Description
Es sind bereits Zerkleinerungsmaschinen bekannt, die sich zum Zerkleinern von Holz, Metallteilen, Müll und anderen Abfällen verwenden lassen. So ist insbesondere eine Maschine bekannt mit einer horizontalachsigen, motorisch angetriebenen, mit Schneidemessern zum Zerkleinern des Materials versehenen Walzen, die mit zwei zur Walzenachse parallelen, zur Ausgestaltung der Schneidemesser komplementären Organen zusammenarbeitet, wobei diese Organe derart den unteren Rand eines Materialtrichters begrenzen, dass das eine Organ als Gegenmesser zum Abscheren von Material ausgebildet ist, während das andere Organ eher als Abstreifer dient, um zu verhindern, dass folienartiges weiches Material auf den Messern kleben bleibt und so die Schneidwirkung verhindert.Shredding machines are already known which can be used for shredding wood, metal parts, waste and other waste. Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Maschine weist einen auf einem Gestell sitzenden Materialtrichter 1 mit rechteckigem Querschnitt auf, der eine schiefe Wand 1a, eine senkrechte Wand 1b und einen Boden 1c besitzt. Es fehlt die den Boden 1c mit der schiefen Wand 1a verbindende Kante. An der Stelle dieser Kante reicht eine horizontalachsige, durch einen Motor 2 über ein Getriebe 3 und eine in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Transmission angetriebene Walze 4 in den Trichterraum hinein. Diese Walze ist mit Messern 5 versehen, von denen eines in der Figur 4 dargestellt ist, und die schraubenlinienförmig verteilt je mittels eines Messerträgers 6 auf der Walze 4 befestigt sind. Am freien Rand des Trichterbodens 1c sitzt ein Gegenmesser 7. Am freien Rand der schiefen Trichterwand 1a ein Gegenmesser 8 und ein drittes Gegenmesser 9 befindet sich in der Drehrichtung A der arbeitenden Walze zwischen den beiden Gegenmessern 7 und 8. Alle diese drei Messer haben einen zu der mit den Messern 5 bestückten Walze 4 komplementäre Kontur, wobei der Abstand zwischen den Messern und den Gegenmessern ausserordentlich klein ist, so dass die Messer und Gegenmesser zusammen eine Schere bilden. Ausserhalb des Trichters 1 ist die Walze 4 von einem Sieb 11 umgeben, so dass nur Materialteile, die kleiner sind als die Löcher des Siebes 11 in den Auffangbehälter 10 gelangen können, von wo sie mittels der Transportschnecke 13 weggeführt werden.The machine shown in the drawing has a
