Definitions
- the invention relates to a mast construction.
- a mast construction is known in which the mast can be pushed overlapping with its foot on a foundation body.
- a support rod is inserted in the mast base, which can be used to limit the length of overlap between the mast base and the foundation body.
- the mast is aligned in a manner not described in more detail by swinging around its mounting rod.
- the mast can be aligned in a known manner, for example by means of a special hydraulic mast set-up device or using an adjusting block.
- the mast set-up device is an excavator with hydraulic tongs that grips the mast body.
- the jack is designed as a bipod construction, the clamps encompass the mast body and the claws are attached to the rails.
- the mast body is braced against the rail.
- the mast is aligned by adjusting the turnbuckles in the legs of the trestle. Then the space between the foundation body and mast base is poured.
- the use of the mast set-up device requires fast-setting mortar, which, however, cannot be used in warmer zones, e.g. southern Europe. If the mast is aligned using jacks, quick-setting mortar can be dispensed with, but during setting it must be ensured that no vibrations are transmitted from the rails via the bipod construction to the mast construction, since otherwise permanent damage to the hardened mortar filling may occur may occur.
- DE-U-1 769 593 discloses a mast base made of centrifugal concrete for profiled lighting masts, the cylindrical interior of which contains grooves. The edges of the inserted mast are guided with play in these grooves. The mast is aligned using set screws distributed around the circumference of the base. Stops to limit the insertion depth of the mast are arranged in the inner wall of the mast base. These stops are preferably designed in the form of a fixed disc lying perpendicular to the mast axis with a central opening for electrical connecting lines.
- the object of the present invention is to create a mast construction in which the mast can be fixed on its foundation body in a simple manner, in particular independently of auxiliary devices. Furthermore, a mast that is particularly suitable for this purpose and a corresponding foundation body are to be specified.
- Claims 24 and 26 specify a mast or foundation body which is particularly suitable for the mast construction according to the invention.
- a mast with a foot that is open at the bottom is fixed in position by a stop after being pushed onto a foundation body and can then be fixed on the foundation body without auxiliary devices, such as mast set-up devices or trestles.
- the mast is fixed in position by means of a radial spacing device, by means of which the relative distance between the inner jacket of the mast base and the outer jacket of the foundation body is determined.
- the mast construction according to the invention can be used both for overhead line masts, which are generally over-soldered (in the case of a straight rail course of the rails tilted away), as well as for overhead line pylons where no over-soldering is used.
- the mast itself can be designed as a hollow or solid body, can consist of different materials and can have any cross sections. Even if the mast is designed as a full body, the mast base must, however, be designed as an open jacket.
- a foundation body 2 which has an outer jacket 16 and is preferably designed as a foundation tube, is first rammed into the ground for the foundation of a mast 1.
- the mast 1 with its hollow foot 3, which is open at the bottom and has an inner jacket 15, is pushed onto the foundation tube 2 in an overlapping manner.
- the foundation tube 2 has two axial stop elements which extend radially outwards, as shown in FIG 4, which are arranged opposite one another on the outer jacket 16 of the foundation tube 2.
- a mounting rod 13 is provided as an axial stop for fixing the height of the mast 1, which is arranged in the mast base 3.
- the spacer device advantageously comprises radially fixed and radially adjustable spacer elements.
- the radially adjustable spacer elements are designed as adjusting screws 8 and guided via threaded bushings 9 in the mast base 3. They can be arranged either above (FIG. 1) or below (FIG. 4) the radially fixed spacer elements.
- the two radially fixed spacer elements are designed as wedge-shaped ribs 5 which extend in the axial direction. In addition to the two wedge-shaped ribs 5, two minimum spacing elements 6 are provided.
- Both the wedge-shaped ribs 5 and the minimum spacing elements 6 are arranged on the outer jacket 16 of the foundation tube 2.
- the base width of the wedge-shaped ribs 5 corresponds at least to the clear width between the outer jacket 16 of the foundation tube 2 and the inner jacket 15 of the mast base 3.
- the minimum spacing elements 6 are designed as straight circular cylinders and run parallel to the wedge-shaped ribs 5.
- the diameter of the minimum spacing elements 6 is here smaller than the clear width between the outer jacket 16 of the foundation tube 2 and the inner jacket 15 of the mast base 3.
- the special design of the minimum spacing elements increases the scope for inclining the mast 1 and thus simplifies over-soldering of the mast 1. In addition, it is ensured that an almost complete flow around the foundation pipe 2 with cement mortar is possible.
- the mast 1 and the foundation tube 2 have a circular cross section in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, only two opposing wedge-shaped ribs 5 and two minimum spacing elements 6, which are offset by 90 ° to the ribs 5, are required for a fixed alignment of the mast 1 and three adjusting screws 8 required.
- one of the adjusting screws is preferably in the plane of the soldering axis in which the two minimum spacing elements 6 are also located; the other two adjusting screws are arranged on the brazing side at an angle of approximately 90 ° to one another symmetrically to the plane of the brazing axis.
- one of the radially outwardly extending axial stop elements 4 is advantageously part of one of the wedge-shaped ribs 5.
- a wedge-shaped rib 5 and an axial stop element 4 therefore each form an L-shaped spacer element 7.
- the contact surfaces 10 of the axial stop elements 4 are arched transversely to their direction of extension. Through such curved bearing surfaces, the mast 1 can be aligned very precisely in its vertical position. In addition, tilting of the mast base 3 on the support surface 10 and thus flaking on the mast base 3 is reliably prevented.
- three flexible spacers 14 are provided as radially fixed spacing elements, which are arranged above the adjusting screws 8.
- the adjusting screws 8 are in turn arranged as described in FIG. 2 in or to the plane of the soldering axis.
- the flexible spacers 14 can be plugged onto the foundation tube 2 and extend in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the foundation tube 2. They have a prestressed radial shape, which is a predetermined amount larger than the clear width between the outer jacket 16 of the foundation tube 2 and the inner jacket 15 of the mast base 3. When pushing the mast 1 onto its foundation tube 2, this excess leads to a Clamping effect by which the relative distance between the inner jacket 15 of the mast base 3 and the outer jacket 16 of the foundation tube 2 is determined.
- no minimum spacing elements 6 are required.
- a hardening mass is placed through a casting opening 11 arranged above the overlap of the mast base 3 and the foundation tube 2 - in the case of a concrete mast and a foundation tube made of steel, e.g. Cement mortar of appropriate consistency - filled from above into the space between mast 1 and foundation pipe 2.
- the filled mortar can then be compacted using an external vibrator.
- the foundation tube 2 itself can also be filled with cement mortar or the like. This results in a further improvement in the stability of the entire mast construction.

Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Mastkonstruktion. The invention relates to a mast construction.
From DE-A-20 14 345 a mast construction is known in which the mast can be pushed overlapping with its foot on a foundation body. Diese Anschläge sind vorzugsweise in Form einer senkrecht zur Mastachse liegenden festen Scheibe mit einer mittigen Öffnung für elektrische Anschlußleitungen ausgebildet.DE-U-1 769 593 discloses a mast base made of centrifugal concrete for profiled lighting masts, the cylindrical interior of which contains grooves. The object of the present invention is to create a mast construction in which the mast can be fixed on its foundation body in a simple manner, in particular independently of auxiliary devices. Furthermore, a mast that is particularly suitable for this purpose and a corresponding foundation body are to be specified.
The object is achieved by the features specified in
By means of the mast construction according to the invention, a mast with a foot that is open at the bottom is fixed in position by a stop after being pushed onto a foundation body and can then be fixed on the foundation body without auxiliary devices, such as mast set-up devices or trestles. The mast is fixed in position by means of a radial spacing device, by means of which the relative distance between the inner jacket of the mast base and the outer jacket of the foundation body is determined. The mast construction according to the invention can be used both for overhead line masts, which are generally over-soldered (in the case of a straight rail course of the rails tilted away), as well as for overhead line pylons where no over-soldering is used. In addition, the mast itself can be designed as a hollow or solid body, can consist of different materials and can have any cross sections. Even if the mast is designed as a full body, the mast base must, however, be designed as an open jacket.

In the mast construction according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, a
The fixed orientation of the
Since the
In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, one of the radially outwardly extending axial stop elements 4 is advantageously part of one of the wedge-
For a further simplified vertical alignment of the
In the mast construction shown in FIG. 4, three
After the fixed alignment of the
