Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Gerüstsystem der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Art.The invention relates to scaffolding system of the type specified in the preamble of
From DE-A-39 23 413 a scaffolding system in the form of a game device of the type in question is known, in the case of posts are made of recycled plastic with a metal tube as the core. In the case of posts with a square cross section, there is the disadvantage that connection elements can only be mounted in the direction of the side surfaces if they are to be in contact with them with sufficient support.
Furthermore, from DE-A-35 44 544 a profile element made of recycled plastic is known, which has an axial metal core or metal tube and is used as a post element. The above solution has the disadvantage that the element provided with an external profile is unsuitable for higher mechanical loads and the attachment options for attachments are very limited, since they have to be inserted into the prefabricated grooves of the profile element. With forces acting on the add-on parts, very large bending stresses also occur for the webs delimiting the grooves, which are therefore subject to a risk of breakage.
The present invention is based on the object of specifying a scaffolding system in which the assembly of the individual parts is carried out under a secure and resilient connection, with a mechanically stable attachment of additional attachments, in particular a more or less, to be given both in the floor area and among one another high sustained dynamic load when used as sports facilities or facilities of children's playgrounds is adapted.
This object is achieved with the characterizing features of
The invention is based on the finding that, for a reliable, and in particular with dynamic, loads safe, attachment of attachments to a tubular element, the mechanical strength of the tubular elements, which are made from, obtained in recycling processes, plastics and which as Load-bearing components of the assembly and scaffolding system function, can be achieved in a simple manner by providing a suitable intermediate component, which consists of metal, between the tubular element and the add-on part and distributing the forces, in particular dynamic forces, at the fastening points over a larger surface area into the Introduces pipe element. The plastic sheath is thus clamped flat between two metal parts and can thus positively absorb the forces that occur without the risk of breakage.
It is advantageous that there are no risk of injury to the user from the connection points and that the sports and leisure facilities created with the assembly and scaffolding system according to the invention also meet the requirements for a visually and aesthetically successful design.
The tube element made of recycled plastics is preferably provided on the inside with a metal tube reinforcement which extends essentially over the entire length of the tube element and does not contact the plastic jacket over its entire outer surface area. There is only a local connection through the reinforcing tube centering holding means, which is preferred are web-like and extending in the longitudinal direction of the post. The inner metallic reinforcement tube can thus have a relatively small diameter, which results in a material saving with regard to the metallic material and a reduction in weight.
According to the aforementioned advantageous embodiment of the invention, the metallic, preferably cylindrical, reinforcement tube is fixed in the interior of the tube element by holding means which are molded onto the inner wall of the tube element. A plurality of webs of uniform shape distributed over the circumference are preferably used as the holding means. These webs point inwards, protruding from the inner wall of the tubular element, and extend over the entire length of the tubular element. In order to achieve a uniform distribution of the dynamic forces and stresses occurring in the tubular element, the webs located in the interior of the tubular element are advantageously distributed symmetrically over the circumference, or means for the distribution of forces adapted to the respective application are used. In the case of lower loads, the number and / or extent of the holding means can be reduced.
The connection between the tubular elements, as load-bearing components of the assembly and scaffolding system, and the associated add-on parts is made according to the invention in an advantageous manner by specially designed fastening means adapted to the system. The fastening means consist of at least one base body, the shape of which the outer diameter and the outer envelope surface of the tubular elements made of recycled plastic is adapted. According to the invention, the base body of the fastening means has at least one stop element to which the attachments used for the assembly and scaffolding system are fastened.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the base body of the fastening means consists of a bent metallic plate, the bending radius of which is adapted to the outer diameter of the tubular element, the plate essentially resting on at least a quarter of the circumference of the tubular element. The plate-shaped base body carries two narrow stop elements, which point transversely and perpendicularly from the base body to the outside with their narrow sides and stand upright in the fastening position of the base body and which, like the base body of the fastening means, consist of a flat square material, preferably of steel strip. The two stop elements are arranged in such a way that they form the legs of a right angle with respect to the central axis of the tubular element and, at the same time, are aligned with the plane of the holding means which fix the metallic reinforcing tube arranged in the interior of the tubular element. At the same time, this offers an advantageous possibility of introducing forces and tensions into the tubular element.
Both the base body and the stop elements are provided with passage openings, through which connecting elements can be inserted, around the connection between the tubular element provided with a metallic reinforcement tube or to produce an attachment and the fastener. According to the invention, the connecting elements are essentially rod-shaped, in particular thread-bearing components, which have a mushroom-shaped cap which is enlarged in diameter at one of their ends. The connection elements are preferably oriented in such a way that they cross the post between the webs formed on the outer plastic tubes, so that the wall thicknesses to be drilled through are small.
The aforementioned passage openings have a square, preferably square, shape which, in cooperation with a square end section of the rod-shaped connecting element, ensures that the connecting element is secured against rotation, which is advantageous for the assembly of the individual elements.
According to another preferred embodiment of the invention, the tubular elements acting as a load-bearing component have bores running transversely to their longitudinal axis, that is to say radially. These bores extend from an outer wall of the tubular element through the metallic tube reinforcement to the other outer wall. It is advantageous if the bore on one side of the tubular element is designed as a straight through bore, whereas the bore in the opposite wall is designed as a straight but stepped bore in such a way that the bore section in the tubular element has a larger diameter than the bore section in metallic reinforcement tube. This makes the fastening means easy to install in a simple and advantageous manner on the tubular element by means of the rod-shaped connecting links. The connecting member inserted through the straight through-hole is then screwable on the side of the metallic reinforcing tube facing the stepped hole, accessible from the outside.
After assembly of the fasteners for establishing the connection between the tubular element and attachments, the externally accessible section of the offset bore in the wall of the tubular element can be closed by a cap adapted to the outer diameter of the tubular element, so that there is an externally closed plastic surface.
Due to the type of assembly in connection with the shape of the individual parts used, advantages can be achieved in that the surface of the tubular element in the assembly area is essentially smooth and closed again after assembly and thus a risk of injury to users of the assembly and scaffolding system according to the invention manufactured sports equipment, leisure facilities or outdoor furniture is largely excluded.

The fastening means 2 with
In addition, the
In the further embodiment variant of the scaffolding system according to the invention shown in FIG. 8, a
The
Fig. 8) dient, der das Rohrelement 24 durchquert. The
It can be seen that in the arrangement shown here, the attachments with the
The embodiment of the invention is not limited to the preferred exemplary embodiment specified above. Rather, a number of variants are conceivable which make use of the solution shown even in the case of fundamentally different types.
