Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft die Sicherung eines radial geschlitzten Wellen-Sicherungsringes gegen fliehkraftbedingtes Aufweiten.The invention relates to securing a radially slotted Shaft circlip against centrifugal expansion.
Eine solche Sicherung ist zur Vermeidung eines Aufweitens des Wellen-Sicherungsringes bei hohen Drehzahlen aus DE-U-75 35 901 bekannt. Dort ist über einen radial geschlitzten Wellen-Sicherungsring ein geschlossener Ring außen formschlüssig aufgestülpt. Da dieser aufgestülpte Ring eine innen durchgehende axial hinterschnittfreie Umfangsfläche in gleicher Weise wie der gegen Aufweiten zu sichernde Wellen-Sicherungsring aufweist, ist eine axiale Fixierung des aufgestülpten Ringes notwendig. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß dieser Aufstülp-Ring an seiner einen Seite an der Nabe anliegt, in der die Welle gelagert ist, und auf der anderen Seite durch einen außen spannenden in der Nabenbohrung fixierten Sprengring gesichert ist. Es sind hier also insgesamt zwei Ringe erforderlich, und zwar einmal der geschlossene Aufstülp-Ring und zum anderen noch zusätzlich ein außenspannender Sprengring, der außerhalb der Welle gelagert werden muß.Such a backup is to avoid expanding the Shaft circlip at high speeds from DE-U-75 35 901 known. Dadurch ist der Überstülp-Ring 5 axial fixiert. Der Federring 8 kann an den Stellen, an denen er in dem Überstülp-Ring anliegt, fest mit dem Überstülp-Ring 5 verbunden werden. In diesem Fall kann der Überstülp-Ring 5 zusammen mit dem Federring 8 als ein Teil auf die Welle aufgezogen werden, wobei der Federring 8 in die Sicherungsrille 7 der Welle 3 einschnappen kann.This ring is a flanged sheet metal ring which rests on one of its axial ends in a form-fitting manner on the outer circumference of the shaft retaining ring 1 .
