By charging connector assemblies of the corresponding type of the invention, high currents are passed. These currents are used, for example, to charge batteries on fork-lift trucks. In addition, there are plug-in connectors of the genus of the invention further matching openings in the plug and socket into which either pilot contacts or fluids can be performed.
It is particularly dangerous, due to the high currents that flow through the charging connector set, if unintentionally the plug connection between the plug and socket is released. A large accident risk assumes it. It is therefore an object of the present invention to ensure a secure connection between the plug and the socket, so that an accidental release of the connector is prevented. It is also an object of the invention that the plug and the box of the charging connector set are compatible with other said charging connector assembly parts. A plug of the invention is intended to fit on a can of a competitive product and a can of the invention is intended to fit on a plug of a standard competitive product. Furthermore, it is an object of the invention that the pin contacts of the box are completely surrounded by a non-conductive material in the plugged and unplugged state of the plug.
This object is achieved generically in that the plug housing has a latching projection or a recess on the plug projection in the region of the Codierstiftaufnahme, wherein the socket housing on the skirt has a corresponding latching recess or a corresponding latching projection, and wherein the latching projection and the latching recess in the plugged state of the charging plug interlock positively.
Such a design of a charging connector set ensures that plug and socket are secured by a positive connection against unintentional loosening, plug and socket on gegengleiche competing products fit and the pin contacts at any time of non-conductive material, namely the skirt and the plug-in projection from unauthorized touching from the outside are protected.
The latching recess is filled in the assembled state of the plug and socket of the locking projection. The locking projection then blocks a pull-out movement of the plug out of the box. Due to the fact that the latching recess and the latching projection are provided in the area of the coding pin receptacle on the plug projection and the skirt, at least one pin contact, such as one used, is always covered by the plug projection and especially in the plugged state by the skirt. A plug which has no latching projection or no latching recess, always fits in a box without latching projection or recess. A plug without locking projection or without recess always fits into a box with locking projection or recess. The result is an increase in compatibility in the use of plug and socket and an increase in the safety aspect.
Particularly advantageous embodiments are claimed in the subclaims.
A particularly easy insertion of the plug projection in the skirt is then ensured if at least the locking projection or at least the locking recess for overcoming a spring resistance when inserting the Steckvörsprunges in the falls is resiliently mounted on the plug projection or the skirt. The latching projection or the recess is pressed during insertion through the counter-identical component of the sliding path and then springs into a locking position.
Especially easy such a spring function can be achieved if the latching projection is advantageously constructed resiliently. The locking projection can be realized very easily on a resilient tab forming technology.
If the latching projection is integrated into the plug-in projection and the latching recess in the skirt, then both the can and the plug can be easily cleaned in the disconnected state. With air pressure, the can is simply blown from the outside, without the dirt particles can be stuck to a projection in the can. The locking projection mounted on the plug-in projection can be easily wiped off by means of a flap.
The springs of the locking projection can be particularly easy to implement when the locking projection is mounted on a resilient tongue which is separated via two tongue enclosing slots, which extend parallel to the coding pin, from the rest of the male projection. The latching projection can thus push through the slot until it pushes into the skirt of the can down to the bottom of the plug-in projection. The restoring properties of the plug-in projection located above the slot cause the latching projection in the inserted state to be pressed by the latching recess in the skirt. One thus achieves the positive connection in a simple manner.
A forming design particularly desired shape configuration can then be achieved if the latching projection is arranged centrally in the longitudinal direction of the plug-in projection.
In a further embodiment, it is particularly advantageous if the latching projection is arranged centrally in the transverse direction of the plug-in projection.
If the latching projection has a plug-in slope in the form of a fitted surface in the insertion direction, it is advantageously possible to achieve a particularly simple insertion of the latching projection into the latching recess.
A rotation inhibition of the plug with respect to the can is advantageously achieved when the latching projection has a surface with a rectangular, preferably square base.
If the latching recess is arranged on the inside of the skirt, it is ensured that the latching recess reliably forms a positive connection with the latching projection.
A past positive connection can be checked particularly easily if the latching recess is designed as a through hole. Then it can be visually determined from the outside, whether the locking projection has penetrated into the recess.
If the through-hole has a square cross-section, then it is ensured that a form fit is entered both in the longitudinal and in the transverse direction. A counter rotation of the can against the direction of the plug is excluded.
It is also particularly advantageous to avoid electrical shock and accidents when the plug projection and the skirt is made of electrically insulating plastic.

In the following, the function and mode of action of the charging connector set will be explained.
The
