Claims (9)

  1. Mechanische Verbindung für Betonrundeisen, die ihre Anwendung nämlich auf dem Gebiet der Fertigung von Betonteilen finden wird, zum Verbinden von wenigstens zwei Betonrundeisen (1, 2), bei der die Betonrundeisen (1, 2), einerseits, Anhöhen oder Rippen an deren Außenfläche umfassen und, andererseits, je wenigstens ein Ende mit Außengewinde (4, 5), um in eine Verbindungsmuffe mit Innengewinden hineingeführt zu werden, die Mittel umfaßt, um die vollständige Hineinführung des Endes (4) des ersten, zu verbindenden Rundeisens (1) durch die Muffe (3) zu erlauben und um die Drehung der Muffe (3) um das Ende (4) des genannten ersten Rundeisens (1) und gleichzeitig das direkte oder indirekte Festschrauben desselben an das Ende (5) des zweiten Betonrundeisens (2) zu erlauben, wobei die genannten Enden (4, 5) der genannten ersten und zweiten Rundeisen (1, 2) im wesentlichen koaxial, im wesentlichen aneinanderstoßend gelegt werden, wobei die genannten Mittel als eine Verbindungsmuffe (3) ausgestaltet sind, die ein erstes Innengewinde (27; 37), das geeignet ist, direkt oder indirekt auf das Ende (4) des genannten, zu verbindenden ersten Rundeisens geschraubt zu werden, und ein zweites Innengewinde (28; 38), das geeignet ist, direkt oder indirekt auf das Ende (5) des genannten zweiten Betonrundeisens (2) geschraubt zu werden, trägt und die ersten und zweiten Innengewinden derartig sind, daß, einerseits, wenigstens eines der beiden genannten, ersten und/oder zweiten Innengewinden eine Drehfähigkeit bezüglich der Muffe (3) aufweist, um die Verbindung von drehfesten Rundeisen zu erlauben, und sie, andererseits, einen seitlichen Freiraum zum Nachstellen der Gewindesteigung der beiden genannten Enden (4, 5) erlauben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Muffe (3) aus einem einzigen Futter (29; 39) mit kegelförmiger Bohrung, innerhalb dessen eine einzige, kegelförmige Hülse (31; 41) vorgesehen ist, die aus wenigstens zwei Halbschalen (31₁, 31₂; 41₁, 41₂) besteht, deren Außenlager (33; 43) deren Drehung und Festklemmung in Längsrichtung bezüglich des Futters (29; 39) erlaubt und deren Innenbohrung (32; 42) die genannten ersten Innengewinden (27; 37) und zweiten Innengewinden (28; 38) umgekehrter Steigung aufweist.
  2. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (4, 5) der ersten und zweiten Rundeisen (1, 2) kaltgestaucht sind, wobei der Stauchungsdurchmesser d₁ des Endes (4) des ersten Rundeisens (1) derartig ist, daß der Gewindekerndurchmesser d₂ des Außengewindes des genannten Endes (4) größer als oder gleich des Außendurchmessers φ des Betonrundeisens an den Anhöhen oder Rippen ist, und der Stauchungsdurchmesser d₁ des Endes (5) des zweiten Rundeisens (2) derartig ist, daß der Gewindekerndurchmesser d₂ des Außengewindes des genannten Endes (5) größer als oder gleich des Außendurchmessers φ des Betonrundeisens (2) an den Anhöhen oder Rippen ist.
  3. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Hülse (31; 41) und das Futter (29; 39) unabhängige Greifmittel aufweisen, die das Spannen der Verbindung erlauben.
  4. Verbindungsmuffe für Betonrundeisen, die die Anwendung der mechanischen Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 erlaubt, die Mittel aufweist, um die vollständige Hineinführung des Endes (4) des ersten Rundeisens (1) durch die Muffe (3) zu erlauben sowie um die Drehung der Muffe (3) um das Ende (4) des genannten ersten Rundeisens und gleichzeitig das direkte oder indirekte Festschrauben desselben an das Ende (5) des zweiten Betonrundeisens (2) zu erlauben, wobei die genannten Enden (4,5) der genannten ersten und zweiten Rundeisen (1, 2) im wesentlichen koaxial, im wesentlichen aneinanderstoßend gelegt werden, und die ein erstes Innengewinde (27; 37), das geeignet ist, direkt oder indirekt auf das Ende (4) des genannten ersten Betonrundeisens (1) geschraubt zu werden, sowie ein zweites Innengewinde (28; 38), das geeignet ist, direkt oder indirekt auf das Ende (5) des genannten zweiten, zu verbindenden Betonrundeisens (2) geschraubt zu werden, trägt, wobei die ersten und zweiten Innengewinden (27, 28; 37, 38) derartig sind, daß, einerseits, wenigstens eines der beiden genannten, ersten und/oder zweiten Innengewinden eine Drehfähigkeit bezüglich der Muffe (3) aufweist, um die Verbindung von drehfesten Rundeisen zu erlauben, und sie, andererseits, einen seitlichen Freiraum zum Nachstellen der Gewindesteigung der beiden genannten Enden (4, 5) erlauben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte Muffe (3) aus einem einzigen Futter (29; 39) mit kegelförmiger Bohrung, innerhalb dessen eine einzige, kegelförmige Hülse (31; 41) vorgesehen ist, die aus wenigstens zwei Halbschalen (31₁, 31₂; 41₁, 41₂) besteht, deren Außenlager (33; 43) deren Drehung und Festklemmung in Längsrichtung bezüglich des Futters (29; 39) erlaubt und deren Innenbohrung (32; 42) die genannten ersten Innengewinden (27; 37) und zweiten Innengewinden (28; 38) umgekehrter Steigung aufweist.
  5. Muffe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten zwei Halbschalen (31₁, 31₂; 41₁, 41₂) geeignet sind, beidseits der Enden (4, 5) der genannten ersten und zweiten Rundeisen (1, 2) angeordnet zu werden und diese zu umschließen, wenn sie im Futter (29; 39) gesetzt sind, deren Lager demjenigen (33; 43) des Futters ergänzend ist, und die an jedem äußersten Bereich ein Rechtsinnengewinde (35₁, 35₂; 45₁, 45₂) und ein Linksinnengewinde (36₁, 36₂; 46₁, 46₂) aufweist, das dem Außengewinde (27, 28; 37, 38) der genannten Enden (4, 5) entspricht, oder umgekehrt.
  6. Muffe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halbschalen (31₁, 31₂; 41₁, 41₂) durch einen Zwischenraum (53; 57) von einander beabstandet und mittels Nachstellkeile (54; 55; 56) positioniert sind, die das Spannen der Gewinden der beiden Halbschalen auf die Gewinden der Enden der Rundeisen erlauben.
  7. Muffe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Futter (29; 39) ein Innengewinde (40) oder ein Außengewinde (51) aufweist, das geeignet ist, direkt oder indirekt mit den Halbschalen (31₁, 31₂; 41₁, 41₂) zusammenzuwirken, um das Festklemmen der Halbschalen im Futter und anschließend deren Dreh- und Translationsfestmachen zu erlauben.
  8. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer mechanischen Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, zum Verbinden von wenigstens zwei Betonrundeisen (1, 2), bei der die Betonrundeisen (1, 2), einerseits, Anhöhen (6) oder Rippen an deren Außenfläche und, andererseits, je wenigstens ein Ende mit Außengewinde (4, 5) umfassen, das dazu bestimmt ist, in eine Verbindungsmuffe (3) mit Innengewinden hineingeführt zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    - das Ende (4) des ersten, zu verbindenden Betonrundeisens (1) vollständig durch die Muffe (3) geführt wird,
    - die drehfesten Enden (4, 5) der genannten ersten und zweiten Rundeisen (1, 2) im wesentlichen koaxial, im wesentlichen aneinanderstoßend gelegt werden,
    - die beiden Betonrundeisen (1, 2) durch Drehen der Muffe (3) um das Ende (4) des genannten ersten Rundeisens (1) verbunden werden und die Muffe (3) direkt oder indirekt auf das Ende (5) des anderen, zu verbindenden Rundeisens (2) geschraubt wird, wobei die genannte Muffe ein erstes Innengewinde (27; 37) und ein zweites Innengewinde (28; 38) aufweist, die dem Außengewinde der Enden (4, 5) der genannten ersten und zweiten Rundeisen (1, 2) entsprechen, wobei die genannte Muffe (3) aus einem einzigen Futter (29; 39) mit kegelförmiger Bohrung besteht, innerhalb dessen eine einzige, kegelförmige Hülse (31; 41) vorgesehen ist, die aus wenigstens zwei Halbschalen (31₁, 31₂; 41₁, 41₂) besteht, deren Außenlager (33; 43) deren Drehung und Festklemmung in Längsrichtung bezüglich des Futters (29; 39) erlaubt und deren Innenbohrung (32; 42) die genannten ersten Innengewinden (27; 37) und zweiten Innengewinden (28; 38) umgekehrter Steigung aufweist.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionierung der genannten Enden der ersten und zweiten Betonrundeisen durch Drehen wenigstens eines der beiden genannten ersten und/oder zweiten Innengewinden eingestellt und das genannte Innengewinde beim Festschrauben der Verbindung in der Muffe festgeklemmt wird.
