Claims (6)

  1. Rouleau à disques pour fours à rouleaux, avec un tube porteur (1) mobile pouvant être refroidi par l'intérieur, plusieurs disques (3) distants les uns des autres sur l'axe du tube porteur et fermement fixés sur ce dernier, et un isolement (4) entourant le tube porteur contre les disques, caractérisé par le fait que chaque disque (3) est logé sur deux éléments porteurs latéraux (5, 6) s'appuyant sur le tube porteur (1) et liés au disque leur appartenant par des boulons axiaux (7), l'un au moins des éléments porteurs étant directement et fermement fixé au tube porteur.
  2. Rouleau à disques selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les disques présentent chacun, sur leur périmètre intérieur, au moins un talon étroit circonférentiel (9) entrecoupé par les boulons (7).
  3. Rouleau à disques selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'espace entre les éléments porteurs (5, 6), le disque (3) leur appartenant et le tube porteur (1) est rempli d'un matériel isolant (8).
  4. Rouleau à disques selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les disques (3) sont composés d'au moins deux segments contigus dans le sens circonférentiel.
  5. Rouleau à disques selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments porteurs (5, 6) sont chacun composés de segments de bride.
  6. Rouleau à disques selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments porteurs (5, 6) fixés fermement sur le tube porteur (1) sont soudés à une fixation (10) vissée au tube porteur (1).
