Abstract

To have a removable angle connection on a loom blade, it is planned to use a projection (2) arranged on the side support (1), which is blocked by means of a tightening screw (6 ), in the lamette (4) having a hollow profile of the loom blade. Between the lateral support (1) and the projection (2), there is provided a vibration damping element (3) connected to this projection, preferably by vulcanization, formed by an elastomer and having a band shape corresponding to the width of the support (1). The lateral support is thus connected to the lamella (4), for each angle connection, by means of the damping element (3), so that one obtains a damping of the vibrations which occur, mainly at the speeds machine, and which could cause material breakage on the side support.

Description

Webschaft mit lösbaren Eckverbindungen Heald frame with detachable corner connections
The invention relates to a heald frame with releasable corner connections between the side supports and the shaft rods consisting of hollow profiles, in the cavity of which a projection which extends transversely from the side support engages in a pin-like manner with each corner connection and is clamped by means of a screw.
The heald frames oscillating in a weaving machine are known to be subjected to a very high load due to the constant load change, and this is also becoming ever greater with the constantly improved weaving machines running with a higher number of revolutions, so that breaks on the side supports and caused by the high load in particular enter below the peg-shaped projection. For reasons of weight, the heald frames are now preferably made of light metal, but this material has the property that the flexural strength of this material, plotted as a curve over the number of load changes, initially decreases steeper up to a certain value and then weaker but steadily further which, on the other hand, is not the case with steel from reaching a certain limit value. In light metal, therefore, in view of the continuously decreasing curve mentioned above, the material breakage can occur at some point as a result of the higher stress.
The present invention was therefore based on the object to prevent material breakage by constructive measures. To solve this problem, the heald frame has the features according to claim 1. With a vibration damping element in each corner connection between a side support and the shaft of the heald frame, the vibrations caused by the frequent load changes are counteracted and the force peaks are no longer transmitted hard from one part to another.
Es zeigen:Various exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. Show it:

Fig. 5 und 6 Eckverbindungen mit abgewandelten Ausführungsformen der Seitenstütze und einem nicht gerad¬ linigen Schwingungsd mpfungselement;5 and 6 corner connections with modified embodiments of the side support and a non-linear vibration damping element;
Fig. 7 und 8 zwei verschiedene Formen der Seiten¬ stütze mit Vorsprung von oben gesehen.7 and 8 two different forms of Seiten¬ support with projection seen from above.
On the side support 1 shown in FIG. 1 with the upper end, a projection 2 is fastened on one narrow side, which is used to connect the side support to a shaft rod (not shown), which is referred to as a corner connection. Such is shown in Fig. 4. In this embodiment, the projection 2 used for connection has a flat base part 2a which extends in the direction of the longitudinal direction of the side support 1 and which only has the purpose of increasing the area with which it bears against the vibration damping element 3 shown in cross-hatching. This is preferably by Aufvul kani sieren with the side support 1 and with the projection 2 connected. The larger this vibration damping element, the more the effect to be achieved is also better. Since the vibrations caused by the high-speed machine running are damped, breaks in the side support 1 can be avoided in this way, which occur predominantly in the height of the lower edge of the projection 2. An elastomer such as rubber or rubber-like material is preferably used as the vibration damping element ¬ turns. Polyurethane can also be used. The vibration damping material in the form of a strip with essentially the same cross-sectional size can be attached not only by vulcanization but also by gluing. 2, the projection 2 is somewhat shorter in the vertical direction and the design is otherwise the same as in FIG. 1, the view according to FIG. 3 showing that the base part 2a is wider than the actual one for connecting to the shaft rod serving lead 2.
The connection is made by clamping by means of a clamping screw 6 pressed obliquely through the shaft rod 4 and against the bevelled upper edge of the projection 2, which is shown only with the center line. In the basic form shown in FIG. 4, the vibration damping element 3 is no longer than the projection 2 engaging in the cavity of the shaft rod 4. Since, as mentioned at the beginning, the effect that can be achieved with a substantially larger vibration damping element is better, various embodiments are possible in which A vibration damping element 3 of greater overall length is located between the side support 1 and the projection 2, which no longer lie against the vibration damping element with plane-parallel surfaces as in the previous examples. The side support 1 and the ' projection 2 are in the examples according to FIGS. 5 and 6 In other words, they are interlocking and between the boundary surfaces of the side support 1 and the projection 2, a V-shaped groove is filled in the example according to FIG. 5 and a U-shaped groove is filled with the vibration damping element 3 in the example according to FIG. 6.
7 and 8 show views from above of a side support 1 and the projection 2 connected to it, which is narrower than the side support in order to be able to be inserted into the cavity 5 of the shaft rod 4. The vibration damping element 3 between them is the same width as the side support, which can have different profile shapes. The side support T is also used for guidance, a U-shaped profile shape according to FIG. 7 including a guide rail or an L-shaped profile shape according to FIG. 8 being received on one side by a guide groove.
