Claims (5)

  1. Sportschuh, insbesondere zum Laufen und zum Skilanglaufen, der ausgehend von einem niedrigen Schaft (10) erhalten wird, der mit einer hinteren Kappe (12) versehen ist und einen steifen Kragen (13) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, den unteren Teil des Beines zu umgeben und der auf der hinteren Kappe (12) des Schaftes (10) auf der oberen Ebene desselben angelenkt ist, wobei der Kragen (13) sich nach oben ausgehend von seinem Gelenk über das Ende des Schaftes (10) erstreckt und beidseitig seines Gelenkbereiches, der den oberen Teil des Schaftes (10) überlappt, Verriegelungseinrichtungen aufweist, die zu ihm gehören und die durch eine deformierbare längliche Aussparung gebildet sind, um ihren Eingriff durch Deformation auf dem Kopf eines fest mit der Kappe verbundenen Nagels zu ermöglichen, dessen Dimensionen größer als die der länglichen Aussparung sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ländliche Aussparung zumindest einen Teil (51c, 51d; 62, 63; 72, 73) aufweist, der elastisch aus seiner Ebene deformierbar ist, um die Einführung des Kopfes (19a) des Nagels (19) in eine Aussparung (50, 51; 73 bis 76; 84, 85; 64 bis 66) zu ermöglichen, die einen Durchgang definiert, der eine Größe hat, die zumindest gleich dem Durchmesser des Kopfes (19 a) ist, und in ein zylindrisches Loch (13a, 61, 71, 81) mündet, in das der Nagel (19) oder ein zylindrischer Vorsprung (12d) eingreift, der aus dem Material mit der Kappe (12) erhalten wird, und mit dem der Nagel fest verbunden ist, wobei das Loch einen Durchmesser hat, der kleiner als der des Kopfes (19a) des Nagels (19) ist, aber im wesentlichen gleich dem des eigentlichen Nagels (19) oder da Vorsprungs (12a) ist, um Verriegelungseinrichtungen zu bilden, die in der Lage sind, den Kragen (13) manuell entfernbar zu machen.
  2. Sportschuh gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nägel (19) fest mit der Kappe (12) durch Einführung mit Kraft in die Löcher (12b) der zylindrischen Vorsprünge (12a) fest verbunden sind, die aus einem Material mit der Kappe (12) erhalten sind.
  3. Sportschuh gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die längliche Aussparung (50) durch ein ausgespartes Kreissegment (50a) definiert ist, dessen Kreissehne (c) eine Größe die zumindest gleich dem Durchmesser (D) des Kopfes (19a) des Nagels (19) ist und durch einen longitudinalen Schlitz (51), der mit einem seiner Enden (51a) in dem Kreissegment mündet und mit seinem anderen Ende (51b) in einem zylindrischen Teil (13a), dessen Durchmesser (D1) zumindest gleich dem der Vorsprünge (12a) ist, wobei der longitudinale Schlitz (51) transversal durch Lippen (51c und 51d) beschränkt ist, die elastisch bei der Einführung des Nagelkopfes (19a) aus ihrer Ebene deformiert werden können und in ihre Ebene, bei Durchgang des Vorsprunges (12a) bis zum elastischen Einklinken desselben in dem zylindrischen Loch (13a), dessen Durchmesser (D1) größer als die Breite (1) des Schlitzes (51) ist, um in der Nähe des Eintritts des Loches (13a) zwei Rückhaltewülste (52, 53) des Kragens (13) auf dem Vorsprung (12a) zu definieren.
  4. Sportschuh gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die längliche Aussparung (60) durch ein zylindrisches Loch (61) definiert ist, das teilweise auf seinem Umfang durch zwei Zweige (62, 63) in Form von ringförmigen Abschnitten begrenzt ist, die eine Klemme bilden die auf dem Kragen (13) selbst beginnt von dem sie durch Ansschneiden ausgehen und deren freie Enden (62a und 63a) elastisch aus ihrer Ebene aufgrund eines Spiels (J) deformierbar sind, um ihren Eingriff unter den Kopf (19a) da Nagels (19) zu ermöglichen und zwischen ihnen einen Durchgang (64) von einer Breite (l1) zu begrenzen die kleiner als der Durchmesser (D2) des zylindrischen Lochs (61) ist, in das der Vorsprung (12a) bei der Montage eingreift, um am Eingang dieses Loches (61) zwei Rückhaltewülste (65, 66) des Kragens (13) an dem Vorsprung (12a) zu definieren.
  5. Sportschuh gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die längliche Aussparung (70, 80) durch ein zylindrisches Loch (71, 81) definiert ist, das einen Durchmesser (D3) hat, der im wesentlichen gleich dem des Vorsprunges (12a) ist, und das durch zumindest eine radiale Zunge (72 83) begrenzt ist, die elastisch aus ihrer Ebene deformierbar ist, um den Eingriff der länglichen Aussparung (70, 80) auf dem Kopf (19a) des Nagels (19) zu ermöglichen und wobei der Durchgang des letzteren durch zwei laterale Aussparungen (73, 74 und 84, 85) möglich gemacht ist, die in das zylindrische Loch (71, 81) münden und mit ihm einen Durchgang definieren, dessen Breite zumindest gleich dem Durchmesser des Kopfes (19a) ist.
