Abstract

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur genauen Justage gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 oder 3. Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist aus DE-U-8800918.1 bekannt.
