Die Aufrechterhaltung der Zentrierung des Scharnierauges des anderen aushängbaren Scharnierflügels gegenüber dem Scharnierstift beruht dabei ausschließlich auf der über die durch die Verschraubung erzwungene bzw. unterstützte Flächenpressung zwischen den Konussen einerseits des Scharnierstiftes und andererseits der Gewindemutter und der jeweils zugehörigen konischen Erweiterung der Scharnieraugenbohrung.

Im Anschluß an den Konus 10 weist der Scharnierstift 3 einen zylindrischen Sockelansatz 15 auf, welcher einen zur lichten Weite des zylindrischen Längenbereiches der Scharnieraugenbohrung 14 komplementären Durchmesser aufweist. An den zylindrischen Sockelansatz 15 des Scharnierstiftes 3 schließt sich ein der lichten Weite der Scharnieraugenbohrung gegenüber ein deutliches Untermaß aufweisender, axial gerichteter zylindrischer Fortsatz 17 an, welcher über seine Länge hin mit einem Außengewinde 18 versehen ist, auf welches eine mit einen konischen Ansatz 19 versehene Gewindemutter 20 aufschraubbar ist. Der konische Ansatz 19 der Gewindemutter 20 greift bei zusammengesetztem Scharnier in eine komplementär konisch gestaltete Erweiterung 21 der Scharnieraugenbohrung 14 ein. An den konischen Ansatz 19 der Gewindemutter 20 schließt sich ein axial gerichteter, mit einem Innengewinde ausgestatteter Halsansatz 22 an, welcher in den zwischen dem zylindrischen Fortsatz 14 und dem Innenumfang des zylindrischen Längenabschnittes der Scharnieraugenbohrung 14 bestehenden Ringraum 23 eingreift und dessen Außendurchmesser der lichten Weite der Scharnieraugenbohrung 14 entspricht. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform entspricht die jeweilige Eintauchtiefe einerseits des an den Konus 10 angeschlossenen zylindrischen Sockelansatzes 15 des Scharnierstiftes und andererseits des axial gerichteten Halsansatzes 22 der Gewindemutter 20 in den zylindrischen Längenabschnitt der Scharnieraugenbohrung 14 einem Fünftel der Gesamtlänge des zylindrischen Längenabschnittes der Scharnieraugenbohrung 14. Die axiale Länge des Gewindefortsatzes 17 des Scharnierstiftes 3 ist auf die Gesamthöhe des Scharnierauges 12 des aushängbaren Scharnierflügels begrenzt. Gemäß der Darstellung in Fig. 5 ist eine ebenfalls plattenförmige Abdichtscheibe 34 in einer in axialer Verlängerung eines mit einem außenliegend angeordneten Vielkant-Werkzeugansatz 31 ausgestatteten Mutterkörper 32 angeordneten und der Gewindebohrung 30 gegenüber ein Übermaß aufweisenden Aufnahme 35 aufgenommen und mit einer mittig angeordneten Zentriervertiefung 37 versehen.
Gemäß der Darstellung in Fig. 6 ist eine in einer in axialer Verlängerung eines mit einem außenliegend angeordneten Vielkant-Werkzeugansatz 31 ausgestatteten Mutterkörper 32 angeordnete Abdichtscheibe 38 als Formteil ausgebildet, dahingehend, daß die Abdichtscheibe 38 mittels einer mittig angeordneten axialen Verprägung mit einem in den Bereich der Gewindebohrung 30 der Gewindemutter 20 eingreifenden Zentrieransatz 39 versehen ist.

Vehicle door hinge according to claim 1 to 3, characterised in that adjacent to the cone (10) tapering toward the free end of the hinge pin (3) of the collar (16) of the hinge pin (3), engaging between the single joint faces (9, 11) facing one another of the hinge eyes (6, 12) of the two hinge wings (1, 2) is a base shoulder (15) corresponding in its diameter to the inside width of the cylindrical longitudinal portion of the hinge eye hole (12), the axial length of which base shoulder (15) corresponds at least to a fifth of the axial length of the cylindrical longitudinal portion of the hinge eye hole (14).
  5. Vehicle door hinge according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the threaded nut (20) is designed as a one-piece cap nut and has an exterior polyhedral tool collar.
  6. Vehicle door hinge according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a threaded nut (20) equipped with an exterior polyhedral tool shoulder is supplemented by an applied dome-shaped cap part (33) to form a cap nut.
  7. Vehicle door hinge according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a sealing disc which covers the free end of the hinge pin (3) when the hinge is assembled is inserted into the threaded nut (20), wherein the sealing disc (34) is received in a mount (35) arranged in axial extension of the nut body (32) and larger than the thread hole and secured by at least local edge beading (36).
  8. Vehicle door hinge according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a sealing disc (32) covering the free end of the hinge pin (3) when the hinge is assembled and inserted into a mount (35) moulded on to the nut body (32) has a centrally arranged recess (37).
  9. Vehicle door hinge according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a sealing disc (38) covering the free end of the hinge pin (3) when the hinge is assembled has a shape formed by means of a centrally arranged axial stamping forming a centring shoulder (39) engaging in the region of the threaded hole of the threaded nut (20).
  10. Vehicle door hinge according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a cover covering the free end of the hinge pin (3) when the hinge is assembled is formed by an axially directed stamping forming a dividing wall, of the upper region of the threaded nut (20), wherein a nut body provided with a region (40) axially projecting beyond its region associated with the mounting of the thread hole and covering the thread hole in the manner of a cap nut, is provided with an axially directed stamping forming a tool shoulder formed as an interior torus in its cross-section.
  11. Vehicle door hinge according to claim 10, characterised in that the threaded nut is equipped with an interior and exterior tool shoulder formed as an interior or exterior torus (44).
