Claims (12)

  1. Tête de distribution pour fluides, comportant un corps de base (2) présentant un orifice de distribution (9) et pourvu d'un connecteur (16) permettant de raccorder la tête de distribution (1), en tant qu'unité d'assemblage, à un élément complémentaire (17) d'un dispositif de distribution, et d'un corps interne inséré (12) faisant partie de l'unité d'assemblage, lequel s'étend approximativement jusque dans la zone de l'orifice de distribution (9), caractérisée en ce que le corps interne (12) est conçu de façon à permettre un passage avec contact direct dans l'élément complémentaire (17).
  2. Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le connecteur (16) est disposé au moins partiellement sur le corps interne (12) et est en particulier formé par un élément constructif distinct du corps de base (2), le connecteur (16) constituant, de préférence au moins en partie, une unité constructive solidarisée au corps interne (12) et distincte du corps de base (2), et, en particulier, faisant corps avec le corps interne (12) et/ou étant formée par une portion d'extrémité du corps interne (12), ayant en substance la forme d'une tige.
  3. Tête de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur (16) est pour l'essentiel exposé sur toute sa longueur et/ou sur toute la périphérie, et est de préférence plus large que le reste du corps interne (12).
  4. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un passage de sortie (29) partant du connecteur (16) et allant jusqu'à l'orifice de distribution (9) est délimité pour ainsi dire sur toute sa longueur par le corps interne (12), au moins sur une partie de sa périphérie, et en ce que le corps interne (12) forme, de préférence, avec une extrémité avant, une limitation frontale d'un orifice de buse (9) ou d'un passage transversal et/ou, avec une extrémité arrière, au moins une butée axiale pour l'élément complémentaire (17).
  5. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un passage de sortie (29) est limité, sur une périphérie extérieure, entre l'orifice de distribution (9) et le connecteur (16), par une surface pour ainsi dire régulière, telle que cylindrique, et en ce que le passage de sortie (29) est constitué, de préférence, au moins sur une partie de sa longueur et en particulier une partie proche de son extrémité avant, par un enfoncement dans la périphérie extérieure du corps interne (12), et/ou est délimité entièrement par le corps interne (12), sur toute sa périphérie, au moins sur une partie de sa longueur et en particulier celle faisant suite à le connecteur (16).
  6. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps interne (12) présente, à la suite du connecteur (16), au moins deux portions longitudinales (14, 15) de diamètre extérieur différent, dont au moins une portion de tige avant (15), présentant de préférence au moins un diamètre extérieur réduit, est insérée, en y étant calée, dans une ouverture du corps de base (2), en particulier dans une ouverture d'emboîtement, deux portions différentes (30, 31) du passage de sortie (29) se réunissant de préférence dans la zone de la jonction entre les deux portions de tige (14, 15) du corps interne (12).
  7. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le connecteur (16) présente pour ainsi dire la plus grande largeur du corps interne (12), et en particulier un diamètre extérieur à peu près constant sur toute sa plus petite longueur par référence à la moitié de la longueur totale du corps interne (12), et rejoint, de préférence via un épaulement de transition (37), une portion de tige (14) suivante, appartenant au corps interne (12), un fourreau (7) du corps de base (2) recevant notamment le corps interne (12), présentant, au moins à la suite du connecteur (16), pour ainsi dire le même diamètre extérieur que le connecteur (16).
  8. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le connecteur (16) présente une ouverture de réception, telle qu'une ouverture d'emboîtement (33), s'étendant par exemple à peu près sur toute sa longueur, pour recevoir l'élément complémentaire (17), dont le fond, de forme approximativement annulaire, constitue, de préférence, le départ de la portion correspondante (30) du passage de sortie (29), et qui présente, sur sa périphérie interne, un seul bourrelet annulaire (36), en particulier entre ses extrémités.
  9. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le corps de base (2) présente un fourreau interne (7) qui reçoit le corps interne (12), qui est entouré, à distance, au moins sur une partie de sa longueur et/ou de sa périphérie, par une busette externe (6), en particulier de plus grande longueur, le fourreau interne (7) et la busette externe (6) faisant, de préférence, librement saillie d'une extrémité avant (8) du corps de base (2) et/ou étant réalisés d'un seul tenant.
  10. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une extrémité du corps de base (2) éloignée de l'orifice de distribution (9), et notamment une extrémité de la busette externe, est conçue sous forme de poignée (4) et/ou de capuchon (3), et en ce que le connecteur (16) s'enfonce, de préférence, jusqu'à l'intérieur du capuchon (3).
  11. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tête de distribution (1) s'assemble, via l'élément complémentaire (17), à une pompe à piston (25), pour former un bloc de distribution, en ce que l'élément complémentaire (17) est un élément constitutif d'un piston de la pompe à piston (25) et présente, de préférence, un poussoir de piston (21) portant une garniture de piston (20) et constituant un élément complémentaire (22), et/ou un manchon intercalaire (23) formant l'élément complémentaire (17), l'élément complémentaire constituant, de préférence, une portion d'extrémité réduite quant à son diamètre extérieur.
  12. Tête de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps interne (12) est logé dans le corps de base (2) avec une compression dont la force de serrage radiale est supérieure à la pression radiale d'une pression de service maximum dans le passage de sortie (29).
