Die Anschlußenden der Anschlußleitungen können aber auch zu einem Stecker zusammengefaßt sein, der zweckmäßig so an der Unterseite der Einbauplatte befestigt ist, daß beim Einsetzen der Kochplatte in die Plattenöffnung gleichzeitig die elektrisch leitenden Steckverbindungen mit dem Anschlußstück der Kochplatte hergestellt werden. Nach dem Herstellen der elektrischen Anschlußverbindungen zwischen den Anschlüssen und den Anschlußleitungen kann der Befestigungsbolzen zur Verspannung der Kochplatte gegenüber der Einbauplatte von deren Oberseite her betätigt werden. Hierzu kann statt eines auch denkbaren, in den Außenumfang des Mittelzapfen eingreifenden Sicherungsgliedes ein solches verwenden werden, das vom unteren Ende des Mittelzapfens her in dessen Innenumfang, insbesondere in eine Innenprofilierung, wie ein Innengewinde eingreift und einen Durchlaß für den Befestigungsbolzen aufweist, welcher gleichzeitig so an den Innenumfang des Sicherungsgliedes angepaßt sein kann, daß es dieses radial gegen Lösen aus der Eingriffslage sichert. Ist das Sicherungsglied, wie auch denkbar, nicht einteilig mit dem Abschußdeckel ausgebildet, beziehungsweise aus diesem herausgeformt, so ist es zweckmäßig durch eine hülsenförmige Bundmuffe gebildet, deren Durchlaß so eng an den Außendurchmesser des Befestigungsbolzens angepaßt sein kann, daß dieser über das Sicherungsglied gegenüber dem Mittelzapfen und damit gegenüber dem Kochplattenkörper zentriert ist. Der Spannteil 3c ist dabei zweckmäßig so ausgebildet, daß er bzw. die Randzonen seiner Öffnung eine zur Steckrichtung der Schnellanschuß-Kupplung 20c parallele Führung für das Anschlußstück 16c bilden, die vorteilhaft an dem Tragarm 19c angreift und beim Einsetzen der Kochplatte 1c in die Einbauplatte 2c das Anschlußstück 16c so ausgerichtet führt, daß es von selbst in den vorbestimmten Steckeingriff mit dem Gegenstecker 22c gelangt.
