Description
The invention relates to a belt strap insulator element in the guying of radio masts with at least one insulator, which is encompassed on two opposite, 90 ° offset, segment-shaped surfaces by a respective segment-shaped insulator bracket, and the free ends of which are connecting elements to the adjacent insulator element or one End element are articulated.
In known elements of this type, the insulator bracket is fork-shaped at each end, a web-shaped steel segment being welded to an inner and outer bracket bracket, the inner bracket bracket forming the contact surface for the actual insulator. The manufacture of such insulator brackets is very complex, which applies in the same way if such an insulator bracket is manufactured in one piece as a drop forging. In addition, there is a risk of fork bending when an overload occurs in the case of an insulator bracket designed as a welded part and also as a drop forging. Attempts have already been made to counteract this by holding the fork together by means of cross bolts with an external thread in the internal thread of the inner fork plate. However, the cross bolt has an unfavorable load in the threaded part which is endangered by the notch effect. In any case, this has proven to be the weakest part in breaking attempts.
Gurtband-Isolatoren gemäß dem Stand der Technik sind aus der Firmendruckschrift "Gurtband-Isolatoren" der Firma Rosenthal Technik AG, Selb, Deutschland bekannt.Webbing isolators according to the prior art are known from the company publication "Webbing isolators" from Rosenthal Technik AG, Selb, Germany.
The object of the invention is to provide a solution which both enables a simpler and less expensive manufacture and also avoids the unfavorable loads described above.
In a webbing isolator element of the type mentioned, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the isolator bracket consists of a steel segment with a turned-out contact surface for the isolator, around which a bracket tab is welded, at the ends of which two tabs engage on both sides, which engage Form connecting elements with the adjacent insulator element or end element.
It has been shown that such an insulator element is not only much easier and cheaper to manufacture, but also absorbs the loads in the connection area between the insulator bracket and adjacent connection elements to the adjacent insulator element or end element significantly more cheaply, so that it does not lead to the failures described in the known insulator elements is coming.
In a further development of the invention, it has proven to be advantageous if a connecting bolt with an outer fixed counterflange penetrating both lugs of a connecting element and one end of the bracket lug has a this penetrating connecting screw is held, which can be screwed into an internal thread of an inner loose counter flange.
In terms of strength, it has also been shown to be advantageous if the steel segment is provided with a bulge at the ends of its welded zones with the bracket flap, essentially directed toward the bracket flap, in particular if this bulge is circular in the middle.
Finally, threaded bores can be formed at the ends of the turned-out contact surfaces of the steel segment for fastening rounded mounting brackets for the insulator.
The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing, for example. This shows a webbing isolator element according to the invention in side view.
Endelement bilden. At each end of the
The design is such that a connecting
The turned
