Abstract

Für ein aushängbares Kraftwagentürscharnier, dessen beide Scharnierflügel (1,2) mittels eines im Scharnierauge (6) des einen Scharnierflügels (1) wartungsfrei gelagerten und bei zusammengefügtem Scharnier mit dem Scharnierauge (12) des anderen Scharnierflügels (2) drehsicher verbundenen Scharnierstiftes (3) aneinander gehaltert sind, greift der Scharnierstift mit einem radial ausladenden Bund (16) zwischen die einander zugewandten Gewerbeflächen (9,11) der Scharnieraugen beider Scharnierflügel ein und weist der Bund einen sich zum freien Ende des Scharnierstiftes hin verjüngenden Konus (10) auf, dem eine entsprechend konische Erweiterung (13) der Scharnieraugenbohrung (14) des aushängbaren Scharnierflügels (2) zugeordnet ist und ist der aushängbare Scharnierflügel (2) mittels einer auf einem axialen, mit einem Umfangsgewinde versehenen Fortsatz (17) des Scharnierstiftes (3) aufschraubbaren, einen konisch gestalteten Ansatz (19) aufweisenden Gewindemutter (20), gegen ein selbsttätiges Ausheben gesichert ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der mit einem Außengewinde versehene Fortsatz (17) des Scharnierstiftes der lichten Weite des sich zwischen den beiden konischen Erweiterungen erstreckenden zylindrischen Längenabschnittes der Scharnieraugenbohrung gegenüber ein Untermaß aufweist und daß ein an den konischen Ansatz (19) der Gewindemutter (20) angeschlossener halsartiger Fortsatz (22) in den Ringraum (23) zwischen Scharnieraugenbohrung (14) und Scharnierstiftfortsatz (17) eingreift.
