Claims (8)

  1. Kontrollvorrichtung eines Tabakstromes mit unregelmässiger Schichtdicke, welche stromaufwärts einer Verdichtungsvorrichtung (11) oder einer Vorrichtung zum Verstärken von Zigarettenenden und zum Egalisieren (12) eines Tabakstockes angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontrollvorrichtung eine einzige zylindrische, sich drehende Scheibe (32) umfasst, deren Rotationsebene senkrecht zu den Schichtdickenunregelmässigkeiten des Tabakstromes (20) und deren Rotationsachse senkrecht zur Flussrichtung des Tabakstromes ist.
  2. Kontrollvorrichtung eines Tabakstromes nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie unterhalb dem Tabakstrom angeordnet ist.
  3. Kontrollvorrichtung eines Tabakstromes nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich in Drehung befindende Scheibe zum Abschneiden eines Teiles (22) des Tabakstromes mit einem Teilbereich der äusseren zylindrischen Oberfläche (32b) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich der Teilbereich der Scheibe in der Nähe des Ortes befindet, wo sich diese äussere zylindrische Oberfläche der Scheibe parallel zum Tabakstrom und in der gleichen Richtung zu diesem verschiebt und wobei die axiale Stellung der oberen Stirnfläche (32a) der Scheibe zum Bestimmen der Menge des regulierten Tabakstromes eingestellt und die äussere zylindrische Oberfläche der Scheibe zum Mitsichziehen des Tabaküberschusses bestimmt ist.
  4. Kontrollvorrichtung eines Tabakstromes nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Motor (30) vorhanden ist, der die Scheibe nach seinem Anfahren in Rotation versetzt antreibt und dass Kupplungsmittel vorhanden sind, die dazu bestimmt sind, den Antrieb der Scheibe vom Motor abzukoppeln, wenn die äussere zylindrische Oberfläche der Scheibe eine lineare Geschwindigkeit erreicht hat, die etwa gleich der Verschiebebewegung des Tabakstromes ist, wobei der Antrieb der Scheibe dann durch das Reiben des Tabakstromes gegen die kreisförmige obere Fläche der Scheibe aufrechterhalten wird.
  5. Kontrollvorrichtung eines Tabakflusses nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Motor vorhanden ist, der die Scheibe mit einer Geschwindigkeit antreibt, derart, dass die äussere zylindrische Oberfläche der Scheibe eine lineare Geschwindigkeit aufweist, die etwa gleich der Verschiebegeschwindigkeit des Tabakstromes ist.
  6. Kontrollvorrichtung eines Tabakstromes nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe aus einem Material gebildet ist, auf welchem Tabakhalme und Tabakstaub nicht anhaften
  7. Kontrollvorrichtung eines Tabakstromes nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe aus irgend einem Material gebildet und mit einem Überzug oder einer Schicht bedeckt ist, auf welcher die Tabakhalme und der Tabakstaub nicht anhaften.
  8. Kontrollvorrichtung eines Tabakstromes nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie derart ausgeführt ist, dass die Tabakhalme nicht beschädigt werden.
