Abstract

Cet appareil de massage du cuir chevelu consiste en un casque (1) muni de trois premiers points de contact fixes (5) avec le cuir chevelu de l'usager situés à proximité du sommet du casque. Il comporte encore trois seconds points de contact (8), l'un dans la zone frontale du casque et les autres dans les zones pariéto-temporales de celui-ci, ces seconds points de contact comportant des moyens (17,18) permettant de l'appliquer contre le cuir chevelu avec une pression déterminée et ajustable. Enfin, le casque porte encore un excentrique (26) entraîné en rotation par un moteur. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Les effets bénéfiques du massage du cuir chevelu sont bien connus. Ils favorisent notamment la repousse des cheveux ou évitent la chute de ceux-ci. Par ailleurs, le massage du cuir chevelu provoque une relaxation, une sensation de bien-être et permet de combattre efficacement le stress.
  • On connaît différents appareils de massage du cuir chevelu qui sont soit compliqués à fabriquer, soit difficiles à utiliser.
  • Le document WO 88/01500 décrit un appareil de massage du cuir chevelu comportant un cerceau le long duquel des blocs de massage peuvent coulisser. Chaque bloc de massage comporte un générateur de vibrations transmettant ces vibrations à une paroi souple destinée à être en contact avec le cuir chevelu. En modifiant la position du cerceau sur la tête de l'usager et des blocs de massage le long du cerceau on obtient un massage de la totalité du cuir chevelu. Un tel dispositif est inadéquat car il requiert une pluralité de corps de massage complexes, renfermant un générateur de vibrations, et est d'un usage long et fastidieux, puisqu'il faut déplacer le cerceau et lesdits blocs successivement un très grand nombre de fois pour obtenir un massage complet.
  • Le document CH 663.537 décrit un appareil de massage du cuir chevelu comportant un casque formé d'une enveloppe externe et d'une enveloppe interne déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre, sous l'action de moyens d'entrainement. L'enveloppe interne est munie de doigts appliqués pneumatique- ment contre le cuir chevelu de l'usager provoquant un massage de celui-ci, ou de certains points de celui-ci, lorsqu'ils sont entrainés dans les mouvements de l'enveloppe interne, l'enveloppe externe du casque étant fixée sur la tête de l'usager. Cet appareil est compliqué de fabrication et surtout d'utilisation car il faut, l'enveloppe externe du casque étant fixée à un support, que l'usager garde sa tête dans une position déterminée pendant tout le temps du massage.
  • Le document CH 557.679 décrit un appareil de massage du cuir chevelu comportant un casque destiné à être fixé sur la tête de l'usager par un bandeau frontal. Ce casque est muni d'une pluralité de doigts appliqués contre le cuir chevelu de l'usager et entraînés par un système d'entraînement dans des mouvements opposés. Ici également le nombre de doigts et leur entraînement rend l'appareil complexe et seul un nombre restreint de points du cuir chevelu peut subir le massage.
  • Le but de la présente invention est la réalisation d'un appareil de massage du cuir chevelu qui soit simple à réaliser, et donc d'un coût réduit, qui permette d'agir sur la totalité du cuir chevelu de façon automatique, c est-à-dire sans intervention de l'usager ou d'un personnel soignant, ne nécessitant aucune intervention lors de son utilisation et se fixant directement sur la tête de l'usager de telle manière que celui-ci soit libre de ses mouvements pendant le massage afin qu'il puisse vaquer pendant ce temps à d'autres occupations.
  • L'appareil de massage selon l'invention se distingue par les caractéristiques énumérées à la revendication 1.
  • Le dessin annexé illustre schématiquement et à titre d'exemple une forme d'exécution de l'appareil de massage selon l'invention.
    • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective de l'appareil en position de massage sur la tête d'un usager.
    • La figure 2 est une coupe longitudinale de l'appareil de massage illustré à la figure 1.
    • La figure 3 est une vue de dessous illustrant l'intérieur de l'appareil de massage.
  • L'appareil de massage capillaire ou du cuir chevelu est basé sur un principe de massage totalement différent des appareils antérieurs qui utilisent tous des doigts ou organes de massage, en contact avec le cuir chevelu, animés de mouvements propres et provoquant des zones de massage localisées autour de chacun de ces doigts de massage.
  • Au contraire, le présent appareil de massage capillaire ou du cuir chevelu comporte un nombre restreint de points de contact avec le cuir chevelu, un à trois au sommet du crâne, un frontal et deux pariéto-temporaux qui tous sont montés sur un même support. Des moyens sont prévus pour appliquer au moins certains de ces points de contact, généralement le point de contact frontal et les deux points de contact pariéto-temporaux, contre le cuir chevelu de manière à fixer rigidement le support au cuir chevelu de l'usager.
  • L'appareil comporte encore des moyens permettant de mettre en mouvement le support dans des mouvements alternés cycliques provoquant l'entraînement du cuir chevelu par les points de contact et donc un déplacement oscillant ou rotatif par rapport au crâne de l'usager occasionnant ainsi un massage de tout le cuir chevelu.
  • Dans la forme d'exécution préférée illustrée le support est constitué par un casque rigide 1 en matière synthétique moulée.
  • Ce casque est muni dans sa zone centrale de trois appuis ou points de contact fixes orientables disposés en triangle autour de l'axe du casque. Chacun de ces appuis fixes est formé d'un patin orientable 2 présentant un coussinet souple 3 monté sur une rotule 4 formant l'extrémité d' une vis 5 traversant le casque et coopérant avec un écrou 6.
  • Le casque est muni dans sa zone frontale et dans ses zones pariéto-temporales de perçages ou trous 7, sept trous dans chacune de ces zones dans l'exemple illustré, destinés à la fixation et au positionnement dans chacune de ces trois zones d'un point de contact amovible. Un au moins de ces points de contact amovibles est gonflable, dans l'exemple illustré les trois points de contact amovibles sont gonflables.
  • Chaque point de contact amovible comporte un guide formé par un élément tubulaire 8 engagé dans l'un des trous 7 d'une des trois zones solidaires d'une rondelle ou flasque 9 venant s'appuyer contre la surface interne du casque 1. Chacun de ces points de contact amovibles comporte encore un piston dont la tige 10 est engagée dans l'élément tubulaire 8 et coulisse dans celui-ci et dont la partie frontale 11 est munie d'un coussinet déformable 12 destiné à entrer en contact avec le cuir chevelu de l'usager.
  • Un corps 13 en mousse élastique est situé entre la partie frontale 11 du piston et la rondelle 9 du guide. Un soufflet déformable et étanche 14 relie cette rondelle 9 à la partie frontale 11 du piston créant une chambre étanche.
  • Chacune de ces trois chambres étanches est reliée par un conduit 15 à une conduite de mise sous pression 16 dont l'extrémité libre est reliée à une poire de gonflement 17 par une valve 18.
  • Le casque 1 comporte dans sa partie centrale ou à son sommet un orifice donnant passage à un carter tubulaire 19 fixé rigidement au casque 1 par des vis 20 par exemple. Ce carter 19 renferme un moteur électrique 21, dont l'arbre moteur entraîne un réducteur 22 et dont l'arbre de sortie 23 est rendu solidaire d'une chape cylindrique 24 par une goupille 25. Cette chape 24 s'enfile dans un logement d un bras 26 qui est rendu solidaire de la chape 24 à l'aide d'une vis 27. Ce bras s'étend sensiblement parallèlement à la surface extérieure du casque sur une distance comprise entre 1/3 et 2/3 environ de la hauteur du casque. L'extrémité libre de ce bras 26 comprend un balourd 28 emprisonné dans la matière du bras lors de son moulage ou fixé de toute autre façon à ce bras 26. Ce bras 26 et ce balourd 28 constituent un excentrique.
  • Le moteur 21 est alimenté par un câble électrique 29 dont l'extrémité est munie d'une fiche d'alimentation électrique mâle 30. Il est évident que le moteur électrique 21 pourrait également être alimenté par des batteries ou des accumulateurs qui pourraient être logés dans le bras 26 par exemple à la place du balourd 28.
  • Le fonctionnement de l'appareil de massage du cuir chevelu décrit est le suivant :
    • a. L' usager place les points de contact frontaux et pariéto-temporaux à l'endroit qui lui convient et qui est pour lui le plus agréable en choisissant l'un des trous 7 de chaque zone pour y introduire le guide tubulaire 8.
    • b. L'usager place le casque sur sa tête, les appuis fixes 2-5 venant en contact avec le sommet de son crâne.
    • c. L'usager gonfle les soufflets étanches 14 des appuis amovibles 8-14 à l'aide de la poire 17 à la pression désirée. Cette pression doit être telle qu'elle fixe le casque au cuir chevelu de l'usager sans lui occasionner de gêne.
    • d. L'usager branche ensuite l'alimentation du moteur électrique 21 provoquant l'entrainement en rotation du bras 26 autour du casque 1. Cette rotation du bras, du fait du balourd 28, provoque des oscillations du casque 1 qui entraine le cuir chevelu dans ses mouvements.
  • On obtient ainsi un massage global du cuir chevelu et un décollement de celui-ci du crâne favorisant la circulation sanguine et la détente de l'usager.
  • Le casque 1 se fixant sur la tête de l'usager et l'alimentation du moteur pouvant se faire par accumulateur, incorporé ou non dans le bras 26, l'usager est libre de ses mouvements et de ses déplacements pendant le massage.
  • De plus, cet appareil est simple et peu coûteux de fabrication du fait du nombre restreint des points de contact et du fait que ceux-ci sont statiques et ne doivent pas être entrainés individuellement en mouvement pour provoquer le massage mais sont solidaires du casque 1.
  • Une fois le massage terminé l'usager ouvre la vanne 18 libérant la pression dans les soufflets 14 ce qui permet d'enlever le casque.
  • Dans des variantes on peut munir le casque d'un seul point de contact fixe qui serait par exemple fixé sur l'extrémité du carter 19 s'étendant à l'intérieur du casque 1.
  • Seul un ou deux des points de contact amovibles 8-14 pourraient être gonflables. De plus dans une variante simplifiée les points de contact 8-14 pourraient ne présenter qu'une position possible par rapport au casque.
  • On peut en outre imaginer que la pression appliquée aux points de contact amovibles 8-14 puisse être obtenue par des moyens élastiques, ressorts, silent-bloc, etc. permettant de supprimer les conduits 15,16 et la poire 17 ainsi que la vanne 18.
  • La plupart sinon tous les éléments de l'appareil sont réalisables en matière plastique moulée ou injectée et sont donc légers et bon marché. De plus le montage de l'ensemble est très simple et ne nécessite pas de gabarit de précision.
  • Pour varier l'intensité du massage, il est possible de faire varier la vitesse de rotation du bras, en agissant sur l'alimentation du moteur ou sur le rapport du réducteur. On peut également agir sur le poids et l'excentration du balourd 28.
  • Dans d'autres variantes, le bras 26 muni de son balourd 28 peut être remplacé par un excentrique entrainé en rotation par le moteur 21, excentrique pouvant présenter par exemple la forme d'un disque muni d'au moins une perforation ou d'un disque d'épaisseur variable. Toute autre forme ou conformation peu encombrante peut être prévue pour cet excentrique.

Claims (10)

1. Appareil de massage du cuir chevelu, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un support muni d'au moins un premier point de contact fixe avec le cuir chevelu de l'usager situé à proximité du sommet du support et de trois seconds points de contact, l'un dans la zone frontale du support et les autres dans les zones pariéto-temporales de ce support; par le fait que l'un au moins de ces seconds points de contact comporte des moyens permettant de l'appliquer contre le cuir chevelu avec une pression déterminée et/ou ajustable; et par le fait que le support porte un excentrique entraîné en rotation par un moteur.
2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le support présente la forme d'un casque.
3. Appareil selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte trois premiers points de contact chacun de ceux-ci comportant un patin muni d'un coussinet souple et déformable, ce patin étant relié au support par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation à rotule.
4. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les trois seconds points de contact sont montés sur le support de façon amovible.
5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que chaque point de contact amovible comporte un guide tubulaire introduit dans un trou du support dans lequel coulisse un piston muni d'un coussinet souple.
6. Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le support comporte plusieurs trous dans la zone frontale et dans les zones pariéto-temporales permettant un réglage de la position des points de contact amovibles par rapport au support.
7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'un organe élastique est monté entre le guide et le piston du point de contact amovible tendant à déplacer le piston vers l'intérieur du support.
8. Appareil selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'un soufflet relie le guide au piston créant une chambre étanche reliée à des moyens de mise sous pression par un conduit.
9. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'excentrique est constitué par un bras s'étendant approximativement parallèlement à la surface du support et dont l'extrémité est munie d un balourd.
10. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le moteur est monté dans un carter cylindrique traversant le casque et fixé à celui-ci à son sommet et par le fait que le moteur entraîne le bras excentrique par l'intermédiaire d'un réducteur.
