Definitions
- the invention relates to an installation device with a plurality of installation blocks, in particular for a row arrangement for pre-wall installation, the installation blocks each having a sanitary body and a metal frame, in or on which sound-generating installation components, such as e.g. Cistern, flush pipe, wall fittings, supply lines, etc. are arranged, furthermore in the lower part of the installation blocks each a mounting cavity is provided for receiving a sound-generating wastewater object connection bend or the like and the wastewater object connection bends of the installation blocks can be connected by horizontal sewage lines.
- sound-generating installation components such as e.g. Cistern, flush pipe, wall fittings, supply lines, etc.
- the sanitary bodies carried by the installation blocks can be toilet, bidet, wash basin, urinal, etc.
- the invention has for its object to further improve sound insulation in installation devices with multiple installation blocks (sanitary blocks).
- the installation device is completely decoupled from the structure in terms of structure-borne noise protection and airborne noise protection, and optimal sound insulation is achieved.
- the sound-generating installation components of the installation blocks are consistently separated from the metal frames of the installation blocks and their static components in terms of sound insulation. Connections between these parts are only made using mineral fiber boards and rubber inserts. Sound bridges to the brick rear wall of the room in need of sound are thus completely switched off.
- This also applies in particular to the "lying" sewage pipes connecting the sewage object connection bends or the like, which according to the invention are soundproofed and installed in special sewer bodies. This ensures that the installation device can be installed up to the waste water downpipe without annoying sound bridges.
- Embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims.
- the sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed in the channel bodies it can be conveniently embedded in addition to the sewage pipes at a distance from these supply pipes.
- the sound insulation in the duct bodies is used several times.
- the channel bodies are capable of being built up on walls and they can consist, for example, of folded and sheet metal plates, expanded metal grids or plastic. This allows the gaps between adjacent installation blocks the installation device can simply be filled with masonry, which is carried by the channel bodies between the adjacent installation blocks.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an installation device with a plurality of installation blocks, in particular for a row arrangement for pre-wall installation, the installation blocks each having a sanitary body and a metal frame, in or on which sound-generating installation components, such as e.g.
The sanitary bodies carried by the installation blocks can be toilet, bidet, wash basin, urinal, etc.
It is known to embed the sound-generating installation components of installation blocks for the above purposes for the purpose of sound insulation in a foam body which at the same time has to fulfill static tasks in a construction. The acoustic values achieved in this way are however insufficient.
It is also known to fix sound-generating pipelines in pipe clamps with rubber inserts during building installation and to provide such pipelines with sound-insulating jackets.
It is also known to isolate certain individual sound-generating installation components by sound technology in installation blocks, as are the holding devices (so-called mounting brackets) for sanitary appliances. Despite the sometimes high technical effort, the sound insulation is still poor in these constructions, because there are still too many individual sound bridges to the brick rear wall of the room in need of sound.
The invention has for its object to further improve sound insulation in installation devices with multiple installation blocks (sanitary blocks).
- a) all sound-generating installation components of each installation block are installed in a sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed and lines are additionally sound-insulated in their fixing pipe clamps by sound-insulating rings, eg rubber rings,
- b) the sewage object connection bend or the like of the installation blocks with all-round play compared to the downwardly projected outline of the installation block is installed in the mounting cavity and is mounted in at least one fixing pipe clamp by means of a sound-insulating ring and
- c) between the installation blocks canal bodies can be installed, in which the sewage object connection bends or the like connecting sewage pipes are arranged in a sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed.
As a result, the installation device is completely decoupled from the structure in terms of structure-borne noise protection and airborne noise protection, and optimal sound insulation is achieved. In particular, the sound-generating installation components of the installation blocks are consistently separated from the metal frames of the installation blocks and their static components in terms of sound insulation. Connections between these parts are only made using mineral fiber boards and rubber inserts. Sound bridges to the brick rear wall of the room in need of sound are thus completely switched off. This also applies in particular to the "lying" sewage pipes connecting the sewage object connection bends or the like, which according to the invention are soundproofed and installed in special sewer bodies. This ensures that the installation device can be installed up to the waste water downpipe without annoying sound bridges.
Embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims. For example, in the sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed in the channel bodies, it can be conveniently embedded in addition to the sewage pipes at a distance from these supply pipes. The sound insulation in the duct bodies is used several times.
According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the channel bodies are capable of being built up on walls and they can consist, for example, of folded and sheet metal plates, expanded metal grids or plastic. This allows the gaps between adjacent installation blocks the installation device can simply be filled with masonry, which is carried by the channel bodies between the adjacent installation blocks.

In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, only two self-supporting
The
The
The
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4,
The
Between the mounting
In the sound-absorbing
