Definitions
- the invention relates to a container, in particular small containers, regular cuboid geometry with side walls and bottom wall as well as this closing lid, whereby the container can be placed on a stand.
- the object of the present invention is to develop a container of the type described above in such a way that the container can be closed by the closure lid without damaging the seal and that when the container is open the lid does not run the risk of hitting a stand.
- the object is essentially achieved in that at least one hinge pin extends from the closure lid, which engages in a link slot of a hinge element extending from an upper edge region of the container, that the hinge pin in an open and closed container in a lower or an upper section of the Setting slot is set, which are spaced from each other, that when the container is open, the hinge pin is fixed on a supporting surface of the upper section, which runs above the position in which the hinge pin assumes in the lower section when the container is closed, so that when the and along a container outer wall surface extending closure lid is spaced from the standing surface.
- the slotted slot causes the cover to be guided in such a way that the pivot axis of the cover is enlarged in relation to the standing surface in such a way that when the cover is open, it cannot touch the standing surface.
- the forced guidance caused by the slot slot further ensures that the closure lid cannot be pivoted about a fixed axis, as is the case with containers of known design, which would otherwise cause the seal running in the upper edge region of the container to be damaged when the closure lid is opened and closed becomes. Rather, the pivoting takes place in an axial position that is spaced from that in which the container is properly closed by the closure lid.
- the Kullisseschlitz itself preferably has an L, C or U-shaped course, with a short leg is provided which is located away from the container and runs approximately parallel to the bottom wall and in which the hinge pin can be fixed when the container is open.
- the short leg can be provided in its end with a receptacle holding the hinge pin like a trough.
- the cover element can be locked on the outer surface of the container when the container is open.
- a handle is preferably used for this purpose, by means of which the closure lid can be handled.
- the handle can snap into a preferably tab-shaped receptacle projecting from the outer surface of the container, as a result of which an undesired back and forth movement of the closure lid is avoided when the container is moved in the open position.
- the closure cover preferably has two hinge bolts which engage in hinge elements extending from opposite side walls of the container.
- the hinge bolts themselves can start from the locking tabs projecting tab elements, which in turn are preferably welded to the locking cover.
- the hinge bolts should be able to be fixed in the tab elements by means of fastening elements, such as grub screws, which can be introduced from the inside of the closure lid, in order to provide security against undesired loosening from the outside.
- the containers according to the invention consist of a stable, tightly welded sheet metal construction, whereby side and bottom walls can be corrugated.
- the bottom of the container has feet that are equipped with centering aids.
- receiving pockets specifically in the corners, which are also designed as a centering aid, ie for positioning a further container to be placed on the lid.
- the receiving pockets can also be anchor points for hoists such as ropes and spreaders.
- the former are arranged in corner areas of the container and have such a planar extent in plan view that they are a hindrance for another container to be stacked on the container, i.e. not for the container feet can represent.
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of a container (10) according to the invention in the form of a small container for holding waste, in particular contaminated active waste.
- the container is a stable, tightly welded sheet metal construction, with side walls (shown side walls (12) and (14)) and bottom wall (16) are corrugated.
- the corners are provided with angular cladding (18) which merge into feet (20) on the bottom and into receiving pockets (22) on the cover side, which each serve as centering aids when stacking.
- the receiving pockets (22) also serve as attachment points for hoists. For reasons of clarity, the last-mentioned elements are only shown in the left part of FIG. 1.
- the distance between the upper edge (24) of the container (10) and the standing surface (26) is smaller than the width of the closure lid (28) which closes the container (10) and which is pivotally connected to the container (10) in the manner described below is.
- the closure lid (28) is formed in one piece, the opening of the container (10) being freely accessible when the closure lid (28) is open, ie there are no interfering edges, so that fast and trouble-free loading and unloading is possible.
- closure of the closure (28) closing the container (10) is carried out by means of quick-release fasteners (30) and perforated plates (32) which engage in a toothing on the container side (notch pins (34)).
- closure lid (28) with its inner circumferential seal (36) is pressed against the upper edge (24) of the container (24).
- the perforated plates (32) and grooved pins (34) can be designed according to the respective requirements.
- the grooved pins are preferably arranged obliquely in order to provide additional security, in particular in the case of sudden loads on the top of the container.
- the closure cover (28) engages with hinge bolts (38) which run in its longitudinal side edges in recessed slots (40) which run in hinge elements (42) which, in turn, start from the upper and opposite edge regions of the container (10).
- the hinge elements (42) are preferably attached to opposite side walls of the container (10) and are penetrated vertically by the hinge bolts (38) acting as a pivot axis.
- the hinge bolts (38) start from a ramp-shaped tab element (144) which is welded onto the top (47) of the closure cover (28).
- the hinge bolts (38) are fastened in the tabs (144) preferably by means of grub screws (146), which in turn are from the inner surface of the closure cover (28) can be introduced.
- the hinge element (42) with the Kullisseschlitz (40) is shown enlarged in Fig. 2.
- the Kullisseschlitz (40) has approximately a C-shape, with an elongated section (43) parallel to the side wall (14).
- Two shorter sections (44) and (46) emanate from section (43), which in turn have sections (48) offset downwards in their end regions, in which the hinge bolts (38) on the one hand when the container is closed or on the other hand when the container is fully open Container (10) run.
- section (48) serving as a receptacle ensures that when the closure lid (28) is fully open, undesired slipping of the hinge pin (38) into the elongated section (42) and thus, due to gravity, into the lower, shorter section (46) does not occur
- the distance between the receptacle (48) and the standing surface (26) is so large that the free front end area (52) of the closure cover (28) is spaced apart from the standing surface (26) in the case of hinge bolts (38) lying in the receptacle (48). This means that when the closure cover (28) is opened, it cannot hit the standing surface (26) if the hinge bolt (38) remains in the receptacle (48) when the opening is properly opened.
- a handle such as a handle (54) starts from the outer surface of the closure element (28) and can be fixed in a receptacle (58) extending from the outer surface (56) of the side wall (14). This locks the closure cover (28) so that even when an open one is being transported Container (10) an uncontrolled swinging back and forth of the closure lid (28) can not occur.
- the hinge pin (38) is moved along the longer section (43) of the slot slit (40) running parallel to the side wall (14) while the closure cover (28) is pivoted in the direction of the side wall (12) to slide along the lower shorter leg (46) towards the outer end (area (50)).
- the closure cover (28) is rotated further in such a way that the section of the circumferential seal (36) below the pivot axis securely rests on the upper edge (24) of the container (10) in such a way that squeezing away leads to leaks or the like is omitted. This also ensures that the seal cannot be destroyed by frequent opening or closing of the container (10).
- the container according to the invention preferably has a substantially uniform cuboid geometry with an edge dimension of 1,100 mm. This results in a usable volume of approx. 1 m3.
- the material thickness should be designed so that a total of 6 small containers (10) can be stacked on top of each other.

Description
The invention relates to a container, in particular small containers, regular cuboid geometry with side walls and bottom wall as well as this closing lid, whereby the container can be placed on a stand.
For the transport especially contaminated such. B. weakly radioactive waste containers of different geometries such as barrels, barrels or rectangular containers are used. Corresponding containers must, among other things, meet the conditions of carriage of the relevant dangerous goods regulations.
When using the containers, it must be ensured that they can be closed at any time with the associated lid. The lid must not lead to damage to the inside of the container against the sealing seals, or even run the risk that this in the open position z. B. thereby is damaged that it hits a stand or the like.
The object of the present invention is to develop a container of the type described above in such a way that the container can be closed by the closure lid without damaging the seal and that when the container is open the lid does not run the risk of hitting a stand.
The object is essentially achieved in that at least one hinge pin extends from the closure lid, which engages in a link slot of a hinge element extending from an upper edge region of the container, that the hinge pin in an open and closed container in a lower or an upper section of the Setting slot is set, which are spaced from each other, that when the container is open, the hinge pin is fixed on a supporting surface of the upper section, which runs above the position in which the hinge pin assumes in the lower section when the container is closed, so that when the and along a container outer wall surface extending closure lid is spaced from the standing surface.
When the container is opened, the slotted slot causes the cover to be guided in such a way that the pivot axis of the cover is enlarged in relation to the standing surface in such a way that when the cover is open, it cannot touch the standing surface. This means that there is no longer any risk of containers with a substantially regular cuboid geometry that, when the closure lid is opened, it hits the standing area with the edge area opposite the hinge element and can be damaged and dented there to such an extent that subsequently a proper one Closing is no longer possible.
The forced guidance caused by the slot slot further ensures that the closure lid cannot be pivoted about a fixed axis, as is the case with containers of known design, which would otherwise cause the seal running in the upper edge region of the container to be damaged when the closure lid is opened and closed becomes. Rather, the pivoting takes place in an axial position that is spaced from that in which the container is properly closed by the closure lid.
The Kullisseschlitz itself preferably has an L, C or U-shaped course, with a short leg is provided which is located away from the container and runs approximately parallel to the bottom wall and in which the hinge pin can be fixed when the container is open. In order to avoid uncontrolled slipping out of this end position, the short leg can be provided in its end with a receptacle holding the hinge pin like a trough.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the cover element can be locked on the outer surface of the container when the container is open. A handle is preferably used for this purpose, by means of which the closure lid can be handled. The handle can snap into a preferably tab-shaped receptacle projecting from the outer surface of the container, as a result of which an undesired back and forth movement of the closure lid is avoided when the container is moved in the open position.
The closure cover preferably has two hinge bolts which engage in hinge elements extending from opposite side walls of the container.
The hinge bolts themselves can start from the locking tabs projecting tab elements, which in turn are preferably welded to the locking cover. The hinge bolts should be able to be fixed in the tab elements by means of fastening elements, such as grub screws, which can be introduced from the inside of the closure lid, in order to provide security against undesired loosening from the outside.
The containers according to the invention consist of a stable, tightly welded sheet metal construction, whereby side and bottom walls can be corrugated.
The bottom of the container has feet that are equipped with centering aids. In the lid area there are receiving pockets, specifically in the corners, which are also designed as a centering aid, ie for positioning a further container to be placed on the lid. The receiving pockets can also be anchor points for hoists such as ropes and spreaders.
So that the hinge pins and hinge elements do not hinder the stacking of containers, the former are arranged in corner areas of the container and have such a planar extent in plan view that they are a hindrance for another container to be stacked on the container, i.e. not for the container feet can represent.
Further details, advantages and features of the invention result not only from the claims, the features to be extracted from them - individually and / or in combination - but also from the following description of a preferred exemplary embodiment which can be found in the drawings.

Das Behältnis ist eine stabile, dichtgeschweißte Blechkonstruktion, wobei Seitenwandungen (dargestellt Seitenwandungen (12) und (14)) sowie Bodenwandung (16) gesickt sind.1 shows a side view of a container (10) according to the invention in the form of a small container for holding waste, in particular contaminated active waste. The container is a stable, tightly welded sheet metal construction, with side walls (shown side walls (12) and (14)) and bottom wall (16) are corrugated.
The corners are provided with angular cladding (18) which merge into feet (20) on the bottom and into receiving pockets (22) on the cover side, which each serve as centering aids when stacking. The receiving pockets (22) also serve as attachment points for hoists. For reasons of clarity, the last-mentioned elements are only shown in the left part of FIG. 1.
The distance between the upper edge (24) of the container (10) and the standing surface (26) is smaller than the width of the closure lid (28) which closes the container (10) and which is pivotally connected to the container (10) in the manner described below is.
The closure lid (28) is formed in one piece, the opening of the container (10) being freely accessible when the closure lid (28) is open, ie there are no interfering edges, so that fast and trouble-free loading and unloading is possible.
The closure of the closure (28) closing the container (10) is carried out by means of quick-release fasteners (30) and perforated plates (32) which engage in a toothing on the container side (notch pins (34)). Here, the closure lid (28) with its inner circumferential seal (36) is pressed against the upper edge (24) of the container (24).
The perforated plates (32) and grooved pins (34) can be designed according to the respective requirements. The grooved pins are preferably arranged obliquely in order to provide additional security, in particular in the case of sudden loads on the top of the container.
The closure cover (28) engages with hinge bolts (38) which run in its longitudinal side edges in recessed slots (40) which run in hinge elements (42) which, in turn, start from the upper and opposite edge regions of the container (10). The hinge elements (42) are preferably attached to opposite side walls of the container (10) and are penetrated vertically by the hinge bolts (38) acting as a pivot axis.
The hinge bolts (38) are fastened in the tabs (144) preferably by means of grub screws (146), which in turn are from the inner surface of the closure cover (28) can be introduced.
The hinge element (42) with the Kullisseschlitz (40) is shown enlarged in Fig. 2. The Kullisseschlitz (40) has approximately a C-shape, with an elongated section (43) parallel to the side wall (14). Two shorter sections (44) and (46) emanate from section (43), which in turn have sections (48) offset downwards in their end regions, in which the hinge bolts (38) on the one hand when the container is closed or on the other hand when the container is fully open Container (10) run.
Insbesondere der als Aufnahme dienende Abschnitt (48) stellt sicher, daß bei vollständig geöffnetem Verschlußdeckel (28) ein unerwünschtes Rutschen den Scharnierbolzen (38) in den länglichen Abschnitt (42) hinein und damit schwerkraftbedingt in den unteren kürzeren Abschnitt (46) unterbleibtIn particular, the section (48) serving as a receptacle ensures that when the closure lid (28) is fully open, undesired slipping of the hinge pin (38) into the elongated section (42) and thus, due to gravity, into the lower, shorter section (46) does not occur
The distance between the receptacle (48) and the standing surface (26) is so large that the free front end area (52) of the closure cover (28) is spaced apart from the standing surface (26) in the case of hinge bolts (38) lying in the receptacle (48). This means that when the closure cover (28) is opened, it cannot hit the standing surface (26) if the hinge bolt (38) remains in the receptacle (48) when the opening is properly opened.
As the right part of FIG. 1 illustrates, a handle such as a handle (54) starts from the outer surface of the closure element (28) and can be fixed in a receptacle (58) extending from the outer surface (56) of the side wall (14). This locks the closure cover (28) so that even when an open one is being transported Container (10) an uncontrolled swinging back and forth of the closure lid (28) can not occur.
In diesem Fall ruht der Verschlußbolzen (38) in der Aufnahme (48) des Kullissenschlitzes (40).The engagement of the hinge pins (38) in the slot slots (40) ensures that, when the closure cover (28) is open, it cannot touch the standing surface (26). In this case, the locking bolt (38) rests in the receptacle (48) of the slot slot (40).
If the closure cover (28) is closed, the hinge pin (38) is moved along the longer section (43) of the slot slit (40) running parallel to the side wall (14) while the closure cover (28) is pivoted in the direction of the side wall (12) to slide along the lower shorter leg (46) towards the outer end (area (50)). At the same time, the closure cover (28) is rotated further in such a way that the section of the circumferential seal (36) below the pivot axis securely rests on the upper edge (24) of the container (10) in such a way that squeezing away leads to leaks or the like is omitted. This also ensures that the seal cannot be destroyed by frequent opening or closing of the container (10).
The container according to the invention preferably has a substantially uniform cuboid geometry with an edge dimension of 1,100 mm. This results in a usable volume of approx. 1 m³. The material thickness should be designed so that a total of 6 small containers (10) can be stacked on top of each other.
