Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kosmetikdose aus einem Bodenteil mit einem integral angeformten Verschlußelement und aus einem mit dem Bodenteil scharnierartig verbundenen Deckel mit einer Verschlußnase, in die das Verschlußelement einrastet, wobei das Bodenteil in der Stirnwand parallel zur Außenkante eine rechteckige Ausnehmung aufweist und ein Betätigungsgriff vorgesehen ist.
  • Eine Kosmetikdose dieser Art ist aus der US-A-4 683 899 oder der DE-A-3 135 733 bekannt. Bei diesen bekannten Kosmetikdosen sind die Betätigungselemente jeweils von dem Bodenteil ge& sondert ausgebildet.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist eine solche Ausbildung der Kosmetikdose, daß das Verschlußelement einschließlich Betätigungselement einstückig mit dem Bodenteil ausgebil det ist und eine funktionsgerechte Betätigung ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Ausnehmung von einem als Verschlußelement dienenden, parallel zur Außenkante verlaufenden Steg überbrückt ist und daß der an dem Steg sitzende Betätigungsgriff eine Bewegung des Steges quer zur Außenkante ermöglicht.
  • Die Erfindung unterscheidet sich insofern vom Stand der Technik, als der Steg durch Eindrücken des Betätigungsgriffes bogenförmig verformbar ist, so daß das Mittelteil des Steges die Verschlußnase des Deckels freigibt. Der Betätigungsgriff wird parallel zur Außenkante der Kosmetikdose verschoben. Eine Torsionsbeaanspruchung des Steges tritt dabei nicht auf.
  • Eine ergonomisch günstige Verschiebung des Steges wird dadurch erreicht, daß der Betätigungsgriff etwa 80 breit wie die Breite der Ausnehmung ist und über zwei schmale Schenkel mit dem Steg Verbindung hat.
  • Eine Anhebung des Deckels bei Freigabe des Steges wird dadurch sichergestellt, daß die Oberseite des Betätigungsgriffes einen nach innen gegen die Bodenflache hin abfallenden Abschnitt aufweist.
  • Eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung wird im Folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die anliegende Zeichnung erläutert, in der darstellen:

    einen Teilschnitt durch den Verschlußbereich in vergrößertem Maßstab.
  • Die Kosmetikdose umfaßt ein Bodenteil 1 und einen Deckel 2, die an der Rückseite 3 scharnierartig miteinander verbunden sind. Das Bodenteil enthält mehrere Kammern 4 zur Aufnahme von Puderpfannen, Schminkpfannen, Schminkgeräten und dergleichen. In Deckel 2 kann ein nichtdargestellter Spiegel angeordnet sein.
  • In der Stirnwand 5 des Bodenteils 1 ist eine rechtkantige Ausnehmung 6 angeordnet, deren Bodenwand und Rückwand parallel und deren Seitenwände senkrecht zur Stirnfläche verlaufen. Die Ausnehmung 6 wird von einem parallel zur Außenkante verlaufenden Steg 7 mit vergleichsweise geringem Querschnitt überbrückt, so daß dieser Steg 7 leicht in Querrichtung verformbar ist. An dem Steg 7 sitzt über zwei schmale Schenkel 8 ein Betätigungsgriff 9. Der Betätigungsgriff 9 weist an der Oberseite einen nach innen gegen die Bodenfläche hin abfallenden Abschnitt 10 auf, Fig. 3.
  • Am Deckel 2 sitzt stirnseitig eine Verschlußnase 11 mit einer hinterschnittenen Rastzunge 12, die auf den Mittelteil des Steges 7 abgestimmt ist.
  • In der Schließstellung gemäß Fig. 3 greift diese Rastzunge 12 unter den Mittelteil des Steges 7, so daß dadurch der Deckel 2 sicher und fest an dem Bodenteil 1 festgehalten ist. Zum Öffnen der Kosmetikdose wird der Betätigungsgriff 9 ins Innere der Ausnehmung 6 hineingedrückt, so daß über die Schenkel 8 der Steg 7 nach innen gedrückt wird und sich dabei einwölbt.
  • Dadurch wird die Rastzunge 12 freigegeben. Diese Freigabe der Rastzunge 12 wird durch den geneigten abfallenden Abschnitt 10 unterstützt, der den Deckel 2 nach oben drückt. Hierdurch wird der Deckel 2 geöffnet, der gegebenenfalls unter einer Vorspannung in Öffnungsrichtung stehen kann.
  • Der Betätigungsgriff paßt sich formgenau an die Ausnehmung 6 an und läßt sich nach Art eines Schiebers betätigen, was ergonomisch außerordentlich günstig ist.

Claims (3)

  1. Kosmetikdose aus einem Bodenteil (1) mit einem integral angeformten Verschlußelement und aus einem mit dem Bodenteil scharnierartig verbundenen Deckel (2) mit einer Verschlußnase (11), in die das Verschlußelement einrastet, wobei das Bodenteil (1) in der Stirnwand (5) parallel zur Außenkante eine rechteckige Ausnehmung (6) aufweist und ein Betätigungsgriff (9) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (6) von einem als Verschlußelement dienenden, parallel zur Außenkante verlaufenden Steg (7) überbrückt ist und daß der an dem Steg (7) sitzende, integral angeformte Betätigungsgriff (9) eine Bewegung des Steges quer zur Außenkante ermöglicht.
  2. Kosmetikdose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsgriff (9) etwa so breit wie die Breite der Ausnehmung (6) ist und über zwei schmale Schenkel (8) mit dem Steg (7) Verbindung hat.
  3. Kosmetikdose nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite des Betätigungsgriffes (9) einen nach innen gegen die Bodenfläche hin abfallenenden Abschnitt (10) aufweist.
