Exzenterschneckenpumpe

Eccentric screw pump
The invention relates to an eccentric screw pump with a catchy one
Drive shaft driven by a clutch, axially supported in both directions rotor made of hard material, z. B. steel, with a two-speed stator made of elastic material, for. B. rubber, with a suction or. Pressure port, which is connected to the working chamber of the pump via a channel radially penetrating the stator, and with a sealing washer attached to the rotor at its end facing the clutch, which is assigned a sealing surface formed on the stator on its side facing the clutch.
In the known designs of the type mentioned, the end face of the stator is covered, but compared to the coupling, complicated and expensive devices or specially equipped, z. B. cardan shaft pieces provided with a protective cover are required. If the liquid is aggressive, this protective cover is often attacked and the coupling is damaged as a result.
The aim of the invention is an eccentric screw pump which avoids the deficiencies mentioned, which is simple and space-saving in its design and ensures a reliable seal on the drive side as well, whereby commercially available joint pieces, such as those known on agricultural machines, can also be used.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the sealing washer is arranged between the rotor and the coupling located outside the working space and has a recess which is designed to be complementary to the end face of the rotor.
According to one feature of the invention, the end face of the rotor and the recess of the sealing washer can be configured in the shape of a spherical segment.
According to other features of the invention, the sealing washer can be provided with a counter ring to axially support the rotor in the direction facing away from the clutch, the end face of the rotor being designed as a collar with a spherical outer surface. The sealing washer can be guided between an annular flange attached to the housing of the stator and an annular washer connected to it in a recess of the annular flange, the annular flange and the annular washer being provided with sealing surfaces.
According to further features of the invention, the sealing washer can consist of a stainless steel and the sealing surfaces can be made of a sliding plastic such. B. polyethylene, coated steel. The steel can be hardened to at least 400 Rockwell.
The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of two exemplary embodiments which are shown schematically in the drawings. In this FIG. 1 shows the drive side of an eccentric screw pump with a first embodiment of the sealing disk and FIG. 2 shows the same arrangement, the eccentric screw pump with a second embodiment of the sealing disk.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, a rotor - 1 - is connected to a drive shaft --5 - via a coupling 17. This coupling-17-is designed in such a way that it allows a radial displacement of the axis of the rotor-1-with respect to the axis of the drive shaft-5. The coupling --17-- is attached to the face of the rotor-l-.
For sealing
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
of the rotor on this end face is a sealing washer - 18-- which is flat on both sides and which is guided in a radially displaceable manner between two sealing surfaces, which is provided with a recess for the sealing washer --18-- attached to the housing of the stator - 2 Ring flange --19-- and a ring disc --20-- connected to it.
The rotor-1-is supported with a spherical segment-shaped end face --22-- in a recess --46-- of the sealing washer --18-- which is designed to be complementary thereto. In this way, the sealing washer --18-- also absorbs the axial forces of the rotor-l-which

as well as the sealing washer-18-. In the radial direction around the sealing washer -18- there is a free space -23- which allows a radial bending of the sealing washer -18 and can also accommodate lubricant.
The eccentric screw pump according to FIG. 2 differs from the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 only by a different design and arrangement of the sealing washer - 18 '-. The rotor 1 is supported with an end face --22 '- designed as a collar with a spherical outer surface - on a complementary recess --46' - of the sealing washer --18 '- which, as in the embodiment according to FIG. 1 again between a on the housing of the
