Claims (12)

  1. Agent d'apprêtage textile durcissable à la chaleur pour former des apprêts hydrophiles durables sur des textiles formés au moins partiellement de fibres cellulosiques, de tels apprêts résistant à un lavage répété dans l'eau, lequel agent d'apprêtage comprend : du glyoxal, au moins un glycol, au moins un catalyseur acide et au moins un copolymère de silicone organomodifié choisi dans le groupe consistant en :

    où R est à chaque fois un radical hydrocarboné monovalent, n est un entier, m est un entier supérieur ou égal à 1 et R² répond à la formule :



            -(CH₂)x-(OR³)y(OR⁴)zR⁵



    dans laquelle OR³ et OR⁴ sont des unités répétées, R³ et R⁴ sont identiques ou différents et sont choisis dans le groupe consistant en C₂H₄ et C₃H₆, x, y, z sont des entiers, à condition que x et au moins y ou z ne soient pas nuls, R⁵ est hydroxyle, n, m, x, y et z sont choisis de manière que la silicone soit soluble ou dispersible dans l'eau à la température ambiante, et

    où R, m et n sont comme ci-dessus et o est un entier au moins égal à 1, R² répond à chaque fois à la formule :



            -(CH₂)x(OR³)y(OR⁴)zR⁵



    dans laquelle x, y, z, R³ et R⁴ sont comme ci-dessus, R⁵ est hydroxyle, alcoxy ou acétoxy et R⁶ est un radical organique monovalent ayant un groupe réactif choisi dans le groupe consistant en les groupes époxyde, hydroxyle, diol, amine, amide et thiol et n, m, o, x, y et z sont tels que la silicone soit soluble ou dispersible dans l'eau à la température ambiante.
  2. Agent d'apprêtage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'agent d'apprêtage est une solution aqueuse comprenant en masse 1 % à 5 % dudit glyoxal, environ 1 % à 15 % de glycol, 1 % à 15 % dudit copolymère de silicone, 0,1 % à 2 % de catalyseur acide et 0 % à 2 % d'activateur de catalyseur par rapport à la masse totale de la solution.
  3. Agent d'apprêtage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le glycol est choisi dans le groupe consistant en un alcanediol et en polyoxyalkylène, dans lequel ledit glycol a une masse moléculaire inférieure à 200.
  4. Agent d'apprêtage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le catalyseur est au moins un catalyseur choisi dans le groupe consistant en l'acide p-toluènesulfonique, le chlorure de zinc, le tétrafluoroborate de zinc, le chlorure d'aluminium, le chlorure de magnésium, le chlorohydroxyde d'aluminium, le sulfate d'aluminium et leurs mélanges.
  5. Agent d'apprêtage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit catalyseur comprend un activateur de catalyseur choisi dans le groupe consistant en l'acide tartrique, l'acide citrique, l'acide glycolique, l'acide lactique, l'acide malique et leurs mélanges.
  6. Agent d'apprêtage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel R est méthyle.
  7. Agent d'apprêtage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le rapport molaire du glyoxal au glycol est de 1:1 à 1:2 dans l'agent d'apprêtage.
  8. Agent d'apprêtage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel R⁶ est choisi dans le groupe consistant en

    où R⁷ est choisi dans le groupe consistant en méthylène, éthylène, propylène, phénylène, -C₃H₆OCH₂- et -(CH₂)₃-O-.
  9. Procédé pour former des apprêts de silicone hydrophiles durables sur des textiles formés au moins partiellement de fibres cellulosiques, de tels apprêts résistant à un lavage répété dans l'eau, lequel procédé comprend :
    a) l'imprégnation du textile avec un agent d'apprêtage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, et
    b) le chauffage du textile pour durcir l'agent d'apprêtage.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'agent d'apprêtage est durci par chauffage à environ 110°C à 180°C.
  11. Textile formé au moins partiellement de fibres cellulosiques ayant un apprêt hydrophile durable qui résiste à un lavage répété dans l'eau produit par le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 ou 10.
  12. Textile selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le glycol est choisi dans le groupe consistant en les alkylèneglycols et les polyoxyalcènes.
