Abstract

Proposed is a parallel and angle stop designed to be mounted on the side of a sawing bench or on a bench-mounted saw, and with which the working area available between the stop and the saw blade is increased. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the adjusting unit (15), comprising a support (10), an angled plate (12) with a fixation area perpendicular to the plane of the sawing bench (1) and a cover plate (13), is lying entirely below the level of the sawing-bench work surface (2). A guide strip (32) can optionally be attached on both sides of the fixation area (29) of the angled plate (12). In addition, the guide strip (32) has T-section grooves (34-36) along three sides (37-39) for attaching it to the fixation area (29).

Description

The invention is based on a parallel and angled stop according to the preamble of claim 1. From DE 33 02 482 A1, such a stop is already known, the angle disc of which partially rests on the saw table and to which the stop bar can only be screwed from one side . This limits the contact area for the workpiece to be machined on the saw table, with the result that large workpieces can no longer be guided.

Vorteile der ErfindungAdvantages of the invention

The parallel and angular stop according to the invention with the features of claim 1 has the advantage that the work surface between the saw blade and stop is increased. The adjustment body does not cut the support surface of the saw table, so that workpieces can also be placed over the adjustment body, covering the stop. This increases the distance between the stop bar and the saw blade. This enables both the machining of workpieces that are wider between the stop plane and the saw blade level as well as longer workpieces with miter cuts in the sawing direction. For this application, the stop on the saw table can be moved. Advantageous further developments and improvements of the stop specified in claim 1 are possible through the measures listed in claims 2ff. It is particularly advantageous, depending on the size of the workpiece and the type of cut, to be able to attach the stop bar with one of its sides either on one or the other side of the angle disk. This not only extends the application area of the fence, it also enables the most ergonomic method of operation for every sawing case.

Figure 1 shows a side view of a stop, Figure 2 shows a plan view of the angle disc, Figure 3 shows a partial section through the adjusting body along the line III-III in Figure 2, Figures 4 and 5 show examples of assembly of the stop and Figure 6 shows a clamping device for the free end of the stop bar in plan view and Figure 7 shows a section along line VII-VII in Fig. 6th

Beschreibung des AusführungsbeispielsDescription of the embodiment

Der Sägetisch 1 weist seitlich unterhalb der Auflagefläche 2 als Befestigungsmittel ringsherum Nuten 3 und 4 zur Befestigung von Tischverbreiterungen oder Hilfsmitteln auf.1 with a saw table with a horizontal support surface 2 for a workpiece to be machined. The saw table 1 has grooves 3 and 4 on the sides below the support surface 2 as fastening means all around for fastening table extensions or aids.

A parallel and angular stop 5 is attached to the fastening groove 4 by means of a guide plate 6 which is displaceable in the groove 4 and a nut 7 which cannot be rotated in the groove 4, both of which are penetrated by a wing screw 8. The wing screw 8 also penetrates the vertical leg 9 of a holder 10, which, moreover, consists of a plate 11 located parallel to the support surface 2 at a distance below the plane of the support surface 2, which plate is directed away from the saw table 1. On the plate 11 there is an angle disk 12, which is rotatably held on the holder 10 by means of a cover plate 13 and a holding screw 14 connected thereto. The parts 10 to 14 together form an adjusting body 15, which lies overall below the support surface 2 of the saw table 1. Below is to be understood so that the adjusting body 15 does not protrude into the plane of the bearing surface 2 except with its leg 29. This also applies to vertical or inclined saw tables or workpiece support surfaces.

The plate 11 carries, in a known manner, an angular scale with fine division at the edge and has five bores 16 to 20 for the central retaining screw 14, a locking screw 21, a fine adjustment wheel 22 as well as for a detent ball 23 shown in FIG. 2 and a fastening screw 24. The fine adjustment wheel 22 carries a gear 25 which engages in the toothed edge 26 of the angle plate 12. A fine drive for adjusting the angular stop is thus formed, which also allows angular positions near the latching bores 28 described below to be set with ease.

The angle disk 12 shown individually in FIG. 2 has, in addition to a central bore for the screw 14, a circular slot 27 through which the locking screw 21 extends and locking bores 28 at intervals of 15 ° for the locking ball 23. On one side, the angle disk 12 has a vertical angle protruding mounting leg 29 on which a stop bar 32 can be mounted by means of a screw 33. For this purpose, the stop bar 32 has T-grooves 34 to 36 on three sides. The T-slots are at the same distance from an adjacent edge of the stop bar 32 and are arranged in such a way that the stop bar 32 is located at its bottom Surface coincides with the contact surface 2. The stop bar can thus be screwed onto one leg 37 or the other side flat side 38 or with the lower narrow side 39 onto the leg 29. The upper narrow side 40 is stepped. In this way, thin and narrow workpieces can be created and held when the stop bar 32 is mounted on the leg 29 with the flat side 38 facing downward toward the support surface 2.

In Figure 3, the ball locking device 23/28 is shown for quick adjustment of preselectable angles at 15 ° intervals. The locking ball 23 is held by a strip-shaped holding plate 42 and a band spring 43 and pressed against the angle plate 12. The holding plate 42 has lateral play with respect to the fastening screw 24, so that the latching device can be adjusted with precise angles.

The holder 10 can be fixed at any point on the saw table or can also be moved along the fastening grooves 4 during sawing, the guide plate 6 which cannot be rotated in the groove 4 prevents the stop from tilting slightly. To move the wing screws 8 are loosened slightly. The stop bar 32 can be attached to the angle plate 12 as required by the workpiece or the working position of the operator, e.g. B. so that there is a maximum distance to the position of the saw blade 50. In particular, the stop bar can alternatively be attached to both sides of the fastening leg (29), specifically with either of its sides provided with T-grooves (34-36).

The saw blade can be firmly locked in the table 1 or be slidably mounted in the saw blade plane. The workpiece to be machined can be placed over the adjustment body 15, since this is located below the support surface 2 of the saw table 1.

Zusammengehalten werden die beiden Teile von einer Schloßschraube 67 mit Flügelmutter 68.FIGS. 6 and 7 show a clamping device 60 with which the free end of the stop bar 32 can be fixed. The clamping device 60 has a clamp-shaped, two-part arm 61 which can be inserted more or less far into one of the T-grooves 34 to 36. A counter-holder 63 engages in a bore 62 of the arm 61 and engages with its projection 64 under the saw table top 65 or in the lateral fastening grooves 3 or 4. A spring 66 is also arranged in the bore 62, which forces the arm 61 and the counter-holder 63 apart. The two parts are held together by a lock screw 67 with wing nut 68.

Dies erleichtert das Festklemmen gegen den Sägetisch mittels der Flügelschraube 68.With the clamping device 60, the stop bar 32 can be pressed against the table top and thus fixed at two points. When the arm 61 is pushed into one of the T-grooves 34 to 36, its two parts are pressed somewhat against one another, so that the clamping device 60 itself holds in the T-groove. This facilitates clamping against the saw table by means of the wing screw 68.
