Durch diese pendelnde Anbringung der Kolbenstange kann die Kolbenstange sich den unterschiedlichen Schwenkstellungen des Ratschenhebels in Bezug auf die Achse des Ringteils anpassen. Der Kolben hat eine zylindrische Umfangsfläche mit zwei in Dichtnuten eingesetzten Dichtringen, so daß die Kolbenachse stets mit der Zylinderachse zusammenfällt. Ein Nachteil dieser Konstruktion besteht darin, daß die gelenkige Anbringung der Kolbenstange am Kolben einen erheblichen Aufwand erfordert und daß hierzu mehrere Komponenten erforderlich sind, die einzeln gefertigt und dann zusammengesetzt werden müssen. Claims (5)

  1. A power wrench with a housing (10) comprising a rotatable ring member (14) and a cylinder (21), and with a piston (36) movable within said cylinder (21), said piston having a piston rod (37), one end of which is rigidly connected to said piston, while the other end is connected through a joint (41) to an take-along lever (17) for rotating said ring member (14),
    characterized in
    that said cylinder (21) is open towards said ring member (14), said joint (41) moving around the axis of said ring member (14) when said take-along lever (17) is pivoted, the joint thereby changing the orientation of said piston rod (37) with respect to said cylinder (21),
    that said piston (36) has a single sealing groove at the equator of its circumferential surface, said sealing groove containing a sealing ring (39) biased radially outwardly, and
    that a spring (43) is provided that urges said piston (36) away from said take-along lever (17) and is supported at said housing (10).
  2. The power wrench of claim 1, wherein said cylinder (21) is constituted by a replaceable cylinder bushing (20) inserted into said housing (10).
  3. The power wrench of claim 2, wherein said cylinder bushing (20) is radially fittingly inserted into a bore (27) of said housing (10).
  4. The power wrench of claim 2, wherein a supporting bushing (25) is mounted within said housing (10), supporting said cylinder bushing (20) from the side of said take-along lever (17).
  5. The power wrench of claim 4, wherein said supporting bushing (25) has an inner shoulder (44) for supporting said spring (43).
