Claims (10)

  1. Kessel, insbesondere Gliederkessel aus Gußeisen, bestehend aus einer Folge von Wärmeaustauscherelementen, die von einem Austauscherelement an der Vorderseite (1) und einem Austauscherelement an der Rückseite (3) und einer Mehrzahl von Zwischen-Austauscherlementen (4, 5), welche jeweils einen Abschnitt für den Flammendurchgang aufweisen, gebildet sind, wobei die Zwischen-Austauscherelemente nach Aneinandereihen und Verbinden eine Verbrennungskammer (14) oder ein Feuerraum des Kessels bilden und die Austauscherelemente einen ersten Satz von Rauchzügen zur Hinführung der erhitzten Gase und Verbrennungsgase in Richtung A von der Rückseite zur Vorderseite des Kessels und einen zweiten Satz von Rauchzügen zur Rückführung derselben in Richtung B von der Vorderseite zur Rückseite des Kessels zum Austragen der Gase an der Rückseite des Kessels aufweisen, und einem die Abschnitte für den Flammendurchgang oder für die Gase und die Verbrennungsgase umgebenden Wasserumlaufmantel (17), der durch horizontale Aufeinanderfolge die Verbrennungskammer (14) oder den Feuerraum bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Feuerraum von einer Folge zweier Bereiche gebildet ist, von denen ein erster Bereich (15) in dem freien Abschnitt für den Flammendurchgang Austauscherelemente (4) aufweist und ein zweiter, auf den ersten folgender Bereich (16) auf einem Teil wenigstens einer Länge von Austauscherelementen (5) gebildet ist, deren Durchgang (12) von einer Mehrzahl von Wasserzweigen durchquert ist, welche verschiedene Gaskanäle (24, 25, 26) in dem Feuerraum sowie zusätzliche Austauscherflächen bilden, entlang denen der von der Flamme erzeugte aeraulische Gasfluß geteilt und geführt wird, und daß der Feuerraum unter Rückführung der Verbrennungsgase an die Rauchzüge rückseitig von dem Austauscherelement an der Rückseite (3) begrenzt ist.
  2. Kessel nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenraum der Verbrennungskammer (14) oder des Feuerraums auf einem Teil seiner rückwärtigen Länge eine Folge zweier Wasserzweige (18, 19) aufweist.
  3. Kessel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserzweige (18, 19) mit einer konkaven Form nach oben gerichtet sind.
  4. Kessel nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserzweige (18, 19) einerseits im oberen Zentralteil der Kammer (14), andererseits über die unteren Seitenwände der Kammer mit dem Wasserumlaufmantel (17) kommunizieren.
  5. Zwischenelement für den Kessel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der für die Verbrennungskammer (14) vorgesehene Hohlraum eines jeden Austauscherelements von zusätzlichen Austauscherflächen durchquert ist.
  6. Zwischenelement nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzlichen Austauscherflächen durch die Wände der die Verbrennungskammer (14) durchquerenden Wasserzweige (18, 19) gebildet sind, die mit dem die Verbrennungskammer (14, 15) umgebenden Wassermantel (17) in hydraulischer Verbindung stehen.
  7. Zwischenelement nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Wasserzweige (18, 19) vorgesehen sind.
  8. Zwischenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserzweige (18, 19) mit einer konkaven Form nach oben gerichtet sind.
  9. Zwischenelement nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Wasserzweige (18, 19) symmetrisch ausgebildet und an ihrem oberen Abschnitt miteinander verbunden sind, und daß sie mit dem Wassermantel (17) einerseits im oberen Zentralteil der Kammer (14), andererseits über die unteren Seitenteile der Kammer kommunizieren.
  10. Zwischenelement nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzlichen Flächen und die Wände der Wasserzweige (18, 19) mit Spitzen oder Lamellen (20) zur Erhöhung des Wärmeaustauschs versehen sind.
