rotation, which for this purpose engages in an opening 16 in the furnace wall 1/2.
- a spreading element 17 (see also FIG. 5), which is designed in the form of a circular disk and has concentric curvatures or corrugations 18, is attached to the bolt 11 from the interior of the oven.
- the spreading element 17 has, in the central region, angularly bent spreading flaps which are produced by a cross-shaped free cut 19 and which engage in the region of the annular groove 12 in the non-spread state (assembly situation according to FIG. 2).
- the bolt 11 is located in the above-mentioned notch 10 of the support element 7.
- the support element with its divided attachment 8 is pressed in the direction of the furnace wall 1/2, the likewise divided pressure surface 9 being the expansion element relative to the enamelled surface of the Oven wall 1/2 braced.
- the opposite boundary edges of the pressure surface 9 are angled in the direction of the furnace wall 1/2 to form stops 21 formed in this way. These stops 21 provide a defined distance when the threaded nut 12 is tightened ensured between the pressure surface 9 and the coating 3 of the furnace wall 1/2, so that an elastic deformation of the curvatures or corrugations 18 of the expansion element 17 occurs only to a certain extent, which maintains the elasticity of the expansion element.
- the spreading lugs 20 spread radially inwards and make metallic contact with the surface of the annular groove 12. In this way, permanent and constant, reliable contact at all temperature conditions between the heating element via its support element, via the expansion element 17, over the bolt 11 and finally over the head part 14 to the non-coated outer surface of the furnace wall 1/2.
- leakage radiation for example through the opening 22 in the oven wall 1/2, which serves to push the pin 11 through, is thus reliably prevented.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a holder for a heating device in an oven, preferably a microwave oven, according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known microwave oven (DE 30 28 352 C2), part of a heating device, namely a protective tube for a temperature sensor, is laid through an opening in the oven wall and extends from the oven interior to the exterior of the oven and is fastened to the oven wall by means of a screw connection. An elastic contact foil with spreading flaps is used for safe metallic contact between the protective tube and the furnace wall, which is attached to the protective tube from the outside, with the spreading flaps spreading until it lies against the uncoated outside of the furnace muffle. In this case, assembly and disassembly, for example when carrying out repair work, must be carried out from the outside of the furnace, which in the event of repair requires removal of the furnace muffle from its outer housing. In the case of microwave ovens, it is also known (DE 30 35 747 C2) to use ceramic support elements for holding heating elements, for example a grill radiator, which are fastened to the oven wall by means of metallic brackets in the form of plug-in tabs which are not metallically connected to the grill radiator. Experience has shown that these ceramic Bodies absorb microwaves and thus reduce the usable microwave power and are otherwise susceptible to breakage when exposed to mechanical stress. Finally, it is known in an oven with an integrated microwave device (DE-GM 88 12 765) to mount a grill element in largely loose coupling on supporting bars and to rigidly attach these supporting bars individually to the muffle wall.
The invention has for its object to provide a holder for a heating device in a coating on the inside, e.g. to improve the oven provided with enamel so that even with extreme temperature fluctuations a permanent, exact attachment of the heating device is guaranteed and microwave suitability is given with special consideration of simple and cost-saving assembly and disassembly.
This object is achieved by the measures specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Advantageous refinements of the invention result from the following patent claims.
The holder according to the invention is suitable for carrying out repair work on the heating device, that is to say a domontage, for example of the grill radiator, from the inside of the oven. The presence of the expansion element on the one hand achieves a permanent elastic connection between the heating device or its support element and the furnace wall even under extreme temperature conditions, for example in pyrolytic self-cleaning operation, and at the same time it ensures that an intimate metallic coupling of the heating element and its support element to one metallic surface of the furnace wall is maintained and maintained is obtained. This metallic contact follows from the interior of the oven via the bolt spread with the expansion element to the enamel-free outside of the oven wall. This bracket is equally suitable for attaching thermal radiators as for other parts of a heating device such as a temperature sensor or its protective tube.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the bolt has an annular groove in the area of the spreading tabs, into which the unspread spreading tabs engage and the spreading tabs brace therein. This gives you an assembly aid during the assembly of the bracket by pre-adjusting the expansion element and during repair work the expansion element is held in this annular groove and prevented from falling.
Also used as an assembly aid are stops provided on the support element, which are created by bending up the boundary edges of the support element pressure surface and which allow the expansion element to be braced only to a certain extent, which maintains the elasticity of the expansion element.
The invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing.

Bei Mikrowellenbetrieb des Backofens wird damit eine Leckstrahlung z.B. durch die Öffnung 22 in der Ofenwand 1/2 hindurch, die zum Hindurchstecken des Bolzens 11 dient, in sicherer Weise verhindert.1 to 3 show, for example, the top, top-side oven wall 1 of an oven, preferably with an integrated microwave heating device, which has, for example, a
