Die Aufgabe ist bei der im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung gelöst. Hierbei ist darauf abgestellt, daß zumindest eine der Lagen in einer offenen Bindung gewebt ist. Offene Bindung bedeutet hierbei beispielsweise, daß jeder Kettfaden durch mehrere Schußlagen wechselt. Durch diese Bindungsart, bei welcher die Lage mit der offenen Bindung krümmungsinnenseitig angeordnet wird, ist es möglich, gekrümmte Bauteile auf der Basis eines solchen Veloursgewebes herzustellen, bei dem selbst bei stärkeren Krümmungen innenseitig keine Faltenneigung oder Faltenausbildung auftritt. Die für die innere Lage gewählte Bindung gestattet die Schrumpfung des Gewebes in Kettrichtung durch wellenförmige Verlagerung der Kettfäden nach innen bzw. außen. Die Kettfäden sind im gekrümmten, ausgehärteten Zustand hierdurch teilweise freigespannt bogenförmig verlaufend. Für sich gesehen handelt es sich bei der Lage mit der offenen Bindung um ein Mehrlagengewebe. Der besondere Vorteil dieses Gewebes ist auch darin zu sehen, daß durch die Möglichkeit der Schrumpfung der Innenlage die Höhe des Abstandsgewebes, die Sandwich-Höhe, über den gesamten Winkelumfang eines Bauteils konstant gehalten werden kann. Dies ist bei bisherigen derartigen Abstandsgeweben nicht möglich. Im übrigen sind weitestgehend die Eigenschaften des eingangs erwähnten Bauteils beibehalten. Der Offenbarungsgehalt der eingangs genannten europäischen Patentanmeldung wird hiermit auch vollinhaltlich in den Offenbarungsgehalt vorliegender Anmeldung einbezogen. In Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß die Zwischenstege durch Abstandsfäden in Form einer Poldurch- oder Polaufbindung gebildet sind. Insgesamt erstrecken sie sich etwa W-artig durch das Gewebe. Mittels eines solchen Bauteils lassen sich beispielsweise Rohre, Kessel und Tanks mit dem Webmaterial bewickeln. Nach dem Bewickeln wird das Harz aufgetragen und es stellt sich das lagenmäßig beabstandete, ausgehärtete Bauteil ein. Eine weitere Möglichkeit besteht darin, das Gewebe mit Harz vorimprägniert im nassen Zustand auf eine Form bzw. einen Grundkörper aufzubringen. Wenn auch bevorzugt hier zunächst beschrieben ist, daß eine der beiden Lagen, nämlich die innere Lage, als Mehrlagengewebe mit offener Bindung ausgeführt ist, so umfaßt die Erfindung aber auch die Ausbildung beider Lagen in Form des Mehrlagengewebes mit offener Bindung. Hierdurch wird die Drapierfähigkeit eines Abstandsgewebes nochmals wesentlich verbessert.The object is achieved in the invention specified in claim 1.
