Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour renforcer le carter de vilebreguin d'un moteur à pistons, notamment d'un moteur à combustion interne, dispositif comprenant, transversalement par rapport à un mécanisme bielle-manivelle (5) et s'étendant entre ces parties de mécanisme à moteur en rotation, des entretoises (11) de section transversale essentiellement en forme de U, qui, avec des surfaces d'impact ou des surfaces conductrices (14 - 19) fixées de façon inamovible et réduisant le cylindre d'huile de lubrification tournant avec le mécanisme bielle-manivelle (5), relient les parois (3, 4) du carter de vilebrequin du moteur (1) des deux côtés du mécanisme à bielle et manivelle (5), tandis que les surfaces d'impact ou les surfaces conductrices (14 - 19) délimitent des ouvertures de passage (25) pour l'huile de lubrification, dispositif caractérisé en ce que :
    - des surfaces d'impact ou des surfaces conductrices (14, 14' ; 15, 15' ; 16, 16') disposées obliquement, séparées les unes des autres et décalées les unes par rapport aux autres en formant des ouvertures de passage (25), sont réparties le long du contour de déplacement (21) d'une partie du mécanisme moteur entre les zones d'extrémités ou les vissages des entretoises (11) respectives sur les côtés latéraux (12) de celles-ci, et
    - ces surfaces d'impact ou ces surfaces conductrices (14 - 16') sont en liaison dans leurs zones terminales tournées les unes vers les autres, avec des parois porteuses (22, 22') espacées les unes des autres, essentiellement parallèles aux côtés latéraux (12), tandis que
    - entre des parois porteuses voisines espacées (22, 22'), des surfaces d'impact ou des surfaces conductrices (17, 18, 19) supplémentaires, disposées obliquement, séparées les unes des autres et décalées les unes par rapport aux autres en formant des ouvertures de passage (25), servent à assurer un assemolage inamovible, par l'intermédiaire des surfaces d'impact ou des surfaces conductrices (14 - 16'), entre les entretoises (11) pour un dispositif de renforcement (13) en forme de coquille.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les surfaces d'impact ou les surfaces conductrices (14 - 16') sur les côtés latéraux, et les surfaces d'impact ou les surfaces conductrices (17 - 19) disposées entre les parois porteuses (22, 22'), sont disposées de façon à être adaptées aux contours de déplacement (21, 23) de différentes parties du mécanisme moteur (7, 20).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 et la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que :
    - les bords des surfaces d'impact ou des surfaces conductrices (14, 14' ; 15, 15' ; 16, 16') délimitant les ouvertures (25), sont disposés de façon à être adaptés aux contours de déplacement (21) des contrepoids d'équilibrage (7) de l'arbre de vilebrequin, et
    - les bords délimitant les ouvertures (25) des surfaces d'impact ou des surfaces conductrices (17, 18, 19), prévus entre les parois porteuses (22, 22'), sont disposés de façon à être adaptés aux contours de déplacement (23) d'un grand coussinet de bielle (20) tournant avec l'arbre de vilebrequin (6).
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (13) est réalisé sous la forme d'une pièce coulée sous pression en métal léger.
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé par une configuration sans cadre avec un agencement sur le carter de vilebrequin (2), distinct de la fixation d'une cuve à huile (24) sur les parois (3, 4) du carter de vilebrequin.
