Abstract

The invention relates to a single-stage liquid-ring gas pump with an overhung impeller (3) and a casing (7) with a suction and a discharge chamber, and suction and discharge connections on the side of the pump facing away from the drive. Da bei den normalen Fertigungsmethoden die Nabenbohrung des Flügelrades durchgehend ist und der Motorwellenstumpf normalerweise aus rostanfälligem Material besteht, ist die Notwendigkeit gegeben, auf der antriebsfernen Seite die Flügelradbohrung dichtzusetzen. Üblicherweise geschieht das durch einen eingeklemmten oder eingeschrumpften Verschlußdeckel, der bei kleineren Pumpen eine ausreichende Dichtheit gewährleistet, so daß keine Flüssigkeit von der antriebsfernen Seite über diesen Verschluß an die Motor- bzw. kombinierte Motorpumpenwelle gelangen kann.In these pumps, the impeller is placed on a motor shaft stub and floating in smaller pumps, i. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß das Flügelrad mit durchgehender Nabenbohrung zur Saug- und Druckraumgehäuseseite der Flüssigkeitsringgaspumpe hin mit einer Abdeckplatte verschlossen ist, die mittels einer Dichtung den Innenraum der Nabenbohrung gegenüber dem Saug- und Druckraum der Pumpe abdichtet und die mittels Schrauben an der Flügelradnabe befestigt ist. Dabei muß die Dichtung dieser Abdeckplatte sowohl am radial äußeren Umfang, vorzugsweise mit flüssiger Dichtung, sowie auch flächenmäßig mittels flüssiger Dichtung oder Papierdichtung gegenüber dem Wellenstumpfende des Motors vorgenommen werden. Durch die absolut feste Verbindung mittels Verschraubung der Dichtplatte im Wellenstumpf erreicht man, daß auch bei längerer Betriebszeit diese Abdeckplatte in der Nabenbohrung des Flügelrades die Dichtheit vom Pumpendruck-/Saugraumgehäuse zum Wellenstumpf gesichert bleibt und eine Korrosion des Wellenstumpfes durch die Betriebsflüssigkeit oder aber das Fördermedium vermieden wird.According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the impeller with a continuous hub bore to the suction and pressure chamber housing side of the liquid ring gas pump is closed with a cover plate which seals the interior of the hub bore against the suction and pressure chamber of the pump by means of a seal and which by means of screws on the Impeller hub is attached. Einstufige Flüssigkeitringgaspumpe mit fliegend gelagertem Flügelrad (3) und einem Gehäuse (7) mit Saug- und Druckraum sowie Saug- und Druckstutzen an der antriebsfernen Seite der Pumpe,

dadurch gekennzeichnet,

daß das Flügelrad (3) eine durchgehende Nabenbohrung (13) besitzt und diese Nabenbohrung zur Druck-/Saugraumgehäuseseite hin mit einer Abdeckplatte (8) verschlossen ist, die mittels einer Dichtung den Innenraum der Nabenbohrung (13) gegenüber dem Saug- und Druckraum der Pumpe abdichtet und die mittels Schrauben (9) an der Flügelradnabe befestigt ist.
