Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbesserung von Sicherheitseinrichtungen bei einem Fahrzeug.The invention relates to an improvement of safety devices in a vehicle.

Die Erfindung geht von der speziellen, im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 definierten Verriegelungsanlage aus, welche für sich durch die

Bei diesem Stand der Technik ist eigentlich eine Anti-Diebstahleinrichtung beschrieben, bei welcher die fernsteuerbare Verriegelung nur eine der Komponenten der Anti-Diebstahleinrichtung ist. Dort enthält sowohl das im Kfz angebrachte Steuergerät als auch der Handsender jeweils einen eigenen Speicher, z.B. einen EEPROM. Wenn der Handsender einen Verriegelungsbefehl - bzw. einen Befehl zum Aktivieren der Diebstahlwarnanlage der Einrichtung - aussendet und das Steuergerät diesen Verriegelungsbefehl empfing und dementsprechend die Verriegelung steuerte, dann speichert der Speicher des Steuergerätes ein Quittungssignal darüber, daß dies geschah; außerdem sendet dann das Steuergerät das Quittungssignal zurück zum Handsender, welcher seinerseits in seinem eigenen Speicher das empfangene Quittungssignal speichert. Auf diese Weise soll der Besitzer des Handsenders jederzeit später seiner Kfz-Versicherung das ordnungsgemäße Verriegeln mittels des Speichers im Handsender beweisen können, falls in das Kfz eingebrochen bzw. das Kfz gestohlen wurde.

Es handelt sich dabei nicht nur um die Möglichkeit, die Frontscheinwerfer bzw. die Hupe einzuschalten, wenn die Anti-Diebstahleinrichtung erkennt, daß in das Fahrzeug eingebrochen wird. Es handelt sich zusätzlich auch um Signallämpchen, z.B. um LED-Signallämpchen, am Handsender, um mit ihnen dem Benutzer des Handsenders anzuzeigen, daß das Steuergerät wirklich das Quittungssignal erzeugte bzw. daß das Quittungssignal nun im Speicher der Handsenders gespeichert ist und als Beweis für die Kfz-Versicherung dienen kann. Bei diesem Stand der Technik wird nämlich davon ausgegangen, daß die Sperren wirklich verriegelt sind, wenn das im Kfz angebrachte Steuergerät ordnungsgemäß den Empfang des Verriegelungsbefehls und damit die Abgabe des Riegelbefehles an das Riegelelement bestätigt, indem dann das Quittungssignal erzeugt und sogar im Handsender gespeichert wird.This known device also includes various display options, in particular according to column 3, lines 19 to 28, column 4, lines 6 to 13 and column 5, lines 1 to 11, which are controlled directly or indirectly by the control unit attached to the vehicle. Eine genaue Analyse zeigte aber, daß diese bekannte Verriegelungsanlage eigentlich gar nicht zuverlässig seine Aufgabe erfüllt, nämlich zu überwachen, ob die Sperren wirklich einwandfrei verriegelt wurden : Die dort beschriebene Verriegelungsanlage hat nämlich den Nachteil, daß sie auch das einwandfreie Verriegeln vortäuscht, wenn das Steuergerät zwar den Riegelbefehl in Richtung zum Riegelelement abgab, aber trotzdem wegen irgendeines Defektes das Riegelelement nicht mehr die Sperre verriegelte. Z.B. wird dann sogar der Versicherung mittels des PROM im Handsender scheinbar nachgewiesen, daß das Fahrzeug verriegelt wurde, obwohl das Riegelelement z.B. klemmte und sich gar nicht in den verriegelnden Lagezustand bewegte. Diese bekannte Verriegelungsanlage überwacht also in Wahrheit gar nicht vollautomatisch, ob nach dem ordnungsgemäßen Empfang des Verriegelungsbefehls die betreffenden Schlösser wirklich einwandfrei verriegelt wurde, sondern nur, ob das Steuergerät den Riegelbefehl abgab und das Quittungssignal aussandte. Eine solche Anzeige erfordert aber nicht nur den Zusatzaufwand, nämlich ein solches Lämpchen anzubringen. G, angebracht sein kann, z.B. um dem betreffenden Gatter G den Riegelbefehl R mit einer genügenden Verzögerung gegenüber dem Verriegelungssignal Y zuzuleiten. Um also unnötige Fehlalarme durch zu frühe Abgabe des Warnsignales W bzw. des Mißerfolgssignales zu vermeiden, falls der Verriegelmechanismus im Regelfall - oder zumindest gelegentlich - eine gewisse Dauer benötigt, bis er einwandfrei verriegelte, kann das Steuergerät S das Warnsignal W verzögert abgeben. Das Steuergerät S kann also z.B. das Warnsignal W abgeben, wenn der Sensor F innerhalb von z.B. 1 Sekunde nach dem Betätigen des Handsenders H kein Verriegelungssignal Y abgab. kann das Warnsignal W zusätzlich eine Diebstahlwarnanlage einschalten, wobei man ja nach Bedarf die Verriegelungsanlage zusätzlich so gestalten kann, daß dieses Warnsignal W den Signalgeber dieser Anlage entweder zusätzlich einschaltet oder nicht zusätzlich einschaltet.To ensure that the anti-theft alarm system that was particularly necessary was switched on, e.g.
