- Motor vehicle lifts are available in two types.
- a first type operated with hydraulic low or medium pressure the reciprocating piston simultaneously forms the supporting piston.
- the cylinder which is connected to an oil supply, is arranged in a pit and its upper end is mounted on a stationary support structure.
- the lifting element is formed by a plunger, the lower portion of which is filled with oil Protrudes inside the cylinder and the piston rod has the support elements for the motor vehicle at the upper end.
- a relatively long guide bushing is provided in the uppermost end section of the cylinder, the sliding surface of which is forced-lubricated by entrained oil with each extension movement of the plunger rod.
- Lifting platforms of the second type which are operated with hydraulic high pressure, have an inner, relatively narrow, high-pressure ram, which does the actual lifting work, and an outer support piston or a support tube.
- a high-pressure cylinder is arranged coaxially in the interior of the support tube, which takes over the lifting work.
- the lower end of the hollow piston rod is fastened to the base plate of the pit and contains an inner pressure oil line, which opens out via valves into the pressure space bounded on the one hand by the cover plate of the cylinder and on the other hand by the piston attached to the upper end of the piston rod.
- the support tube surrounds the high pressure cylinder at a radial distance and is guided in a relatively long guide tube which is attached to the side wall or to the cover frame of the pit.
- the connection of the high pressure cylinder to a supply unit takes place via pipelines which are arranged next to the support pipe in the pit and are connected below the base plate to the inner pressure oil line running in the hollow piston.
- This known high-pressure lifting platform is cheaper to manufacture because of its compact individual parts;
- the support tube is susceptible to wear. Built-in lubrication chambers or droplet lubrication improve the signs of wear, but are only effective for a limited time.
- the object of the invention is to provide a high-pressure lifting platform for motor vehicles, which is technically simple and in which an automatic regular pressure lubrication of the sliding surface between the guide bush and the jack is guaranteed.
- the fixed rod arranged inside the lifting ram has the function of a plunger and forms a pressure surface with its upper end surface, the size of which determines the lifting force.
- the connection of the lubrication channels formed in the guide bush to the return line of the pressurized oil supply ensures liquid lubrication of the sliding surfaces with each sink stroke, without the need for a separate lubrication oil supply.
- the pressure prevailing during the descent in the hydraulic system is sufficient to ensure lubricant flow into the channels of the guide bushings.
- the lifting platform according to the invention consists of only a few individual parts and has a long service life because the wear on the outer wall of the lifting ram and the guide bush is considerably reduced by the automatic forced lubrication.
- the jacket tube of the high-pressure cylinder also acts as a support element, the jacket tube or support tube required in conventional high-pressure type lifts is eliminated. Furthermore, neither a jacket tube or cylinder base nor a head piece is required.

- An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the pressure oil supply via a trailing line is connected to the lower end of the pressure chamber formed on the one hand by the ring seal and on the other hand by the upper end plate of the respective lifting ram.
- the pressure oil supply via a trailing line is connected to the lower end of the pressure chamber formed on the one hand by the ring seal and on the other hand by the upper end plate of the respective lifting ram.
- the fixed rod there is also the possibility of providing in the fixed rod a longitudinal channel that may open into the pressure chamber in the upper end surface, possibly via a check valve, and to connect its lower opening to the high-pressure unit via a rigid line.
- the twin lifting platform for motor vehicles shown in FIG. 1 contains two jacks 1, 2, which are arranged in a pit 4.
- the bottom 3 and the side walls 5a, 5b of the pit 4 are lined with stable side plates.
- the two lower ends of the lifting rams 1, 2 are connected to one another by a cross member 6 of U-shaped cross section.
- a rod 8 which stands with its lower end on the base plate 3 of the pit 4 or on a separate foot plate 9 screwed to the base plate 3.
- the upper end of the rod 8 ends freely in the interior of the jack 1, 2, the end face 10 forming a pressure surface.
- a perforated spacer 11 can be arranged on the rod 8 in its upper section, which ensures the central alignment of the rod 8 in the respective lifting ram 1, 2.
- the upper end of each lifting plunger is closed off by a cover plate 12, to which the support elements (not shown) are screwed for lifting the motor vehicle.
- two rollers 13, 14 are mounted at the ends of the cross member 6 between the two side cheeks, which roll during a working or lowering stroke on the inner surface of the respective side wall 5, 6 and thus from the two lifting stamps 1, 2 and the cross member 6 formed frame construction on the pit side walls.
- two rollers 13, 14, which are stably spaced apart, the lateral forces that occur can be absorbed much more effectively than with only one roller will.
- a total of four rollers 13, 14 creates a stable load square, which protects the entire lifting system from tilting or tilting and ensures optimal synchronization.
- a pump unit 16 is mounted on a cross strut between the two jacks 1, 2 under a cover 15, from which two pressure lines 17, 18 lead to connection openings 19, 20 in the form of trailing lines or pressure hoses.
- the pump unit 16 conveys the liquid under a pressure of at least 90 bar via control and check valves 21 and 22 and the pressure lines 17, 18 into the respective interior of the jacks 1, 2, which is at the top of the cover plate 12 and at the bottom from an annular stopper 26 is limited, which is attached to the lower end of the respective lifting ram and abuts the outer wall of the rod 8 via ring seals.
- a line 23 leads via branch lines 24, 25 to lubrication channels 27, which are each arranged on the inner surface of a guide bushing 28, 29.
- the two bushes 28, 29 surround the upper end of the retracted plunger 1 or 2, wherein sealing rings fixed in the inner wall of each guide bush seal the respective pressure chamber from the outside and also from the lubrication channels 27.
- the lubrication lines 23, 24, 25 and thus also the lubrication channel 27 in the guide tubes 28 are depressurized.
- the lubrication lines 23, 24, 25 and the lubrication channels 27 are acted upon by the oil from the return line, which is under relatively low pressure. Since this process takes place with every sinking stroke, the sliding surfaces between the guide bushes 28 and the lifting rams are lubricated with the return oil.
- the lubrication of the guide bush can also be carried out in a corresponding manner in the case of a high-pressure single-ram lift.
- a plurality of lubrication channels can also be formed in each guide tube 28.
- the two ring seals are expediently arranged at the ends of the respective guide tube in order to improve the guiding properties and to obtain a sufficiently large separate lubrication chamber.
- the lubrication chamber 27 can also be fed from the pump unit with each lifting and lowering movement.
- Fig. 4 only one jack of a two-post lift is shown, the principle of which corresponds to that of the lift shown in Fig. 1.
- the components common to both versions are identified by the same reference numerals. 4
- the synchronism of the two jacks 1 and 2 is ensured by a structurally simple synchronizing mechanism, each of which is assigned a rack 30 assigned to each jack 1, 2, one at the lower ends of the two jacks 1, 2 moving cross strut 31 and two on the cross strut 31 contains mounted pinion 32, which are constantly in engagement with the associated fixed rack 30.
- Both racks 30 and pinion 32 are of the same design.
- the cross strut 31 consists of a shaft 33 which extends horizontally between the two jacks 1, 2 in the pit and of two bearing blocks 34 which are fastened to the undersides of the jacks 1, 2 by connecting plates 35.
- the toothed pinions 32 are fastened to the free ends of the shaft 33 mounted at the end in the two bearing blocks 34.
- the toothed racks 30 are fastened with their upper end to a stable support plate 36 which, in the variant shown, is designed as an upper end flange of the guide bushing 28.
- An opening 37 is provided in the connecting plates 35, in which the respective rack 30 is loosely guided when the lifting rams 1, 2 move.
- the bearing blocks 34 can also assume a certain guiding function by sliding contact with a rack 30. 4, a roller guide of the cross strut on the side walls of the pit is not necessary because the synchronism and also the guidance of the two jacks is achieved by the rack and pinion synchronization.
- the main advantage is that the racks as well as the other components are arranged in the pit and consequently do not impair the work area above ground.
- both variants according to FIGS. 1 and 4 can be partially or completely combined with each other, whereby only one roller per jack can be used. It is u. It may also be possible to provide roller guides that are effective on both sides on the two broad sides of the pit.
- the lift described above has the following advantages.
- the rollers 13, 14 at each end of the cross member 6 form double-sided double-roller bearings for receiving any one-sided loads.
- the side walls 5a, 5b, together with the floor 3, form a completely pre-assembled waterproof steel trough, with which the pit 4 is lined. Furthermore, no limit switches are necessary, but the stroke is limited by hydraulic fixed stops. For installation and maintenance, it is also advantageous that all individual parts of the lift are accessible and removable from above after the cover 15 has been removed.

Description
The invention relates to a lifting platform for motor vehicles, consisting of at least one lifting ram arranged in a covered pit, at the upper end of which support elements for the motor vehicle are fastened, from a high-pressure unit for supplying pressure oil to the lifting ram and from a guide bushing for the lifting ram, which is attached to a in the pit foundation anchored support frame is attached.
Motor vehicle lifts are available in two types. In a first type operated with hydraulic low or medium pressure, the reciprocating piston simultaneously forms the supporting piston. The cylinder, which is connected to an oil supply, is arranged in a pit and its upper end is mounted on a stationary support structure. The lifting element is formed by a plunger, the lower portion of which is filled with oil Protrudes inside the cylinder and the piston rod has the support elements for the motor vehicle at the upper end. To guide and seal the plunger rod, a relatively long guide bushing is provided in the uppermost end section of the cylinder, the sliding surface of which is forced-lubricated by entrained oil with each extension movement of the plunger rod. In this type, the forced lubrication in the area of the guide bushing results in a relatively low surface wear of the piston rod and in particular of the guide bushings. However, a disadvantage is the costly manufacturing effort and the size of the individual parts required, such as pumps, valves, etc. Such a two-post lift is described in the publication DAT 80, p.4.
Lifting platforms of the second type, which are operated with hydraulic high pressure, have an inner, relatively narrow, high-pressure ram, which does the actual lifting work, and an outer support piston or a support tube. In a single-ram lifting platform of the type claimed described in the publication DAT 80, p. 3 and in DE-A-3027501, a high-pressure cylinder is arranged coaxially in the interior of the support tube, which takes over the lifting work. The lower end of the hollow piston rod is fastened to the base plate of the pit and contains an inner pressure oil line, which opens out via valves into the pressure space bounded on the one hand by the cover plate of the cylinder and on the other hand by the piston attached to the upper end of the piston rod. The support tube surrounds the high pressure cylinder at a radial distance and is guided in a relatively long guide tube which is attached to the side wall or to the cover frame of the pit. There are two axial sliding surfaces on the guide tube Distance provided, which are not lubricated, however. The connection of the high pressure cylinder to a supply unit takes place via pipelines which are arranged next to the support pipe in the pit and are connected below the base plate to the inner pressure oil line running in the hollow piston. This known high-pressure lifting platform is cheaper to manufacture because of its compact individual parts; However, due to the lack of forced lubrication of the sliding surfaces between the guide tube and the outer surface of the stamp, the support tube is susceptible to wear. Built-in lubrication chambers or droplet lubrication improve the signs of wear, but are only effective for a limited time.
The object of the invention is to provide a high-pressure lifting platform for motor vehicles, which is technically simple and in which an automatic regular pressure lubrication of the sliding surface between the guide bush and the jack is guaranteed.
This object is achieved by the features of
The fixed rod arranged inside the lifting ram has the function of a plunger and forms a pressure surface with its upper end surface, the size of which determines the lifting force. The connection of the lubrication channels formed in the guide bush to the return line of the pressurized oil supply ensures liquid lubrication of the sliding surfaces with each sink stroke, without the need for a separate lubrication oil supply. The pressure prevailing during the descent in the hydraulic system is sufficient to ensure lubricant flow into the channels of the guide bushings. The lifting platform according to the invention consists of only a few individual parts and has a long service life because the wear on the outer wall of the lifting ram and the guide bush is considerably reduced by the automatic forced lubrication. Since the jacket tube of the high-pressure cylinder also acts as a support element, the jacket tube or support tube required in conventional high-pressure type lifts is eliminated. Furthermore, neither a jacket tube or cylinder base nor a head piece is required. The construction according to the invention combines the advantages of low-pressure lifts with the advantages of high-pressure lifts, without the disadvantages of the known high-pressure lifts.
In a two-post lift, the two jacks are expediently supplied with pressure oil from a common high-pressure unit, the return line of which is connected to the lubrication channel in each guide bushing via a branch line. In order to ensure the synchronization of both lifting rams, the two lifting rams are firmly connected to one another at their lower ends by a transverse yoke and guided on the associated side wall of the pit by means of rolling elements. In connection with the two guide bushes, which are stably supported on the support frame, the transverse spar and the rolling element guide ensure synchronous operation of the two lifting rams without the rack coupling or other additional components previously used.
An advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the pressure oil supply via a trailing line is connected to the lower end of the pressure chamber formed on the one hand by the ring seal and on the other hand by the upper end plate of the respective lifting ram. On the other hand, there is also the possibility of providing in the fixed rod a longitudinal channel that may open into the pressure chamber in the upper end surface, possibly via a check valve, and to connect its lower opening to the high-pressure unit via a rigid line.
In the

The twin lifting platform for motor vehicles shown in FIG. 1 contains two
As can be seen from Fig. 3, two
As can be seen from FIG. 1, a
As long as the pressure chambers of the two
The invention is not limited to the embodiments shown. For example, the lubrication of the guide bush can also be carried out in a corresponding manner in the case of a high-pressure single-ram lift. Instead of the two ring seals shown in detail in FIG. 3, which delimit a central lubrication channel or lubrication space, a plurality of lubrication channels can also be formed in each
In Fig. 4 only one jack of a two-post lift is shown, the principle of which corresponds to that of the lift shown in Fig. 1. The components common to both versions are identified by the same reference numerals. 4, the synchronism of the two
The toothed racks 30 are fastened with their upper end to a
The lift described above has the following advantages.
