Ein solches Streckwerk ist beispielsweise bekannt als DE-A-30 25 032. Dort wird ein Trag- und Belastungsarm beschrieben, auf welchem Schieber für die Oberwalzen angeordnet sind. Dadurch entstehen Kraftmomente, die in genügender Weise aufzuheben sind. Das Streckwerk in dieser zweiten Variante ist aus diesen Gründen nicht zur praktischen Anwendung gelangt. Weitere Vorschläge in dieser Richtung gehen dann auch dahin, dass der Belastungsarm für die Einzeloberwalzen einen mit der Mittellinie dieser Oberwalzen zusammenfallenden Druck darauf ausübt (s. z.B. JP-U-1-110274 und JP-U-1-110275). In diesen beiden Veröffentlichungen sind die Anpresskräfte entweder in der Mittelebene der Oberwalzen oder symmetrisch dazu angeordnet. Die Erfindung hat den wesentlichen Vorteil, dass ein erprobtes Einzelstreckwerk für hohe Verzüge angeboten werden kann. The housing 28 is provided above the upper rollers 2, 3 and 4 and has slot-like openings and wipers (not shown) at the corresponding points (see FIG. 4). A saddle-like opening 30 in the rotary tube 23 and a corresponding delimitation at the channel end are provided for connecting the rotary tube 23 to the channel 22.

In Figur 3 ist der Querschnitt B-B durch den Belastungsarm 1 dargestellt. Wie aus dieser Figur ersichtlich, stellt sie im wesentlichen eine Obenansicht des Streckwerkes dar. Der Träger oder Gelenksattel 10 besteht aus zwei Seitenwangen 31, die einen Brückenteil 32 einschliessen. Die Drehung des Trägers 10 ist durch Anschläge 33 des L-förmigen Stützteils 13 beschränkt. Die Oberwalzen 2, 3 und 4 sind mit einer Inbusschraube 34 mit dem Träger 10 verbunden. Zur Uebersichtlichkeit wurden nur die Bezugszeichen in Verbindung mit der Oberwalze 2 eingezeichnet, jedoch lassen sich dieselben Elemente für die Oberwalzen 3 und 4 deutlich aus der Figur entnehmen. Strichpunktiert sind noch Ausnehmungen 35 in der Oberseite des Belastungsarmes 1 angedeutet (vergleiche dieselben Ausnehmungen in Figur 1). Im Hebelarm 17 ist eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 17' vorgesehen (vergleiche Figur 1), damit die Federkraft der Druckfedern im geschlossenen Zustand des Streckwerkes einstellbar sind.FIG. 3 shows the cross section B-B through the loading arm 1. Der Riemchenkäfig 8 ist zweiteilig und um die Achse der Oberwalze 3 drehbar gelagert (vergleiche Figur 1). Er kann jedoch in einer Variante auch um denselben Drehpunkt wie die Oberwalze 3 drehbar gelagert sein. Im Bereich des nicht dargestellten Oberriemchens ist an dem quaderförmigen Gehäuse 28 im Bereich des zugehörigen Schlitzes ein Abstreifer 36 vorgesehen, damit die auf dem Riemchen angelagerten Flugteile gelöst und abgesaugt werden können.FIG. 4 shows the cross section CC of FIG. 1 essentially through the strappy cage 8, which according to FIG. 4 can be loaded by a compression spring 14 '. Diese Unterwalzen sind beidseitig auf einer Welle 37, 38 bzw. 39 befestigt, d.h. der untere Teil des Streckwerks ist zweiteilig ausgebildet. Die Unterwalzen 5, 6 und 7 sind dem einen Streckwerk und die Unterwalzen 5', 6' und 7' sind dem anderen Streckwerk zugeordnet und sind mittels Inbusschrauben 40 auf der jeweiligen Welle lösbar befestigt. Die Wellen 37, 38 und 39 sind mit Kugellagern 41, 41', 42, 42' und 43, 43' in einem kastenförmigen Gehäuse 44 gelagert. Die Wellen 37, 38 und 39 sind ferner je mit einer Zahnradkupplung 45, 46 und 47 an einem nicht dargestellten und an sich bekannten Antrieb im richtigen Uebersetzungsverhältnis angetrieben. Die Zahnradkupplung 47 der vorderen Unterwalzen 7,7' ist als Rutschkupplung ausgebildet, damit die Welle 39 nicht durch ein unerwünschtes Eindrehen des Faserbandes um die Eingangswalze 7 oder 7' brechen kann. Der nicht dargestellte Riemchenkäfig, der zu den Unterwalzen 6 oder 6' gehört, ist ebenfalls einseitig offen und zugänglich ausgebildet. Damit lässt sich das Unterriemchen bei normal laufendem Streckwerk leicht austauschen. Unten in der Figur sind noch andeutungsweise der jeweilige Flansch 26 (26') und die zugehörige Gummidichtung 27 (27') ersichtlich, welche in Figur 1 schon beschrieben sind.Figure 5 shows the cross-section D-D in Figure 1, i.e. the attachment of the lower rollers 5, 6 and 7. Ferner hat sich als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen, dass die Oberwalzen 2, 3 und 4 und die Unterwalzen 5, 6 und 7, mit einer Inbusschraube 34 bzw. 40 leicht austauschbar sind. Da der Hebelarm 17 sich über die ganze Länge des Streckwerkes erstreckt, kann das Streckwerk ohne grosse Kraftanwendung geschlossen werden. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die geschlossene kompakte Anordnung des Streckwerkes, die ermöglicht, dass ein Wanderautomat nahe an dem Streckwerk vorbei fahren kann. Ein anderer Vorteil des oben beschriebenen Streckwerkes ist, dass die Druckfedern sich auf der Mittellinie der Achsen der Oberwalzen 2, 3 und 4 befinden, so dass keine unnötigen Kraftmomente entstehen können. Claims (7)

  1. A drafting arrangement for a spinning machine, with at least three pairs of rollers (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) arranged in pairs towards one other, of which at least one pair of rollers (3, 6) is provided with an apron cage (8) and corresponding aprons (9, 9'), whereby the lower rollers (5, 5'; 6, 6'; 7, 7') are arranged at least for two adjacently arranged drafting arrangements with a common drive and the upper rollers (2, 3, 4) are held individually on a loading arm (1), spring-mounted each in a rotatable carrier (10), and are arranged laterally to the loading arm (1), characterized in that the loading arm (1) is provided with a U-shaped profile and the rotatable carrier (10) is held on the L-shaped supporting part (13) by means of bearing bushes (12), with the supporting part (13) being attached in the U-shaped loading arm (1) free from play and the rotatable carrier (10) being made from one part and consisting of two side cheeks (31) grasping around the supporting part (13) and having a thickness of at least 5 mm and of a massive bridge part (32) situated in between, and that a pressure spring (14) which can be set by means of a screw (15) is disposed between the carrier (10) and the supporting part (13), with the pressing force on the respective upper roller (2, 3, 4) being directed directly on its axial line.
  2. A drafting arrangement as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the apron cage (8) is held on the axle of the associated upper roller (3) and that an adjustable pressure spring (14) is provided between the apron cage (8) and the supporting part (13).
  3. A drafting arrangement as claimed in one of the previous claims, characterized in that the loading arm (1) consists of a steel profile with a thickness of at least 4 mm.
  4. A drafting arrangement as claimed in one of the previous claims, characterized in that the supporting part (13) consists of light metal and is provided with a basic part and a rising part of at least 10 mm thickness.
  5. A drafting arrangement as claimed in one of the previous claims, characterized in that a lever arm (17) is provided on the loading arm (1) for closing the drafting arrangement, which arm is substantially L-shaped, whose pivot (18) is provided in its short end and on the free end of the loading arm (1) and which covers the loading arm (1) in the closed condition.
  6. A drafting arrangement as claimed in one of the previous claims, characterized in that above the upper rollers (2, 3, 4) there is provided a cuboid-shaped casing (28) with slots in the zone of the upper rollers, which casing is rotatably articulated parallel to the loading arm (1) and is connected to a suction apparatus (24) for carrying off fibre fly.
  7. A drafting arrangement as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that in the zone of the slots and/or the upper apron (9) there is provided a stripper (36) on the cuboid-shaped casing (28) which is flush-mounted with the associated slot.
