Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluß mit um einen Drehfallenbolzen drehbarer Drehfalle und um einen Lagerbolzen schwenkbarer Sperrklinkenanordnung,
- bei dem im geschlossenen Zustand der Kraftfahrzeugtür ein am Türpfosten befestigter Schloßhalter in eine schloßhalterausnehmung der Drehfalle einfaßt,
- bei dem die Sperrklinkenanordnung im geschlossenen Zustand der Kraftfahrzeugtür mit einer Sperrklinke eine Gegensperrfläche an der Drehfalle in Sperrposition der Sperrklinkenanordnung mit paßflächigem Kontakt hinterfaßt,
- bei dem die Sperrklinkenanordnung als Hebelgetriebe mit einem lagerbolzenseitigen Hebel, der um den gehäusefesten Lagerbolzen schwenkbar ist, und einem die Sperrfläche tragenden Hebel ausgeführt ist, welche beiden Hebel über ein Sperrklinkengelenk mit zum Lagerbolzen paralleler Gelenkachse, gegeneinander abknickbar, vereinigt sind,
- bei dem bei einer Öffnungsbewegung der Sperrklinkenanordnung bei geschlossener Kraftfahrzeugtür der die Sperrfläche tragende Hebel gegenüber dem lagorbolzenseitigen Hebel abknickt und ein Sperrstellungsanschlag freikommt sowie ein Abknickanschlag zur Anlage kommt und dadurch der paßflächige Kontakt in einen Linienkontakt überführbar ist. Der Begriff paßflächig bezeichnet einen ausreichend vollständigen Flächenkontakt, der die Flächenpressung Im gesperrten Zustand der Drehfalle reduziert. Bei einem solchen Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluß kann die Sperrklinke über einen Außenbetätigungshebel oder über einen Innenbetätigungshebel derart betätigt werden, daß sie bei geschlossener Kraftfahrzeugtür ihre Sperrposition verlaßt und die Drehfalle einsperrt. Es versteht sich, daß die Sperrfläche und die Gegensperrfläche an der Sperrklinkenanordnung bzw. an der Drehfalle im geschlossenen Zustand der Kraftfahrzeugtür mit einer nicht unbeachtlichen Kraft gegeneinander gedrückt werden. Diese Kraft resultiert aus der Tatsache, daß die Kraftfahrzeugtür im geschlossenen Zustand von der weichelastischen Türdichtung federnd zurückgedrückt wird und über die Drehfalle an dem Schloßhalter eine entsprechende Abstützung erfährt.

Außerdem ist an dem die Sperrfläche tragenden Hebel eine Anschlagnase gebildet, die vom lagerbolzenseitigen Hebel überklammert wird und die bei einer Öffnungsbewegung der Sperrklinkenanordnung vom Sperrstellungsanschlag in den Abknickanschlag des lagerbolzenseitigen Hebels übergeht. Bei einer Öffnungsbewegung der Sperrklinkenanordnung und bei Überführung des paßflächigen Kontakts von Sperrfläche und Gegensperrfläche in einen Linienkontakt haben beide Nasen des die Sperrfläche tragenden Hebels gleitenden Kontakt zu dem lagerbolzenseitigen Hebel. Dadurch ist eine Gleitreibung zu überwinden, die eine verhältnismäßig große Kraft für die Betätigung der Sperrklinke bis zur Entsperrung der Drehfalle erfordert. Bei einer anderen Ausführung (FR-A-2 372 299) ist der die Sperrfläche tragende Hebel nicht nur über eine Stift-Schlitz-Verbindung geführt, sondern steht außerdem noch unter der Wirkung einer Feder. The rolling friction significantly reduces the force required to initiate the pawl opening movement. Following this initiation of the opening movement of the pawl arrangement, the further opening can be continued with surprisingly little force until the catch is unlocked because the kink between the lever on the bearing pin side and the lever carrying the locking surface increases as the opening movement of the pawl arrangement continues, the angle of Kink becomes smaller.

Der in den Figuren dargestellte Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluß 1 besitzt eine um einen Drehfallenbolzen 2 drehbare Drehfalle 3 und eine um einen Lagerbolzen 4 schwenkbare Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6. Im geschlossenen Zustand der Kraftfahrzeugtür faßt ein am nicht gezeichneten Türpfosten des Kraftfahrzeuges befestigter Schloßhalter 7 in eine Schloßhalterausnehmung der Drehfalle 3 ein, wie es in den Figuren dargestellt ist. Man erkennt in den Fig. 1, 2 und 4, daß die Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 im geschlossenen Zustand der Kraftfahrzeugtür mit einer Sperrfläche 8 eine Gegensperrfläche 9 an der Drehfalle 3 in Sperrposition der Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 mit paßflächigem Kontakt hinterfaßt.The motor vehicle door lock 1 shown in the figures has a
Bei dem dargestellten Kraftfahrzeugtürverschluß 1 ist die Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 als Hebelgetriebe mit einem lagerbolzenseitigen Hebel 5, der um den Lagerbolzen 4 schwenkbar ist, und einem die Sperrfläche 8 tragenden Hebel 6 ausgeführt. Die beiden Hebel 5, 6 sind über ein Sperrklinkengelenk 10 mit zum Lagerbolzen 4 paralleler Gelenkachse gegeneinander abknickbar, vereinigt. Der die Sperrfläche 8 tragende Hebel 6 ist ein zweiarmiger Hebel und besitzt einen Sperrflächenhebelarm 11 sowie einen lagerbolzenseitigen Hebelarm 12. An den lagerbolzenseitigen Hebelarm 12 ist eine Lagerbolzenaufnahme 13 mit Schaltspiel zwischen einem Sperrstellungsanschlag 14 und einem Abknickanschlag 15 verwirklicht.In the motor vehicle door lock 1 shown, the
Die Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 kann über die sogenannte Außenbetätigung oder die sogenannte Innenbetätigung betätigt werden. Aus einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 2 und 3 entnimmt man, daß bei einer Öffnungsbewegung der Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 bei geschlossener Kraftfahrzeugtür der die Sperrfläche 8 tragende Hebel 6 gegenüber dem bolzenseitigen Hebel 5 abknickt und der Sperrstellungsanschlag 14 der Lagerbolzenaufnahme 13 von dem Lagerbolzen 4 freikommt sowie der Abknickanschlag 15 an dem Lagerbolzen 4 zur Anlage kommt. Das geschieht mehr oder weniger sprungartig. Auf diese Weise wird der paßflächige Kontakt, den man in den Fig. 1, 2 und 4 zwischen der Sperrfläche 8 und der Gegensperrfläche 9 erkennt, in einen Linienkontakt 16 überführt. Dieser ist in Fig. 3 erkennbar. Der Linienkontakt, der mit dem Beginn des Ausknickens der Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 entsteht, wurde auch in den Fig. 1, 2 und 4 mit 16 angedeutet.The
Bei den Fig. 1 bis 3 handelt es sich um die Ausführungsform, bei der die Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 in Sperrstellung eine Zugbelastung erfährt. In der Fig. 2 erkennt man deutlich, daß der lagerbolzenseitige Hebel 5 und der die Sperrfläche 8 tragende Hebel 6 mit seinem Sperrklinkenhebelarm 11 hintereinander angeordnet sind, daß der lagerbolzenseitige Hebelarm 12, des die Sperrfläche 8 tragenden Hebels 6 mit einer Gabel, die die Lagerbolzenaufnahme 13 bildet und das Schaltspiel definiert, umfaßt. Man erkennt in den Fig. 1 und 2, daß in der Sperrstellung die in der Ebene der Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 verlaufende Verbindungslinie 17 zwischen der Achse des Lagerbolzens 4, der Achse des Sperrklinkengelenkes 10 und der Kontaktlinie des Linienkontaktes 16 in einer Geraden verläuft. Die Sperrfläche 8 und die Gegensperrfläche 9 liegen in dieser Sperrstellung noch paßflächig gegeneinander. Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine andere Ausführungsform, bei der die Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 in der Sperrstellung eine Druckbelastung erfährt. Hier sind der lagenbolzenseitige Hebel 5 und der die Sperrfläche 8 tragende Hebel 6 übereinander angeordnet. Der Lagerbolzen 4 durchfaßt eine Ausnehmung in dem die Sperrfläche 8 tragenden Hebel 6, die die Lagerbolzenaufnahme 13 darstellt und das Schaltspiel definiert. Auch hier ist die Anordnung so getroffen, daß in dieser Sperrstellung die parallel zur Ebene der Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 verlaufende Verbindungslinie 17 zwischen der Achse des Lagerbolzens 4, der Achse des Sperrklinkengelenkes 10 und der Kontaktlinie des Linienkontaktes 16 in einer Geraden verläuft.FIG. 4 shows another embodiment in which the
In den Fig. 2 und 3 erkennt man zunächst die Kraft 18, die über die Abstützung der geschlossenen Kraftfahrzeugtür an dem Schloßhalter 7 auf die Drehfalle 3 ausgeübt wird. Man erkennt außerdem die Kraft 19, die von der Gegensperrfläche 9 an der Drehfalle 3 auf die Sperrfläche 8 an der Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 in Sperrposition der Sperrklinkenanordnung 5, 6 ausgeübt wird. Die Lage des Sperrklinkengelenkes 10 ist so gewählt, daß die Achse des Sperrklinkengelenkes 10 auf der Wirklinie dieser letztgenannten Kraft liegt. - A motor vehicle door lock with a rotary latch (3) which can rotate about a rotary latch pin (2) and a pawl arrangement (5, 6) which can swivel about a bearing pin (4),- wherein, in the closed state of the motor vehicle door, a lock holder (7) fastened to the door pillar engages in a lock holder recess of the rotary latch (3),- wherein, in the closed state of the motor vehicle door, the pawl arrangement (5, 6) engages by means of a pawl (8) behind an opposing locking face (9) on the rotary latch (3) with seat-engaging surface contact in the locked position of the pawl arrangement (5, 6),- wherein the pawl arrangement (5, 6) is designed as a lever mechanism, with a lever (5) on the bearing pin side which can swivel about the bearing pin (4) which is fixed to the housing, and a lever (6) carrying the locking face (8), which two levers are joined via a pawl joint (10) with a joint axis parallel to the bearing pin (4) so that they can fold in relation to each other,- wherein on an opening movement of the pawl arrangement (5, 6) when the motor vehicle door is closed the lever (6) carrying the locking face (8) folds in relation to the lever (5) on the bearing pin side, comes free from a locked position stop (14) and comes into contact with a folding movement stop (15), and the seat-engaging surface contact can thereby be converted to a line contact,characterised in that the pawl joint is designed as a pin joint (10) and
that the lever (6) carrying the locking face (8) has a bearing pin receiver (13) for the bearing pin (4), which bearing pin receiver is at a distance from the locking face (8), and which comprises the locked position stop (14) and, at a shift clearance distance, the folding movement stop (15), and
that when the pawl arrangement (5, 6) opens, the locked position stop (14) comes free from the bearing pin (4) and the folding movement stop (15) comes into contact with the bearing pin (4). - A motor vehicle door lock according to claim 1, in the form of construction in which the pawl arrangement is subjected to tensile loading in the locked position, characterised in that the lever (6) carrying the locking face (8) is designed as a two-armed lever, wherein one lever arm (11) comprises the locking face (8) and the opposite lever arm (12) comprises the bearing pin receiver (13) on the other side of the pin joint (10), and that the lever arm (11) with the locking face (8) of the lever (6) carrying the locking face (8) and the lever (5) on the bearing pin side are arranged in succession, and that the bearing pin receiver (13) on the opposite lever arm (12) of the lever (6) carrying the locking face (8) is constructed as a fork which embraces the bearing pin (4) and defines the shift clearance, and that in the locked position when there is seat-engaging surface contact between the locking face (8) and the opposing locking face (9), the connecting line (17), which runs in the plane of the pawl arrangement (5, 6) between the axis of the bearing pin (4), the axis of the pin joint (10) and the contact line of the line contact (16) which sets in at the start of the folding movement, runs in a straight line.
- A motor vehicle door lock according to claim 1, in the form of construction wherein the pawl arrangement is subjected to compressive loading in the locked position, characterised in that the lever (6) carrying the locking face (8) is designed as a single-arm lever which has the locking face (8) at one end and the pin joint (10) at the other end, and that in the region between the locking face (8) and the pin joint (10) the bearing pin receiver (13) is disposed in the form of an aperture which defines the shift clearance, and that the lever (6) carrying the locking face (8) and the lever (5) on the bearing pin side are arranged superimposed, and that in the locked position when there is seat-engaging surface contact between the locking face (8) and the opposing locking face (9) the connecting line (17), which runs in the plane of the pawl arrangement (5, 6) between the axis of the bearing pin (4), the axis of the pin joint (10) and the contact line of the line contact (16) which sets in at the start of the folding movement, runs in a straight line.
- A motor vehicle door lock according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the pawl arrangement (5, 6) has a pull-back spring arrangement (20) which acts in opposition to the folding-up movement.
