Abstract

To improve soundproofing in sanitary installation units having a plurality of sanitary installation modules, all of the noise-producing sanitary installation components (25, 27) are incorporated in a noise-absorbent mineral-fibre bed (28). The pipes (27) are supported in their pipe clamps (29) in a noise-absorbent manner additionally by noise-insulating rings (30). The waste-water connection elbow (21) of each sanitary installation module is fitted into the mounting cavity (20) with all-round clearance in relation to the downwardly projected contour of the sanitary installation module, and is held in a noise-absorbent manner in a pipe clamp (22) by means of a noise-insulating ring (23). Extending between the sanitary installation modules are channel bodies (39), in which the waste-water conduits (40) connecting the waste-water connection elbows (21) are arranged in a noise-absorbent mineral-fibre bed (41). <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to an installation device with a plurality of installation blocks, in particular for a row arrangement for pre-wall installation, the installation blocks each having a sanitary body and a metal frame, in or on which sound-generating installation components, such as e.g. Cistern, flush pipe, wall fittings, supply lines, etc. are arranged, furthermore in the lower part of the installation blocks each a mounting cavity is provided for receiving a sound-generating wastewater object connection bend or the like and the wastewater object connection bends of the installation blocks can be connected by horizontal sewage lines.

The sanitary bodies carried by the installation blocks can be toilet, bidet, wash basin, urinal, etc.

It is known to embed the sound-generating installation components of installation blocks for the above purposes for the purpose of sound insulation in a foam body which at the same time has to fulfill static tasks in a construction. The acoustic values achieved in this way are however insufficient.

It is also known to fix sound-generating pipelines in pipe clamps with rubber inserts during building installation and to provide such pipelines with sound-insulating jackets.

It is also known to isolate certain individual sound-generating installation components by sound technology in installation blocks, as are the holding devices (so-called mounting brackets) for sanitary appliances. Despite the sometimes high technical effort, the sound insulation is still poor in these constructions, because there are still too many individual sound bridges to the brick rear wall of the room in need of sound.

The invention has for its object to further improve sound insulation in installation devices with multiple installation blocks (sanitary blocks).

The above object is achieved in that
  • a) all sound-generating installation components of each installation block are installed in a sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed and lines are additionally sound-insulated in their fixing pipe clamps by sound-insulating rings, eg rubber rings,
  • b) the sewage object connection bend or the like of the installation blocks with all-round play compared to the downwardly projected outline of the installation block is installed in the mounting cavity and is mounted in at least one fixing pipe clamp by means of a sound-insulating ring and
  • c) between the installation blocks canal bodies can be installed, in which the sewage object connection bends or the like connecting sewage pipes are arranged in a sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed.

As a result, the installation device is completely decoupled from the structure in terms of structure-borne noise protection and airborne noise protection, and optimal sound insulation is achieved. In particular, the sound-generating installation components of the installation blocks are consistently separated from the metal frames of the installation blocks and their static components in terms of sound insulation. Connections between these parts are only made using mineral fiber boards and rubber inserts. Sound bridges to the brick rear wall of the room in need of sound are thus completely switched off. This also applies in particular to the "lying" sewage pipes connecting the sewage object connection bends or the like, which according to the invention are soundproofed and installed in special sewer bodies. This ensures that the installation device can be installed up to the waste water downpipe without annoying sound bridges.

Embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims. For example, in the sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed in the channel bodies, it can be conveniently embedded in addition to the sewage pipes at a distance from these supply pipes. The sound insulation in the duct bodies is used several times.

According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the channel bodies are capable of being built up on walls and they can consist, for example, of folded and sheet metal plates, expanded metal grids or plastic. This allows the gaps between adjacent installation blocks the installation device can simply be filled with masonry, which is carried by the channel bodies between the adjacent installation blocks.

In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1, only two self-supporting installation blocks 10 and 11, which are arranged at a lateral distance from one another, are provided, which can carry a toilet bowl and a bidet bowl, for example, not shown in FIG. It should be noted that, depending on the needs, more than two installation blocks can be placed next to one another, ie in a row. The installation blocks 10 and 11 are designed for so-called pre-wall installation, ie they are placed in front of a brick wall 13, which one soundproof room 14 limited on one side. The installation blocks 10 and 11 are constructed in the same way and it is therefore sufficient to describe one of them in more detail below.

The installation block 10 has a frame 12 made of metal, preferably steel, which is provided on its front side with an expanded metal grid 15 or sheet metal plates or plastic plates, to which a steel abutment plate 17 extending down to the floor 16 is connected. The frame 12 rests on two height-adjustable footrests 18, which are set up on the bare floor 19 of the wet room concerned. Behind the abutment plate 17, an assembly cavity 20 is provided for a sewage object connection arch 21. The downwardly projecting part of this wastewater object connection bend 21 has an all-round play in relation to the downwardly projected outline of the installation block 10, which means that after the installation block 10 has been installed in front of the wall 13, this connection bend 21 has a play to this wall, to the abutment plate 17 and also on both sides in the mounting cavity 20. The wastewater object connection elbow 21 is held in the assembly cavity 20 by a pipe clamp 22, a sound-insulating ring 23, e.g., between the pipe clamp 22 and the vertical part of the object connection elbow 21. a rubber ring is arranged. The pipe clamp 22 is fastened to a frame part 24 connected to the steel frame 12, on which the footrests 18 are also arranged. The wastewater object connection elbow 21, which generates sound during the rinsing, is thus arranged without disturbing sound bridges to the adjacent brick wall 13 or to the load-bearing parts of the installation block 10.

The reference number 25 denotes a cistern, the outlet connection 26 opens into an arc-shaped flushing pipe 27. The cistern 25 and the flushing pipe 27 are sound-generating installation components which are therefore sound-insulated in a mineral fiber bed 28 within the metal frame 12. The mineral fiber bed 28 thus encloses the cistern 25 and the flushing pipe 27 on all sides. The flushing pipe 27 is held by a pipe clamp 29 which, with the interposition of a sound-insulating ring, for example a rubber ring 30, comprises the vertical section of the curved flushing pipe 27. The pipe clamp 29 is fastened to the metal frame 12. In this way, the cistern 25 and the flush pipe 27 are arranged without disturbing sound bridges to the supporting parts or the metal frame 12 of the installation block 10.

The reference number 31 denotes one of two laterally spaced threaded bolts which are fastened to a cross strut in the frame 12 and for fixing a sanitary body, e.g. of the toilet body 32 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 in dash-dotted lines.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, supply lines 33 and 34 are arranged in a trough 35 of the upper transverse part of the metal frame 12 and each of these lines 33, 34 is covered with a sound-absorbing jacket 36 made of mineral fibers. However, these supply lines 33, 34 can also be arranged in the assembly cavity 20 and guided upwards through the mineral fiber bed 28 to the fittings (not shown) on the cistern 25.

The installation block 10 is covered in FIGS. 3 and 4 on its front and top by means of tiles 37, which are laid on a mortar bed 38, which is applied to the expanded metal grid 15 and the abutment plate 17 and on the upper cross part of the metal frame 12.

Between the mounting cavities 20 of the installation blocks 10 and 11, which are set up at a lateral distance from one another and possibly further installation blocks (not shown), channel bodies 39 are arranged, in each of which waste water pipes 40 are arranged in a sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed 41, which are connected to further couplings 42 via corresponding couplings 42 Sewage pipes are connected, which lead to the sewage object connection bends 21. The channel bodies 39 are e.g. stable constructions made from folded expanded metal grids or sheet metal plates, onto which masonry 43 can be placed, as indicated in FIGS. 1 and 2.

In the sound-absorbing mineral fiber bed 41 in the channel body 39 shown in FIG. 2, two supply lines 44 are also incorporated by way of example. The supply lines 44 can, as mentioned above, be led up through the assembly cavities 20 to the fittings of the cisterns 25, not shown.
