Die die ihnen zugeordneten Durchgangsbohrungen im Scharnierflügel freigängig durchsetzenden Befestigungsschrauben sind dabei in einer vorgewählten Einschraublage in die Unterlegplatte eingeschraubt, ebenso wie auch der das Formteil bildende Schraubenbolzen. Den Befestigungsschrauben 5 sind ferner Durchgangsausnehmungen 11 in der Unterlegplatte 4 zugeordnet, welche eine vieleckige Grundrißform aufweisen und über ihre Längskanten 12 mit den Gewindegängen der Befestigungsschrauben 5 im Eingriff stehen, derart, daß die Befestigungsschrauben 5 praktisch durch Verschraubung mit der Unterlegplatte 4 verbunden sind. Das Formteil 6 ist durch einen mit einem zylindrischen Kopf 13 versehenen Schraubenbolzen gebildet und bei vormontiertem Montagesatz mit seinem Gewindeabschnitt 15 ebenfalls in eine Durchgangsausnehmung 16 der Unterlegplatte 4 eingeschraubt. Andererseits ist dem Kopf 13 des das Formteil bildenden Schraubenbolzens eine zu dessen Durchmesser deckungsgleiche Zentrierbohrung 17 im Scharnierflügel 3 zugeordnet, derart, daß der Kopf 13 des Schraubenbolzens 6 bei einer zweiten oder späteren Montage des Scharniers in die Zentrierbohrung 17 des Scharnierflügels 3 eintauchen und damit die ursprünglich einjustierte Ausrichtlage des Scharnierflügels 3 wieder erzwingen kann. Bei vormontiertem Montagesatz ist dem das Formteil 6 bildenden Schraubenbolzen ein gegen die Oberseite 18 des Scharnierflügels 3 anliegendes lösbares Widerlager 19 zugeordnet, welches im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel durch einen aus einem Kunststoffmaterial bestehenden und mit durch Radialnuten 20 oder sonstigen Einkerbungen versehenen Ringkörper gebildet ist. Zur Abstützung an der Oberseite 18 des Scharnierflügels 3 ist der Ringkörper 19 mit radial abgestellten Stützflanschen 21 versehen. Bei bestimmungsgemäß vormontiertem Montagesatz sind die Befestigungsschrauben 5 bis zu einem vorgegebenen Längenbereich in die Unterlegplatte 4 eingeschraubt, so daß sich ihr Kopf 8 mit einigem Abstand oberhalb der Oberseite 18 des Scharnierflügels 3 befindet. Andererseits ist die Unterlegplatte 4 mittels des das Formteil 6 bildenden, über seinen Kopf 13 und den Ringkörper 19 gegen die Oberseite 18 des Scharnierflügels 3 abgestützten Schraubenbolzens 6 an der Anschlagseite 22 des Scharnierflügels 3 in Anlage gehalten. Im Zuge des Montierens des Scharnieres am zugehörigen Türanordnungsteil wird der das Formteil 6 bildende Schraubenbolzen angezogen und dabei gleichzeitig der sein Widerlager am Scharnierflügel 3 bildende Ringkörper abgesprengt, so daß der Schraubenbolzen 6 in seine bestimmungsgemäße Lage, in welcher nur noch sein Kopf 13 in die Zentrierbohrung 17 des Scharnierflügels 3 eingreift, gelangt.The invention is described in detail in the example description below using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing. In the case of one of two hinge wings 2 and 3, which are hingedly connected to one another by means of a hinge pin 1, one of which can be connected rigidly and permanently to one door arrangement part, for example the door pillar, by means of welding or the like, the other hinge wing 3 can be detached from the other door arrangement part, for example the door connectable and equipped with a pre-assembled assembly kit for the purpose of simplifying its assembly by means of a mechanical assembly aid, a so-called robot. The preassembled assembly set comprises a base plate 4, two fastening screws 5, a molded part 6 to be permanently attached to the door arrangement part and engaging in a centering recess of the same when the hinge wing is mounted, and a releasable support 7 on the hinge wing 3 associated therewith. The fastening screws 5 are with one on their head 8 subsequent threaded shaft section 9 provided, and in the preassembled state of the assembly set, the through holes 10 of the hinge wing 3 loosely. The Fastening screws 5 are also assigned through-recesses 11 in the base plate 4, which have a polygonal plan shape and are in engagement with the threads of the fastening screws 5 via their longitudinal edges 12 such that the fastening screws 5 are practically connected to the base plate 4 by screwing. The molded part 6 is formed by a screw bolt provided with a cylindrical head 13 and, in the case of a preassembled assembly set, also has its threaded section 15 screwed into a through recess 16 in the base plate 4. On the other hand, the head 13 of the bolt forming the molded part is assigned a center hole 17 in the hinge wing 3 which is congruent to its diameter, such that the head 13 of the bolt 6 plunges into the center bore 17 of the hinge wing 3 during a second or later assembly of the hinge and thus the originally forced alignment position of the hinge wing 3 can force again. In the case of a preassembled assembly set, the screw bolt forming the molded part 6 is assigned a releasable abutment 19 which bears against the upper side 18 of the hinge wing 3 and which, in the exemplary embodiment shown, is formed by an annular body made of a plastic material and provided with radial grooves 20 or other notches. For support on the top 18 of the hinge wing 3, the ring body 19 is provided with radially parked support flanges 21. When the assembly kit is pre-assembled as intended, the fastening screws 5 are screwed into the base plate 4 up to a predetermined length range, so that their head 8 is located at some distance above the upper side 18 of the hinge wing 3. On the other hand, the washer 4 is held in abutment on the stop side 22 of the hinge wing 3 by means of the screw bolt 6 which forms the molded part 6 and is supported via its head 13 and the ring body 19 against the upper side 18 of the hinge wing 3. In the course of mounting the hinge on the associated door arrangement part, the screw bolt forming the molded part 6 is tightened and at the same time the ring body forming its abutment on the hinge wing 3 blown off so that the bolt 6 reaches its intended position, in which only its head 13 engages in the centering hole 17 of the hinge wing 3.

Claims (7)

  1. Assembly arrangement for door hinges of a motor vehicle, in particular wing hinges (2, 3), of which at least one hinge wing (3) may be detachably fastened to a door fitting, door or door pillar on the body of the vehicle by means of at least one fastening screwbolt (5) of smaller dimension than the through hole (10) provided for it in said hinge wing (3), and which is also provided with a support plate (4) forming a paint outline edge and a moulded part (6), which engages with a centring recess of the hinge wing (3) and is to be permanently attached to the door fitting to mark the original alignment position of the hinge (2, 3) corresponding to the aligned position of the door, characterised in that fastening screwbolt(s) (5) has/have a threadless shaft portion (9) and the screwbolt(s) (5) is/are provided with a means for locking it/them in position in the support plate (4), and the moulded part (6) is provided with a detachable support (19) both on the hinge wing (3) and on the support plate (4).
  2. Assembly arrangement according to Claim 1, characterised in that the means provided for locking the fastening screwbolt(s) (5) into position in the support plate (4) comprises continuous recesses (11) arranged in said support plate (4) to engage with the threads of the fastening screwbolt(s) (5).
  3. Assembly arrangement according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the moulded part (6) cooperating with the centring recess (17) in the hinge wing (3) is itself provided as a screwbolt and has a continuous recess (16) in the support plate (4) engaging with its threads (15).
  4. Assembly arrangement according to Claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the detachable support (19), which is provided for the screwbolt forming the moulded part (6), against the top (18) of the hinge wing (3) is formed by a pop-out ring body (19) made of plastic material.
  5. Assembly arrangement according to Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the basic shape of both the fastening screwbolt or screwbolts (5) and the continuous recesses (10, 16) in the support plate (4), which are provided in the moulded part (6) in the form of a screwbolt, is polygonal, the boundary edges (12) of which engage with the threads of the fastening screwbolts (5) and the moulded part (6).
  6. Assembly arrangement according to Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the detachable support (19) provided for the screwbolt forming the moulded part (6) is formed by a ring body (19) of plastic material provided with marked radial spring grooves (20) or similar localised areas of reduced material thickness and radially directed support surfaces (21).
  7. Assembly arrangement according to Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the ring body (19) of plastic material forming the support is provided as a collar ring and is arranged between the head (13) of the screwbolt forming the moulded part (6) and the top (18) of the hinge (3) when the assembly arrangement is pre-assembled.
