- the energy supply device operates on a voltage supply of 3 V to 24 V, in particular 12 V.
- a charge controller is present which supplies the various electrical components of the alarm device with energy.
- a charge controller is designed to ensure that a battery is charged from various energy sources such as those of the towing vehicle and/or solar cells on the charging vehicle.
- the senor is an inductive safety sensor that is designed to detect the locking position of a metal tongue without contact.
- An ACC alarm can be triggered by door contact and opening of the doors. A door locking can also be reported.
- an ACC alarm can be triggered by a switched voltage - as soon as the ignition is switched on, a message is sent via SMS about "switching on the ignition”.
- An ACC alarm system is, for example, a system such as that offered by Alarm IT Factory GmbH, Germany.
- the alarm signal output device comprises a sound output device and/or a light signal output device.
- the door lock is opened, causing the tongue to move away from the sensor, and a siren (horn sound) and/or existing vehicle lights, such as side marker lights in particular, are activated automatically, which start to flash.
- a relay and/or a diode is connected between the alarm device and the lights.
- the alarm device further comprises a transmitting device connected to the energy supply device and the alarm signal output device, which is designed to send a signal or a message wirelessly to one or more receivers.
- An alarm signal can, for example, cause an ignition device and/or a fuel feed pump, etc. to be switched off.
- a message can contain any desired information, in particular the current or last determined position, time, etc. of the alarm.
- the alarm device comprises a position determination device connected to the power supply device and the alarm signal output device, which is designed to determine the actual position of the alarm device.
- a GSM/GPRS mobile radio device with SMS transmission (850/900/1800/1900MHz Quad Band) can be installed, which transmits one or more events such as a warning message or burglary message to one or more programmable telephone numbers via SMS or Internet service providers such as Whatsapp.
- SMS short message
- an alarm device according to the invention can also be switched to the Internet protocol, the messages and positions can then be sent to a server.
- any known telematics or telemetry system can be used.
- the alarm device further comprises a motion sensor connected to the power supply device and the alarm signal output device, which is configured to detect a movement of the alarm device.
- At least the receiving device, the sensor and the energy supply device are accommodated in a common housing.
- the alarm signal output device and/or the transmitting device and/or the position determining device and/or the motion sensor are additionally accommodated in the housing.
- the housing is designed to be attached to the inside of the frame element of the vehicle frame.
- the housing is designed with a partition wall that separates the housing interior from a receiving chamber for the tongue.
- the sensor protrudes into the receiving chamber through an opening in the partition wall. This design at least makes access to the sensor's wiring more difficult and thus also reduces the risk of manipulation of the sensor.
- Manipulation is also made more difficult by the fact that if one of the supply lines to the sensor is disconnected, the alarm device emits an alarm signal.
- vehicle frame refers to a longitudinal or cross member of the truck as well as a frame of a Truck bodywork, such as a roof beam, side structures or stanchions of the truck.
- the mounting section is formed by at least one opening which is formed in the frame element of the vehicle frame.
- the mounting section is integrally formed in the frame element in such a way that the mounting section is flush with the frame element on a side of the frame element facing the handle element.
- the flat design prevents damage to the mounting section and thus to the door locking device when reversing the truck with the rear doors open.
- this design represents a saving in weight and components and enables easier and more cost-effective maintenance of the door locking device.
- the handle element and the frame element can have a bore through which a customs cord can be guided, so that unintentional access to the loading area of the truck is prevented.
- the handle element can have a locking latch for locking the handle element in the mounting section, wherein the locking latch can be moved between a locking position and a release position via an actuating element of the handle element.
- the handle element can also have a hole running underneath the actuating element through which a customs cord is guided in such a way that actuation of the actuating element is not possible. The hole, together with the customs cord, prevents unwanted access to the loading area of the truck.
- a truck or commercial vehicle is shown as an example in the form of a truck trailer 10.
- the term "truck” is to be understood as a self-propelled or externally powered truck for transporting cargo, which preferably does not fall below a permissible total weight of 3.5 t, in particular 7.5 t.
- the truck can be a truck trailer 10 as shown here, a semitrailer for an articulated vehicle or any other type of truck trailer, such as a drawbar trailer or the like.
- the truck can also be a tractor such as a semitrailer tractor or another tractor.
- the truck trailer 10 shown has a truck rear area 20 and two doors 22, 24 arranged on the truck rear area.
- the doors 22, 24 are movably attached to the vehicle frame 26 of the truck trailer 10.
- vehicle frame 26 is to be understood as both the cross member or longitudinal member of the truck trailer 10 and a frame of a truck trailer body.
- stanchions attached to the side of the cross member 26 of the truck trailer 10, which serve to attach the doors 22, 24, are also designated with the reference number 26.
- Other parts of the vehicle frame 26 not shown in detail here are, for example, a roof beam or side structures of the truck trailer 10.
- doors with a door lock disclosed here are to be provided at the front or rear of a structure.
- the doors 22, 24 are shown as vertically pivotable doors. Of course, it is also possible for the doors 22, 24 to be horizontally pivotable or otherwise movably attached to the vehicle frame 26.
- the doors 22, 24 can be movably attached to a side structure, a roof beam, stanchions or other parts of the vehicle frame 26.
- the truck trailer 10 can also have more or fewer than two doors 22, 24.
- a roller door it is possible for a roller door to be attached to the roof beam of the truck trailer 10 in a roll-up manner.
- the truck rear portion 20 further comprises a door locking device 30 which is designed to lock the doors 22, 24 in their closed form.
- the door locking device 30 comprises a handle element 35 which is attached to the door 22, 24 and is connected to a mounting portion (cf. Fig.4 ) one Frame element 32 of the vehicle frame 26 cooperates in such a way that the door 22, 24 can be locked or is locked in its closed form.
- frame element refers to a part of the vehicle frame 26 of the truck trailer 10.
- the frame element 32 is therefore not a separate component of the vehicle frame 26, but rather a section of the vehicle frame 26.
- a frame element 32 of the vehicle frame 26 can be the cross member 26.
- a frame element 32 of the vehicle frame 26 can also be the roof beam of the truck trailer 10 already mentioned.
- the door locking device 30 can also have a plurality of handle elements 35, each of which interacts with a correspondingly designed mounting section in the frame element 32.
- the door locking device 30 has two handle elements 35 per door 22, 24.
- the handle elements 35 are arranged below the door 22, 24.
- the handle elements 35 can of course also be arranged above or to the side of the door 22, 24. It is also possible for more or fewer than two handle elements 35 per door 22, 24 to be arranged on the rear area 20 of the truck.
- Fig.2 is a detailed view of the truck rear area 20 of Fig.1 with an exemplary door locking device 30.
- the door 22 is only shown schematically in the form of a door frame 34.
- the Fig.2 further shows the frame element 32 described above, which is part of the vehicle frame 26 of the truck trailer 10.
- the door locking device 30 consists of the handle element 35, which is connected to the door 22, 24.
- the handle element 35 is rotatably connected to the door 22, 24 via a pivot pin 36.
- the handle element 35 interacts with the frame element 32 such that an engagement of the handle element 35 in the frame element 32, the door 22, 24 is fixed in its closed position, as described in more detail below in connection with the Fig.3 is explained.
- the Fig.3 shows a rear view of the Fig.2 As can be clearly seen, the rear view in the Fig.3
- the handle element 35 shown has a tongue 38 and a locking pawl 42.
- the tongue 38 engages in a tongue opening 40 formed in the frame element 32 and the locking pawl 42 engages in a pawl opening 44 formed in the frame element 32.
- a handle element 35 connected to the pivot pin 36 below the doors 22, 24 can be used to actuate a tongue (not shown) formed on the top of the pivot pin 36 in such a way that it lockably engages in a tongue opening (not shown) formed, for example, on the roof pillar.
- the handle element 35 attached below the doors 22, 24 not only to lock the tongue 38 in the tongue opening 40, but also to lock a second tongue attached to the pivot pin in a second tongue opening above the doors 22, 24 via the pivot pin 36.
- the pivot pin 36 thus enables the doors 22, 24 to be locked below and above the doors 22, 24.
- the frame element 32 is shown without the handle element 35.
- the tongue opening 40 and the latch opening 44 form an integrally formed in the frame element 32 Support portion 45.
- the support portion 45 was manufactured by a separation process applied to the frame element 32, such as a chip-removing process such as milling, by a chip-free process such as laser cutting or punching, or by other suitable processes.
- the support portion 45 is in the embodiment of the Fig.4 formed by openings 40, 44 which are integrally formed in the frame element 32.
- the mounting section 45 can be formed integrally in the frame element 32 such that the mounting section 45 is flush with the frame element 32 on a side of the frame element 32 facing the handle element 35.
- the mounting section 45 can be formed integrally in the frame element 32 such that the mounting section 45 does not protrude on a side of the frame element 32 facing the handle element 35.
- the mounting section 45 forms a flush with the frame element 32 on the side of the handle element 35. The flush can ensure that when the truck trailer 10 is reversed with the doors 22, 24 open, no damage is caused to the mounting section 45, for example by hitting a loading ramp.
- the door locking brackets known from the prior art are screwed to the vehicle frame and do not form a flat end, so that in the event of a Resetting the truck can easily damage the mounting elements and thus render the door locking device unusable.
- the tongue opening 40 and the latch opening 44 in the support portion 45 of the frame member 32 are spaced apart from each other such that the tongue 38 and the locking latch 42 can engage in the openings 40, 44.
- a distance 46 between the tongue opening 40 and the latch opening 44 which in the Fig.4 indicated by dashed lines, is adapted to a distance between the tongue 38 and the locking pawl 42.
- the tongue opening 40 further has a substantially rectangular shape with rounded corners.
- the rectangular shape of the tongue opening 40 is such that a height 47 of a side 48 facing the pawl opening 44 is greater than a height 49 of a side 50 facing away from the pawl opening 44.
- the tongue opening 40 has a tapered shape extending from the pawl opening 44. The advantage of a tapered shape of the tongue opening 40 is explained in connection with the Fig. 6A and 6B explained.
- the latch opening 44 also has a substantially rectangular shape. On a side 52 facing away from the tongue opening 40, the latch opening 44 also has a tapered extension 54 into which the locking latch 42 hooks. The latch opening 44 therefore has a height 55 on the side 52 facing away from the tongue opening 40 that is less than a height 56 of the rest of the latch opening 44. At the transition to the extension 54, the latch opening 44 also has convexly formed curves 57, i.e. curves that extend from the frame element 32 into the latch opening 44. The curves 57 together with the extension 54 enable the locking latch 42 to engage securely in the Latch opening 44 and a lateral guide of the locking latch 42 when engaging in the latch opening 44.
- Fig.5 now shows a side view of the handle element 35.
- the handle element 35 has an elongated main body 60 which extends along a longitudinal axis 62.
- the handle element 35 has a locking portion 64 at its front end and a grip portion 66 at its rear end.
- the locking portion 64 is designed to engage in the holding portion 45.
- the locking portion 64 has the tongue 38 and the locking pawl 42 shown in a cutout.
- the locking pawl 42 has a hook-shaped projection 67 and is rotatably mounted in the elongated main body 60 via a pin 68.
- the locking pawl 42 is movable between a locking position which is in the Fig.5 shown with solid lines, and a release position (unlocking position) shown in the Fig.5 shown by dashed lines.
- the locking pawl 42 engages in the pawl opening 44 in such a way that the hook-shaped projection 67 engages in the extension 54 (see Fig.4 ).
- the release position the hook-shaped projection 67 is disengaged from the extension 54 so that the locking pawl 42 can be removed from the pawl opening 44.
- the handle element 35 has an actuating element 70 connected to the locking pawl 42.
- the hook-shaped projection 67 further comprises a bevelled surface 69.
- the bevelled surface 69 serves to ensure that when the handle element 35 is moved towards the holding section 45, the hook-shaped projection 67 moves from the release position into the the locking position so that the hook-shaped projection 67 is automatically locked in the locking opening 44.
- the handle element 35 further has two lateral guide projections 72 which extend laterally from the elongated main body 60 near the locking pawl 42.
- the guide projections 72 serve to guide the handle element 35 laterally when the tongue 38 engages in the tongue opening 40 and the locking pawl 42 engages in the locking opening 44. Since the guide projections 72 also at least partially overlap laterally with the locking pawl 42, the locking pawl 42 can also be guided laterally when moving between the locking position and the release position. The lateral guidance thus not only facilitates the positioning of the locking pawl 42 in the pawl opening 44 but also the insertion of the tongue 38 into the tongue opening 40. Furthermore, the stability and rigidity of the handle element 35 is improved by the lateral guide projections 72.
- the tongue 38 is connected to the elongate main body 60 at a front end of the elongate main body 60.
- the tongue 38 has a substantially arcuate shape in a first plane parallel to the longitudinal axis 62 and extends substantially along the longitudinal axis 62.
- the elongate main body 60 also has a bore 74 at its front end adjacent to the tongue 38.
- the bore 74 is designed to receive the pivot pin 36 so that by turning the handle element 35 the tongue 38 can be inserted into the tongue opening 40 and the locking pawl 42 can be inserted into the locking opening 44. If there is also another tongue at the upper end of the pivot pin 36, the other tongue can also be inserted into a tongue opening formed accordingly, for example on the roof spar, by turning the handle element 35.
- the pivot pin 36 is shown schematically by a dashed line.
- the pivot pin axis 75 of the pivot pin 36 is arranged eccentrically to the bore axis 76 of the bore 74.
- the eccentric arrangement enables the distance between the pivot point of the handle element 35 and the frame element 32 to be variably adjusted. This allows a position of the tongue 38 and a position of the locking pawl 42 to be adjusted in such a way that an engagement of the tongue 38 in the tongue opening 40 and an engagement of the locking pawl 42 in the pawl opening 44 can be adapted to the respective conditions on the truck trailer 10.
- the eccentric mounting of the handle element 35 allows for structural distortion, manufacturing tolerances or the like to be taken into account, so that optimal engagement of the tongue 38 in the tongue opening 40 and optimal engagement of the locking pawl 42 in the pawl opening 44 can be ensured.
- the eccentric arrangement of the pivot pin 36 in relation to the bore 74 can be achieved, for example, by means of an interposed eccentric (not shown).
- a panel which has the hole pattern with the openings for the tongue and the latch and is slidably attached to the frame.
- the arcuate shape of the tongue 38 has a first arcuate portion 78 and a second straight or elongated portion 80.
- the arcuate portion 78 extends laterally from the elongated main body 60 and towards the front end of the handle element 35.
- the straight portion 80 extends from the arcuate portion 78 substantially along the longitudinal axis 62 and projects with its front end beyond a front end of the elongated main body 60.
- the straight portion 80 further has a widening or thickening 82 at its front end.
- the exact shape the tongue 38 may be slightly modified. However, all embodiments have in common that the shape of the tongue 38 is designed such that an early frictional connection between the tongue 38 and the frame element 32 occurs when the tongue 38 engages in the tongue opening 40.
- the tongue 38 may be formed integrally with the elongated main body 60 and may be formed, for example, by lasering or another suitable process.
- the handle element 35 is shown in a plan view.
- the plan view represents a second plane perpendicular to the first plane, ie a plane perpendicular to the side view (see Fig.5 ).
- the tongue 38 extends in the longitudinal direction of the main body 60, that is, along the longitudinal axis 62, and has a shape that tapers in the direction of extension.
- the tongue 38 is shown with a conical shape. However, other tapered shapes are also conceivable.
- a further embodiment of the handle element 35 is shown, wherein the conical tongue 38 additionally has a wedge-shaped recess 84 at its front end. If the tongue 38 is formed with a tapered or conical shape, the tongue 38 can easily be inserted into the tongue opening 40 of the frame element 32. At the same time, a flat contact of the tongue 38 on the rear side of the frame element 32 (see also Fig.3 ) is ensured.
- the tapered shape serves to ensure that the front, narrower end of the tongue 38 is initially on the wider side (page 48 in Fig.4 ) of the tongue opening 40 is moved into the tongue opening 40 and then moved from the wider side 48 to the narrower side 50 of the tongue opening 40.
- the insertion of the tongue 38 into the tongue opening 40 from the wider side 48 to the narrower side 50 enables easier
- the tongue 38 engages in the tongue opening 40 and can, for example, compensate for a frame distortion.
- the interaction of the tapered tongue 38 and the tapered tongue opening 40 enables the tongue 38 to engage and position itself optimally in the tongue opening 40. This also positions the door.
- the locking pawl 42 is connected to the elongated main body 60 via a spring mechanism 86.
- the spring mechanism 86 causes the locking pawl 42 to be held in its locking position (see, for example, Fig.3 ) is pre-tensioned.
- the locking pawl 42 is therefore moved from its locking position to the release position so that the handle element 35 can be rotated and the tongue 38 can be removed from the tongue opening 40.
- the handle member 35 may be made from a forged, cast or milled component and the mounting portion 45 may be integrally formed in any frame member 32 of the vehicle frame 26 of a truck.
- the door locking device 30 can be used on any truck, for example on truck trailers such as semi-trailers or drawbar trailers or also on tractors such as tractor units.
- the door locking device 30 can be attached to the rear, the side, the front area, the roof beam or other positions of the vehicle frame 26.
- the mounting section 45 is formed integrally in a frame element of the vehicle frame 26 of the truck.
- the door locking device 30 according to the invention can prevent the mounting section 45 is inadvertently damaged when reversing the truck with the doors 22, 24 open.
- the door locking device 30 according to the invention enables weight and component savings and facilitates maintenance and service work on the door locking device 30.
- the handle element 35 can also have a hole running underneath the actuating element 70, through which a customs cord can be guided in such a way that actuation of the actuating element 70 is not possible.
- the customs cord can be guided through the handle element 35 and the frame element 32. Using a customs cord prevents unwanted access to the loading space.
- the alarm device 100 comprises a sheet metal housing 102 which is to be attached to a rear wall of the frame element 32 of the vehicle frame 26 by means of fastening tabs 104, 106.
- the Fig.7 In the oblique view from above shown, there are in particular two receiving chambers 108 for each tongue 38 of the previously explained door locking devices 30.
- the two receiving chambers 108 are closed off from the housing interior 110 of the housing 102 by partition walls 122, 124.
- the receiving chambers 108 have openings facing the tongue openings 40, which correspond in size to the tongue openings 40. This makes it possible for the tongue 38 to enter one of the receiving chambers 108 when the door locking device 30 is closed.
- the receiving chamber 108 shown on the right has a sensor 112 on the left side, which projects into the chamber 108.
- the sensor 112 is an inductive safety sensor which is designed to determine whether a metallic object - here the tongue 38 - is at a minimum distance from the sensor 112.
- All components of the alarm device 100 can be accommodated in the housing 102, but it is of course also possible to accommodate only certain components.
- the alarm device 100 can preferably be retrofitted and allows the alarm device 100 to be put into use after installation on the truck 10 simply by plugging in various other components.
- the power supply device 114 multi-relays 118, 120, an alarm horn 116 and a receiving unit are housed in the housing 102. How the individual components of the alarm device 100 are connected to one another and function will be explained in the further explanation of the Fig.10 visible.
- Fig.8 which shows a perspective interior view from the rear of a vehicle trailer with a body, it is immediately apparent where the housing or the alarm device 100 with housing is arranged in the vehicle frame 26 or the frame element 32.
- the alarm device 100 is shown, which is mounted behind the actual frame element 32. It is therefore only shown schematically where the alarm device is intended for installation in relation to the doors 22, 24 and in particular to the door locking device 30.
- FIGS. 9a and 9b each show the same horizontal sectional view through the frame element 32 or the vehicle frame 26 with the alarm device 100 mounted therein.
- the tongue 38 is in the right-hand receiving chamber 108 when closed ( Fig. 9a ) and during the opening process ( Fig. 9b ) is located.
- the tongue 38 is at a minimum distance from the sensor 112. Due to the fact that in this embodiment the tongue is a metallic tongue 38, the sensor 112 detects in the armed state of the alarm system 100 that the tongue 38 is correctly positioned and therefore does not trigger a signal.
- the tongue 38 is moved from the closed position to an open position by means of the handle 35 and in particular the tongue 38 is moved away from the sensor 112. If the alarm device 100 is activated while the door locking device 30 is being opened, a signal is triggered by the sensor 112 in this case because it is determined that the metal tongue 38 is no longer at the necessary minimum distance from the sensor 112. Of course, an alarm is also triggered if the alarm device 100 is dismantled, since the sensor 112 is part of the device 100.
- the Fig.10 shows an exemplary embodiment of an alarm device 100 and in particular its individual components and their interconnection.
- the energy supply device 114 consists of a 3AH battery or a corresponding rechargeable accumulator.
- a charge controller 138 is also present, which controls the charge of the Accumulator 114.
- a connection to the shown power supply 154 from the towing vehicle can also be made possible, which is switched on in particular when no energy is being delivered via the solar cells 156.
- the solar cells 156 can be placed, for example, on the roof of a vehicle trailer or the body of a truck.
- the charge controller 138 thereby charges the accumulator 114 and supplies the various components of the alarm device 100 with energy.
- a receiving device here part of the GPS tracking device 150, is connected to a switching device 155 wirelessly or via cable.
- the switching device 155 enables the alarm device 100 to be "armed” via a corresponding signal that is received by the receiving device 154.
- the charge controller 138 is connected via multi-relays 118, 120 to the GPS tracking device 150 and/or a signal siren 116 as well as a side marker light 152 and the sensor 112.
- This embodiment of an alarm device 100 works as follows: The alarm device is activated by the switching device 155 via the receiving device/GPS tracking device 150. It should be noted that the receiving device does not necessarily have to be part of the GPS tracking device. It can also be provided as an independent component. If the tongue 38 is at a minimum distance from the sensor 112, no signal is output. If the tongue 38 moves away from the sensor 112, the sensor 112 is triggered and an alarm signal is emitted via the signal siren 116 and the side marker lights 152 begin to flash.
- the position of the alarm device 100 and thus of course also of the trailer 10 is determined via the GPS tracker device 150 and, what is not yet in the As shown in detail, it is sent via an output device to a receiving device with a warning message etc. that a theft has occurred.
- a receiving device with a warning message etc. that a theft has occurred.
- the position of the vehicle trailer can also be passed on permanently via the GPS tracker device, for example. If no GPS signal is received, the last available position can be sent.

According to the invention, the above-mentioned technical problem is solved by a truck designed according to the preamble of claim 1, which has an alarm device designed to detect an unauthorized opening of a door locking device of the door of the truck.
The alarm device comprises a receiving device which is designed to receive a signal from an activation device and to arm the alarm device. A sensor is designed to detect whether the tongue is in its locking position when the alarm device is armed. The sensor is arranged on the inside of the frame element and to the side of the tongue opening so that access to the sensor is prevented at least when the tongue is in the locking position. An alarm signal output device is connected to the sensor and outputs an alarm signal if the sensor does not detect a locking position of the tongue when the alarm device is armed. A power supply device is connected to the receiving device, the sensor and the alarm output device in order to supply these components with power.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen einer erfindungsgemäßen Alarmvorrichtung können ein oder mehrere der nachfolgenden Merkmale aufweisenAdvantageous embodiments of an alarm device according to the invention can have one or more of the following features
The alarm device is preferably activated via remote control (switching on and off) or other means of communication such as a cell phone, computer-controlled control center, tablet or a telematics system. In these cases in particular, it is possible to provide the arming in such a way that it can only be cancelled if the arming transmitter receives a signal that a predetermined target position has been reached. However, arming can also only take place from a certain position. The arming can then be deactivated remotely, for example, or the driver can only then deactivate the alarm device.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the energy supply device operates on a voltage supply of 3 V to 24 V, in particular 12 V. Preferably, a charge controller is present which supplies the various electrical components of the alarm device with energy. In particular, such a charge controller is designed to ensure that a battery is charged from various energy sources such as those of the towing vehicle and/or solar cells on the charging vehicle.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the sensor is an inductive safety sensor that is designed to detect the locking position of a metal tongue without contact. An ACC alarm can be triggered by door contact and opening of the doors. A door locking can also be reported. Preferably, an ACC alarm can be triggered by a switched voltage - as soon as the ignition is switched on, a message is sent via SMS about "switching on the ignition". An ACC alarm system is, for example, a system such as that offered by Alarm IT Factory GmbH, Germany.
In a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the alarm signal output device comprises a sound output device and/or a light signal output device. In the event of an alarm, i.e. when the alarm system is activated, the door lock is opened, causing the tongue to move away from the sensor, and a siren (horn sound) and/or existing vehicle lights, such as side marker lights in particular, are activated automatically, which start to flash. For example, a relay and/or a diode is connected between the alarm device and the lights.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device further comprises a transmitting device connected to the energy supply device and the alarm signal output device, which is designed to send a signal or a message wirelessly to one or more receivers. An alarm signal can, for example, cause an ignition device and/or a fuel feed pump, etc. to be switched off. A message can contain any desired information, in particular the current or last determined position, time, etc. of the alarm.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device comprises a position determination device connected to the power supply device and the alarm signal output device, which is designed to determine the actual position of the alarm device. For example, a GSM/GPRS mobile radio device with SMS transmission (850/900/1800/1900MHz Quad Band) can be installed, which transmits one or more events such as a warning message or burglary message to one or more programmable telephone numbers via SMS or Internet service providers such as Whatsapp. For example, instead of an SMS, an alarm device according to the invention can also be switched to the Internet protocol, the messages and positions can then be sent to a server. In fact, any known telematics or telemetry system can be used.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the alarm device further comprises a motion sensor connected to the power supply device and the alarm signal output device, which is configured to detect a movement of the alarm device.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, at least the receiving device, the sensor and the energy supply device are accommodated in a common housing.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the alarm signal output device and/or the transmitting device and/or the position determining device and/or the motion sensor are additionally accommodated in the housing.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the housing is designed to be attached to the inside of the frame element of the vehicle frame.
In a further exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the housing is designed with a partition wall that separates the housing interior from a receiving chamber for the tongue. The sensor protrudes into the receiving chamber through an opening in the partition wall. This design at least makes access to the sensor's wiring more difficult and thus also reduces the risk of manipulation of the sensor.
Manipulation is also made more difficult by the fact that if one of the supply lines to the sensor is disconnected, the alarm device emits an alarm signal.
In the context of this disclosure, the term "vehicle frame" refers to a longitudinal or cross member of the truck as well as a frame of a Truck bodywork, such as a roof beam, side structures or stanchions of the truck.
In a particularly cost-effective embodiment of the door locking device according to the invention, the mounting section is formed by at least one opening which is formed in the frame element of the vehicle frame.
In a further embodiment of the door locking device according to the invention, the mounting section is integrally formed in the frame element in such a way that the mounting section is flush with the frame element on a side of the frame element facing the handle element. The flat design prevents damage to the mounting section and thus to the door locking device when reversing the truck with the rear doors open. In addition, this design represents a saving in weight and components and enables easier and more cost-effective maintenance of the door locking device.
In a further embodiment of the door locking device according to the invention, the handle element and the frame element can have a bore through which a customs cord can be guided, so that unintentional access to the loading area of the truck is prevented.
In a further embodiment of the door locking device according to the invention, the handle element can have a locking latch for locking the handle element in the mounting section, wherein the locking latch can be moved between a locking position and a release position via an actuating element of the handle element. In this embodiment, the handle element can also have a hole running underneath the actuating element through which a customs cord is guided in such a way that actuation of the actuating element is not possible. The hole, together with the customs cord, prevents unwanted access to the loading area of the truck.

In the context of this disclosure, the term "frame element" refers to a part of the

The
The

The
The
In some embodiments, the

All components of the

It should be emphasized that the design of the receiving

A receiving device, here part of the
This embodiment of an

- A) the holding section in the frame element is integrally formed in such a way that the holding section is flush with the frame element on a side of the frame element facing the handle element.
- B) The locking pawl is movable between a locking position in which the locking pawl is locked in the pawl opening and a release position in which the locking pawl is removable from the pawl opening.
- C) The handle element has an actuating element which is connected to the locking pawl and is designed to move the locking pawl, and/or the handle element has lateral guide projections which are designed to guide the tongue when engaging in the tongue opening and the locking pawl when moving between the locking position and the release position.
- D) There is a pivot pin for attachment to the door, the handle element having a bore designed to receive the pivot pin.
- E) A pivot axis of the pivot and a bore axis of the bore are arranged eccentrically to each other or can be moved in two parts.
- F) The handle element has an elongated main body with a longitudinal axis and the tongue extends substantially along the longitudinal axis and has a substantially arcuate shape in a first plane parallel to the longitudinal axis.
- G) The arcuate shape has a first arcuate portion extending from the main body and a second straight portion extending from the first portion.
- H) The curved section has a tapered shape towards the straight section and the straight section has a widening at its end region.
- I) The tongue (38) has a tapered shape in a second plane parallel to the longitudinal axis and perpendicular to the first plane
- J) The tongue has a wedge-shaped recess at its front end.
- K) The door locking device comprises a plurality of handle elements and a plurality of frame elements with mounting portions integrally formed therein.
- L) It is advantageous to provide a vibration sensor which, when the truck is stationary and the alarm system is activated, ensures that neither the alarm device itself nor the truck with the alarm device can be removed without authorization. Even loading the truck onto a trailer or the like would trigger an alarm.
- M) Preferably, the part defining the pivot axis is movable relative to the remaining part of the locking portion, in particular, it is movable. This allows the distance between the tongue and the sensor to be adjusted, for example. Furthermore, the optimal engagement and positioning of the tongue in the tongue opening can be adjusted, and this also positions the door.
