Claims (9)
- Mikroschlaggerät zur Markierung mit einer durch ein unter Druck stehendes Fluid betätigbaren Markierungsspitze (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze (5) einstückig mit einem Kolben (9) verbunden ist, der in einem Zylinder (10) untergebracht ist und durch eine Druckkammer (30) überragt wird, welche quer zu einer Primärleitung (A1) und einem mit einer Verschlußvorrichtung (13) ausgestatteten Durchgang derart mit einer Druckquelle (P) verbunden ist, daß die Verschlußvorrichtung in der geöffneten Stellung durch das Fluid ein Pressen des Kolbens (9) und der Markierungsspitze (5) in Richtung des zu markierenden Stücks gestattet, während zyklische Steuermittel (CC) ermöglichen, in einer ersten Phase wenigstens eine Sekundärleitung (27, 28), welche an die Aufnahme (15), in der die Verschlußvorrichtung (13) verschiebbar untergebracht ist, angeschlossen ist, mit der Quelle (P) zu verbinden und dadurch die Verschiebung der Verschlußvorrichtung in die geschlossene Stellung zu bewirken, wobei Rückzugsmittel gleichzeitig das Anheben des Kolbens (9) in seinem Zylinder (10) in die Ausgangsstellung herbeiführen die zyklischen Steuermittel (CC) in einer zweiten Phase die Sekundärleitung (27, 28) mit der freien Atmosphäre verbinden, dadurch das Verschieben der Verschlußvorrichtung in die geöffnete Stellung und das Pressen der Markierungsspitze (5) durch das unter Druck stehende Fluid in Richtung des zu markierenden Stucks gestatten und die zyklischen Steuermittel (CC) nachfolgend die Wiederholung des Arbeitszyklusses bei einer bestimmten Frequenz herbeiführen.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußvorrichtung (13) und ihre Aufnahme (15) eine zur Achse (X1-X1) des Zylinders (10) und des Kolbens (9) ausgerichtete Rotationsgestalt haben, wobei der untere Rand (16) der Verschlußvorrichtung (13) in der Lage ist, einerseits in der geschlossenen Stellung in abdichtenden Kontakt mit dem oberen Rand (17) des Zylinders (10) zu treten und andererseits sich in der geöffneten Stellung vom Rand (17) des Zylinders (10) zu entfernen, wenn die Sekundärleitung (27, 28) mit der freien Atmosphäre verbunden ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die querlaufende Oberfläche der Wand (24) der Verschlußvorrichtung (13), die dem Druck des Steuerfluids im oberen Bereich (31) der Aufnahme (15) ausgesetzt ist, größer als die querlaufende Oberfläche der unteren Wand (16) derselben Verschlußvorrichtung (13) ist, welche in der geöffneten Stellung dem Druck des Primärfluids ausgesetzt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Durchgang (33, 34, 35) die Druckkammer (30) mit der freie Atmosphäre verbindet, wobei die Verschlußvorrichtung ein Steuereinrichtung (19, 20) für diesen Durchgang aufweist, welche geöffnet ist, wenn die Verschlußvorrichtung unter Anlage gegen den oberen Rand (17) des Zylinders (10) geschlossen ist, und welche umgekehrt geschlossen ist, wenn sich die Verschlußvorrichtung (13) in der geöffneten Stellung befindet.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Steuern des Durchgangs (33, 34, 35) zwischen der Druckkammer (30) und der freien Atmosphäre eine Dichtungsfläche ist, die zwischen einer ringförmigen Wand (19) der Verschlußvorrichtung (13) und einer ringförmigen Wand (20) eines Teils (21) ausgebildet ist, welches mit dem oberen Teil (16) des Geräts durch einen feststehenden Körper (22) verbunden ist, welcher die Verbindung zur freien Atmosphäre des durch die Verschlußvorrichtung gesteuerten Durchgangs (33, 34, 35) enthält.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Wand (24) der Verschlußvorrichtung (13), welche dem Druck des in den oberen Bereich (31) der Aufnahme (15) eindringenden Steuerfluids ausgesetzt ist, einen ringförmigen Rand aufweist, der mit einer ringförmigen Aufnahme (26) versehen ist, welche eine gleitend auf der zylindrischen Rotationswand des feststehenden Körpers (22) anliegende Dichtung (25) enthält.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückzugsmittel des Kolbens (9) wenigstens eine Bohrung (38), die die Wand des Zylinders (10) nahe von dessen unterem Ende durchquert, und wenigstens einen direkt oder indirekt mit dieser Bohrung verbundenen Durchgang (37) zu wenigstens einer Sekundärleitung (27, 28) aufweist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rückzugsmittel des Kolbens (9) eine Schraubenfeder (41) ist, die im unteren Teil des Zylinders (10) um den Kolben (9) herum in dessen Verbindungsbereich mit der Markierungsspitze (5) angeordnet ist und die entlang der Achse des Markierungswerkzeugs (3) unter Anlage ihres unteren Endes gegen den ringförmigen Bereich (42) im Boden der Aufnahme des Zylinders (10) sowie ihres oberen Endes gegen die Wand des Kolbens (9) im ringförmigen Bereich (43) gerade unterhalb des Bereichs der Lagerfläche ausgerichtet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Anschlag (11) aufweist, der den Hub des Rückzugs des Kolbens (9) und eine Ringdichtung (12) begrenzt, welche in einer in der Innenwand des Zylinders (10) nahe an dessen oberem Rand (17) vorgesehenen Rille vorgesehen ist, um eine dichte Verbindung mit dem Kolben (9) sicherzustellen, wenn dieser an dem Anschlag (11) anliegt.
