La présente invention concerne un cadre porte-panneaux publicitaires, d'enseignes ou d'affichage. caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'un profil en forme de C, obtenu par extrusion de métal ou par pliage d'une tôle métallique ou d'une feuille de matière synthétique. Les éléments de ce profil en C sont assemblés d'onglet pour former un cadre. Ce cadre porte le ou les éléments du panneau, lequel peut-être d'épaisseur quelconque, grâce à un jonc jouant le rôle de cale d'épaisseur, ses dimensions sont quelconque. Le panneau peut-être installé ou déposé par le devant du cadre, préalablement fixé sur le mur ou sur les poteaux par un moyen adapté : cette pose et dépose se fait sans aucun démontage du cadre, dès lors que le panneau est constitué d'un minimum de deux éléments, grâce à un mouvement de va et vient imprimé aux éléments du panneau lors de leurs mise en place, lesquels se déplacent latéralement sur des volumes placés dans le profil en C, formant le côté horizontal inférieur du cadre porte-panneaux ; ces volumes étant de préférence cylindriques, sans que cela soit obligatoire. Les panneaux publicitaires ou d'enseignes sont posés de façon classique sur les murs par des points d'ancrage fixes implantés dans le mur,et sur les poteaux par des points d'ancrage fixes implantés sur les traverses fixées sur les poteaux. Ces points d'ancrage fixes empêchent les mouvements de dilatation ou de rétraction et provoquent des déformations des panneaux. Une autre façon classique de poser les panneaux sur murs ou sur poteaux est de les accrocher à des lisses fixées sur le mur ou sur les poteaux. Ce système entraîne un surcoût de matériaux et une augmentation conséquente du poids de l'ensemble. Si les panneaux possèdent un cadre décoratif, ce cadre nécessite une pose supplémentaire.
La présente invention, résultat d'une étude approfondie des problèmes posés par l'installation des panneaux sur murs ou sur poteaux apporte la solution à ces problèmes.

Le cadre "I" porte-panneaux est fabriqué à l'aide d'un profil en C "2" en métal ou en matière synthétique en forme de C.
Ce profil est directement vissé sur la paroi "3" à l'aide de vis "4", de façon à former un carré ou un rectangle dont les angles "5" sont ajustés d'onglet. Le panneau "6" doit être composé au munimum de deux éléments "7" & "8" pour pouvoir être posé ou déposé sans aucun démontage du cadre. Au delà de deux, le nombre d'éléments est quelconque.
La cote verticale "9" du panneau "6" est égale à la somme de la cote verticale "I0" d'ouverture verticale du cadre "I" et de la cote "II" de la profondeur du profil "2".
La cote horizontale "I2" du panneau "6" est égale à la somme de la cote horizontale "I3" d'ouverture horizontale du cadre "I" et de la cote "II" de la profondeur du profil en C "2".
Des volumes "I4" en bois, en métal, ou en matière synthétique dont la cote verticale "I5" est inférieure a la cote "II" de la profondeur du profil en C "2", sont placés dans le profil en C "2" constituant le coté inférieur horizontal "I6" du cadre "I"; leur forme est de préférence cylindrique sans que cela soit obligatoire, ils servent d'appui au panneau "6" permettent son déplacement latéral et tiennent le panneau "6" bloqué à l'intérieur du cadre "I".
Un jonc "I7" en matière synthétique souple, en mousse, en caoutchouc ou en feuillard de métal souple est fixé par un moyen adapté (emboîtement dans une rainure ou sur une languette, collage, vissage etc...) sur l'arrière "I8" du profil en C "2". Son rôle est de repousser le panneau sur la partie avant du profil en C "2", il forme une cale d'épaisseur variable, auto ajustable, qui permet la pose de panneaux d'épaisseur quelconque.
Le jonc "I7" peut-être réalisé en matière dure de nature quelconque, son épaisseur "I9" est alors adaptée en fonction de l'épaisseur du panneau que doit recevoir la cadre porte-panneaux. Dans cette configuration ce jonc "I7" en matière dure peut-être une pièce rapportée, fixée par tout moyen approprié ou bien faire partie du profil en C "2é, directement obtenu lors du pliage ou de l'extrusion.
Le jonc "I7" réalisé en matière souple ou en matière dure peut aussi être fixé au dos du panneau à proximité de son pourtour, il s'appuie alors soit sur la partie arrière "I8" du profil en C, soit sur la paroi "3" sur laquelle le cadre est fixé.
La mise en place du panneau "6" s'effectue en engageant le premier élément "7" dans le profil en C "2", formant la partie supérieure horizontale "20" du cadre "I", jusqu'à ce qu'il bute au fond du profil en C "2". La partie inférieure de l'élément "7" peut alors passer au-dessus du bord du profil en C "2", formant la partie inférieure horizontale "I6" du cadre "I" l'élément "7" est alors glissé vers le bas et vient s'appuyer sur des volumes cylindriques "I4" qui limitent sa descente et le retiennent prisonnier dans le cadre "I". On déplace alors horizontalement cet élément "7" sur les cylindres "I4" de façon que son coté vertical vienne buter au fond du profil en C "2" formant le coté vertical "2I" du cadre "I". On peut alors engager à coté de l'élément "7" l'élément "8" de la même façon que l'on a posé l'élément "7".
On déplace ensuite les deux éléments "7" et"8" dans le sens opposé, de raçon que le panneau "6" qu'ils constituent soit centré dans le cadre "I" qui recouvre le panneau sur ses quatre cotés.
