Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Heizflächenbaustein für in Heizflächenschächten angeordnete Wärmetauscher, insbesondere für Heizflächen von abgasbeheizten Dampferzeugern, vorzugsweise nach Gasturbinen, bei welchen der Dampf innerhalb von Rohren erzeugt wird, die beispielsweise von unten nach oben vom Abgas umströmt sind. Es ist aus der DE-AS 23 13 565 bekannt, Heizflächenpakete in Transportgrößen zu verpacken und auf der Baustelle in den vorbereiteten Heizflächenschichten zu montieren. Hiebei fällt sehr viel Verpackungsmaterial an, das je nach Transportart etwa 20% des Transportgewichtes ausmachen kann und eventuell auch rücktransportiert wird. Abgesehen von dem nur für den Transport benötigten Material fällt auch an der Baustelle eine aufwendige Montagearbeit in Abhängigkeit von der Größe der Montagestücke an, die sich natürlich auf den Herstellungspreis auswirkt. Dazu kommen noch Aufhängeeinrichtungen, da die Heizflächen meistens an der Decke aufgehängt werden. Ferner müssen, insbesondere bei Druckfeuerungen, Innendruckabstützungen des fertigen Abhitzekessels und gegebenenfalls auch Erdbebenabstützungen montiert werden, so daß nicht nur hohe Montagekosten sondern auch lange Montagezeiten entstehen. Aus der DE-OS 23 04 532 ist es bekannt, vorgefertigte Heizflächenpakete aufeinanderzustapeln und so einen Dampferzeuger aus Ringschüssen zusammenzubauen. Die Rohrbündel werden so vom Abgas umströmt, daß die horizontale Tragkonstruktion 4 an der Abströmseite des Rohrbündels 1 angeordnet ist, so daß die Tragkonstruktion 4 weniger stark durch das durchströmende Abgas beheizt wird. Zwischen den beiden Heizflächen ist eine Reinigungsöffnung 12 bzw. eine Serviceöffnung vorgesehen, über welche ein Einstieg in den Heizflächenschacht 6 möglich ist. In Fig. 2 ist im etwas größeren Maßstab im Schrägriß ein Rohrbündel 1 mit einer horizontalen Tragkonstruktion 4 vergrößert dargestellt, wobei die Rohre, die die einzelnen Rohrplatten 5 miteinander verbinden, nicht dargestellt sind, so daß der Rahmen 2 mit seiner horizontalen Versteifung 3 als horizontale Tragkonstruktion 4 ersichtlich ist. Die einzelnen Rohrplatten 5 mit der Versteifung 3 sind durch horizontale Diagonalstäbe 8 und durch vertikale Diagonalstäbe 9 (Fig. 3) zu einem räumlichen Fachwerk verbunden, wobei die gesamte Decke aus beispielsweise 5 Bausteinen zusammengesetzt ist, die nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Hier zeigt sich auch eine Platzersparnis, indem die steife Deckenkonstruktion nur geringfügig höher als das Rohrbündel 1 ist, aber auf jeden Fall kleiner als eine Deckenkonstruktion mit Aufhängungen für das unterhalb angeordnete Rohrbündel ist. Es ist ferner günstig, wenn die größte Rohrlänge des Rohrbündels 1 mit der Breite oder Länge des Einbauschachtes übereinstimmt, so daß Rohrverlängerungen an der Baustelle nicht notwendig sind. LKW-Größe abgestimmt und bilden so eine Montageeinheit, die praktisch abfallos an der Baustelle angeschlossen wird.
