Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine mehrpolige, codierte, vorzugsweise dreipolige Gerätesteckvorrichtung mit an den Gehäusen angeformten, die Stifte bzw. Steckverbindungen, bei denen sowohl die Stift- als auch die Buchsenkontakte durch überragende Hülsen berührungsgeschützt abgedeckt sind und die darüber hinaus meist noch eine Codierung aufweisen, um ein Zusammenstecken nicht zusammengehöriger Steckverbinderteile oder ein seitlich versetztes Zusammenstecken zu verhindern, sind bereits in unterschiedlichen Ausführungsformen bekanntgeworden (siehe DE 22 06 753, DE 28 07 016, DE 31 08 744 und DE 34 40 043). Diese kommen überwiegend im industriellen, gewerblichen und Installations-Bereich zur Anwendung, wo sie dem Zugriff von Laien entzogen sind. Weitere Vorteile der bekannten Steckverbinder, wie z.B. die eindeutige Polzuordnung, haben jedoch immer wieder Anwender dazu veranlaßt, diese Steckverbinder auch im Sinne einer Gerätesteckvorrichtung einzusetzen, wodurch diese auch Eingang in den Anwendungsbereich von Haushaltsgeräten finden. Wenn darüber hinaus eine eindeutige Zuordnung verschiedener Stromkreise zu steckbaren Stromausgängen z.B. eines Schaltkastens oder einer Schaltzentrale durch unverwechselbare Gerätesteckvorrichtungen gleicher Bauart gegeben ist, wird die Verdrahtung einer Anlage bzw. die Installation z.B. eines Messestandes derart vereinfacht, daß die Endmontage häufig von Nicht-Fachleuten vorgenommen wird.Plug-in connections in which both the pin and the socket contacts are covered so as to be protected from contact by outstanding sleeves and which moreover usually have a coding in order to prevent plug-in connector parts that do not belong together or a laterally offset plug-in connection, have already become known in different embodiments (see DE 22 06 753, DE 28 07 016, DE 31 08 744 and DE 34 40 043). Dies gelingt zwar wegen der unterschiedlichen Durchmesser der Buchsenkontakte des Steckverbinderteiles und der Stifte eines genormten Schutzkontaktsteckers (Schuko-Stecker) nicht vollständig, doch ist aufgrund der Ausbildung der Berührungsschutzhülsen bei den bekannten Steckverbindern ein Eingreifen der Steckerstifte eines solchen Schuko-Steckers in die Berührungsschutzhülse und damit ein Kontakt mit den spannungsführenden Buchsenkontakten möglich.Since device connectors can be pulled under load in accordance with the relevant standards, the connector part with the socket contacts can be live even when not connected. Die Unverwechselbarkeit schließt dabei ein, daß weder ein vollständiges Zusammenstecken von Steckerteilen mit abweichender Übersteckungskontur noch ein teilweises, seitlich versetztes Zusammenstecken - auch von an sich zusammengehörigen Steckerteilen - möglich ist. Bei der gezeigten dreipoligen Gerätesteckvorrichtung sind am Gehäuse 1 des Stiftteils angeformte Berührungsschutzhülsen 2 für die gegenüber den Vorderkanten der Berührungsschutzhülsen zurückgesetzten Stifte 3 mit einem relativ großen Durchmesser ausgebildet, so daß sie die die Buchsenkontakte 4 eng umschließenden Berührungshülsen 5 am Buchsenteilgehäuse 6 aufnehmen können. Dabei ist der Öffnungsdurchmesser 8 der Berührungsschutzhülsen 5 im vorderen Überstandsbereich 7 über die in üblicher Weise längs geschlitzten und damit federnd die Stifte 3 aufnehmenden Buchsenkontakte 4 nahezu auf den Innendurchmesser der Buchsenkontakte 4 eingeengt, so daß insgesamt eine im wesentlichen dem Außendurchmesser der Stifte 3 entsprechende Außenöffnung 8 der Berührungsschutzhülsen 5 der Buchsenkontakte 4 vorhanden ist, die eine gefahrbringende Zusammensteckung mit anderen genormten Steckvorrichtungen sicher und zuverlässig ausschließt. Durch die paarweise abgewandelte Formgebung der Berührungsschutzhülsen (2'-5', 2"-5", 2‴-5‴) zusammengehörender Steckerteile lassen sich unverwechselbare Gerätesteckvorrichtungen gleicher Bauart ausbilden, ohne die oben beschriebenen Vorteile aufzugeben.In the three-pin connector shown, molded on the

Claims (2)
