Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen gattungsgemäßen Kraftschrauber (siche z.B. EP-A-0 163 009).The invention relates to a generic power wrench (see e.g. EP-A-0 163 009).

Bei bekannten Kraftschraubern dieser Art ist das Spannrad über die gesamte Länge seiner Achse, soweit diese innerhalb des Spannhebels liegt, gleich groß gehalten. Das Spannrad läßt sich daher in der für seine Aufnahme vorgesehenen Öffnung innerhalb des Spannhebels in axialer Richtung beliebig verschieben. Eine derartige Verschiebbarkeit macht jedoch während der Montage vor dem Aufbringen der den Spannhebel seitlich abdeckenden Gehäuseteile besondere Vorkehrungen bzw. Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Kraftschrauber besitzt ein Gehäuse 1, in dem in einer Axialbohrung ein Arbeitskolben 5 längsverschieblich geführt ist, der über einen Hydraulikanschluß 16 mit Antriebskraft beaufschlagt werden kann, und dann eine Verstellung nach rechts erfährt. Bei dieser Verstellung wirkt der Arbeitskolben 5 auf den Kopf eines Spannhebels 4, der im Gehäuse 1 um eine Drehachse 11 schwenkbar gehalten ist, die im praktischen Einsatz des Kraftschraubers mit der Mittelachse einer anzuziehenden oder zu lösenden Schraube oder Mutter zusammenfällt. Ihre Begrenzung findet die durch diese Verstellung des Arbeitskolbens 5 ausgelöste Schwenkbewegung des Spannhebels 4 durch ein an den Zylinderteil des Gehäuses 1 anschließendes Anschlagstück 7. Den Abschluß des Gehäuses 1 nach außen bilden im Bereich des Spannhebels 4 ein in Fig. 1 sichtbares unteres Abdeckblech 12 und zwei seitliche Lagerschalen 2 und 3, die aus der Darstellung in Fig. 2 ersichtlich sind. In dem Anschlagstück 7 ist ein Rückstellkolben 13 gehalten, der die gleiche Wirkachse hat wie der Arbeitskolben 5 und diesem unter Beaufschlagung durch eine Rückstellfeder 31 engegegenwirkt, also nach der Entlastung des Arbeitskolbens 5 vom Hydraulikdruck die Rückverschwenkung des Spannhebels 4 um die Drehachse 11 nach links herbeiführt. Zur Ableitung des sich während des Schraubvorganges aus der Verschwenkung des Spannhebels 4 ergebenden Gegenmoments auf ein äußeres Widerlager ist mit dem Gehäuse 1 unterhalb der Axialbohrung für den Arbeitskolben 5 über eine dort vorgesehene Aufnahme ein Stützfuß 10 verbunden, der sich innerhalb seiner Aufnahme verstellen läßt.The power wrench shown in Fig. 1 has a housing 1, in which a working piston 5 is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner in an axial bore, which can be acted upon by a hydraulic connection 16 with driving force, and then undergoes an adjustment to the right.     characterised in
