Claims (11)

  1. Four pour le traitement thermique de produits en pièces, par exemple de tôles, comportant un dispositif de transport pour transporter à travers le four le produit à chauffer, qui présente deux groupes de poutrelles longitudinales portant les produits, qui sont disposées en alternance a distance l'une à côté de l'autre et dont au moins un groupe de poutrelles peut être déplacé vers l'avant sur une partie du parcours de transport à travers le four, dans une position plus haute que l'autre groupe de poutrelles, et qui peut être ensuite ramené dans sa position de départ, dans une position plus basse que ledit autre groupe de poutrelles, tandis qu'en dessous de chaque poutrelle longitudinale est prévue une structure porteuse, portant cette poutrelle et mobile avec elle, et qui présente au moins une face latérale perpendiculaire s'étendant de manière continue sur toute la longueur de la structure inférieure, qui est tournée vers la structure porteuse de la poutrelle longitudinale voisine, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les deux structures porteuses voisines (6) est prévu un tuyau souple (11) s'étendant également sur toute la longueur des structures porteuses, et épousant étroitement la forme de la face latérale.
  2. Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau souple (11) peut être agrandi en section transversale par remplissage par un fluide pneumatique ou hydraulique sous pression, et peut ainsi être pressé contre ladite face latérale.
  3. Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau souple (11) est monté sur une des deux structures porteuses voisines (6).
  4. Four selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau souple (11) est monté sur une ou plusieurs consoles (9) qui sont prévues sur la structure porteuse (6).
  5. Four selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (6) d'une poutrelle longitudinale (2) sur deux porte deux tuyaux souples d'étanchéité (11) qui épousent les faces latérales, perpendiculaires, tournées vers eux, des deux structures porteuses voisines (6).
  6. Four selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que, sur son côté tourne vers lesdites faces latérales perpendiculaires, le tuyau souple (11) porte une languette de glissement s'étendant sur toute sa longueur, et qui peut être pressée par le tuyau souple contre ladite face latérale.
  7. Four selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que, sur la face du tuyau souple (11) tournée vers ladite face latérale perpendiculaire est disposé un organe oscillant (12) s'étendant sur toute la longueur du tuyau souple, qui peut être incliné en dessous ou au-dessus du tuyau souple (11), autour d'un axe (13) s'étendant dans la direction de transport du four, et qui peut être incliné contre ladite face latérale par l'intermédiaire de la pression intérieure du tuyau souple.
  8. Four selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce que, sur le côté de l'organe oscillant (12) qui est tourné vers ladite face latérale perpendiculaire s'appuie une languette de glissement (14) s'étendant sur toute la longueur de l'organe oscillant.
  9. Four selon la revendication 6 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la languette de glissement (14) présente une surface lisse glissante.
  10. Four, en particulier selon la revendication 1, dont la sole thermiquement isolée située en dessous des poutrelles longitudinales est constituée de plusieurs pièces de sole situées l'une à côté de l'autre transversalement à la direction de transport du four, et dont chaque pièce de sole est disposée en dessous d'une des poutrelles longitudinales et est portée par la structure porteuse de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de sole (3) sont formées chacune de plusieurs couches de matelas de fibres thermiquement isolants dont les bords latéraux sont essentiellement contigus.
  11. Four selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les matelas de fibres sont disposés sur une surface porteuse (5) qui est fixée sur la structure porteuse (6) dans la partie supérieure de celle-ci et qui présente une paroi latérale s'étendant en hauteur sur au moins une partie de la hauteur totale des couches de matelas, contre laquelle se disposent essentiellement les matelas de fibres de la pièce de sole voisine (3).
