Dabei ist der Preßschild in der aus Fig.2 der Veröffentlichung EP-A-O 163 859 ersichtlichen Weise durch die verschließbare Einfüllöffnung des Containers in diesen einfahrbar, so daß der Müll mit zunehmender Füllung des Behälters in diesem verdichtet wird. Da der den Müll aus dem Schüttraum in den Behälter einschiebende Preßschild in dem Schüttraum mit zunehmender Verdichtung des Mülls erhebliche Druckkräfte ausübt, sind die Seitenwände des Schüttraums durch eine oberhalb der Führung für den Preßschild angeordnete Traverse ausgesteift. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einem Müllsammelfahrzeug der gattungsgemäßen Art dadurch gelöst, daß in dem oberen Bereich der offenen Ausschubseite des Schüttraums ein Fühler angeordnet ist, der bei Stau oder Auftreffen verkanteter oder sperriger Gegenstände ein Signal erzeugt, das den Vorschub des Preßschildes stoppt oder dessen Antrieb auf Rücklauf umsteuert. Der erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen Fühler verhindert somit, daß sperrige, überstehende oder schrägliegende Gegenstände zwischen dem Preßschild und Einbauteilen des Schüttraums bzw. der Einschüttöffnung oder des Behälters in einer Weise verklemmt werden können, daß Beschädigungen entstehen.
